Escape the Hellevator Part 1

Your app will not let me purchase it. There is no issue with my account. I can purchase any other app I try. Have tried both CC and gift card, same issue. I can't imagine this is only happening to me randomly. Figured you would want to know. Would have sent an email, but I don't have Gmail setup on this device

This game has great puzzles, good sound design and and neat feel. However, on my LG G3, many textures and items did not appear. For example, when I went to look at a paper I would only see it for a split second and then it was gone. It had a code on it, so I had to use a walkthrough just to discover the same problem on other levels. Once the developers address these issues, this game will be a must play.

The first two free levels were great. But I can't purchase the game, it says 'error transaction declined' every time I try! And I know it's not my card, I actually just now bought another game on the play store no problem and checked my balance as well. Others reviewers are having this same issue also I see, so developers! Please fix this issue, I'd love to be able to play this game.

...it didn't keep crashing on my phone (G S5). Lovely graphics, good story but I can't get past level 2 because of the crashing issue. At any stage during the level a notice comes up that says "unfortunately Hellevator has stopped" and the game closes. I tried numerous times but it kept happening.

I'm surprised this game didn't get more applause. The only thing I can think is it went head to head with "The Room" trilogy and that's a very tough act to follow. Graphics and gameplay aren't quite up to "The Room" standard BUT the quirkiness of the storyline is a huge plus and it's a lot of fun!!! Puzzles aren't quite as challenging as "The Room". They do make logical sense and are challenging enough to hold interest and provide that rush of accomplishment when you beat a level.

Love the show, so I figured the game would be fun.I was really enjoying it, but it's been glitchy since download. Items in inventory don't show up for inspection & now it's chrashing after I collect an item. Would love to keep playing, but no point till it's working.

Every time I try to load level 2 the game stops and closes down. Other than that I really liked level 1.

Great game but why cant I purchase it? I see other ppl had this problem. I called google play bc I really wanted to buy the game. It said my transaction was declined (i have ample $ to purchase and I can purchase other games.) Its ashame because I really want to purchase it and play. Its hard to find good escape games after the Room Trilogy (bc it was so good it made other escape games look bad.) I hope this gets fixed, if so Ill be waiting with my credit card to purchase the game.

I have played hundreds of escape games, but this was different than the rest. The 3D panning was fantastic, the graphics were great, and the clues were hard but logical. Went ahead and dropped the extra $1.99 and had a blast. Can't wait for the next one. Update 10/5/15: Went back to play the game again. Guys, I don't know what you did, but it crashes on Level 2 every time. Looks like bug fix messed something else up. Unloaded and reloaded. Doesn't help!

It seems like a nice game... But it crashes entering level 2. And you should make it installable on sdcard. Uninstalling.

Keeps crashing in the kitchen and I wanna play it so bad. I have installed it several times and I want to buy the full version but i can't play it

The microwave doesnt have door in level 2 so i cant thaw the steak... Also when i find the paper in the trash it appears then dissapears...i bought the game but nkw because of the glitches i cant go any farther

I love the idea of the game but sadly I can't play because even when I went to a walkthrough for hints because I was stuck it turned out there was a whole microwave door I couldn't see and then in level 4 I put the disc in and can't see what's supposed to be on the tv.. Very disappointing because this seems like a game I could get addicted to but instead I might have to request a refund unless this big gets fixed because as of now it's not even playable..

Really fun game, one of my favourite app games and I dont say that lightly. Well worth the money but please guys, part 2 soon!

Thought this game was great, then I finished level two and was confronted with a pay wall. Two dollars seemed reasonable so I was going to pay but everytime I tried to there is an error with payment. Leaving this review so developers might be able to help with that. This is the only thing on the play store I'm having issues with

Imaginative story, great graphics, awesome puzzles. Finally an escape game that I will remember. Getting tired of the same "cookie cutter" games everyone keeps creating. Can't wait for the next part.

I played the first to levels, then bought the game. Guess I should have looked at the rest of the levels. I'm disappointed that the game is over and I bought this. Fun game but very unhappy. I don't buy games very often and this is why!

I play a lot of escape games and this is one of the best, and the clues they give are much better than watching a walkthrough video.

Although it's an amazing game with awesome graphics I wish you guys wouldn't have to make people buy the full version

Little too expensive for the rest of the levels though. I did enjoy the first 2 free levels though.

if you are going to force people to pay to play don't hide it just show it. After level 2 you have to pay.

Logical solutions. Hints aren't very helpful, but I survived anyway.
