I'd love to see a Google Wear & Samsung Wearable companion app for using app functions on smart watches, etc. Also, WIDGETS! I'm not usually a fan of drawn over widgets on my screen, but having a PTT button that can float & move anywhere on the screen would make for much easier usage, especially with larger screened devices (using ESChat on Galaxy Note 10+5G). It'd also be nice to see more user friendly audio options in the menu, like options to turn off audio focusing or ignore audio focusing.
Can't close the app completely unless you go into settings and "force stop" it.
App constantly keeps opening even after force stopping it in settings.
Very interesting... But I just wasn't ready for the app yet. Very interesting service and thanks for your service . . .
Easy to use, very clear sound.

Customer service people I spoke with were not helpful. Asked about pricing for my personal business and they asked me to get the information from another company I do business with, what? For this reason I stayed with my service carriers own PTT service for my four other business phones. The ESChat service is inconsistent and will talk through the closed app even after I've ended the call and closed the app I still hear a person talking to me from my home screen. This doesn't seem so private to me. The ESChat messaging sometimes only sends partial messages even after I have made sure it's a completed message. Yes I know it's a character sensitive messaging but within the allowed character count it will sometimes cut the message off. This ESChat app and the people involved in pushing it out have a long way to go before I would give it even three stars.
Best ptt app on the market. Use it for Goodwill. Great to communicate with all the truck drivers and ADC sites start ironed around the city. Also used in the warehouse.
New update has taken away the settings option need to fix this
Automatically starts when restarting phone.
The website says ESChat is used by the US military. I feel like Jack Bauer with the integrated map feature. Voice quality is simply amazing. Very little delay. The best I've seen.
I installed ESChat on my AT&T Dura Force XD to compare with Enhanced PTT. Hands down, ESChat beats EPTT in every regard plus it includes some very cool features that EPTT does not have. Goodbye EPTT!
I use this application at my job. It's an awesome tool that we use everyday. Highly recommend it to other construction companies.
But I simply couldn't take it anymore. The only reason I was able to deal with this app for the month it was on my phone was because I have a rooted phone which allowed me to put a little bit of a leash on some of the intrusive behavior.
Simple UI but super clunky and unreliable at times. Drops out and glitches consistently since the last big update in early 2020. Kicks users out of private subgroups when the main channel is opened. Needs major improvement all around. Not sure how their client retention will go at this rate, because frankly it's not reliable when you need it.
