Worked completely fine for me. Reported a massive pothole on my street. Problem is you have no idea if they got it. I'll give it a week or so to see if they mail me or repair it.
If you need something done and your apartment management isn't listening to you this is the place to do it. I'm 100% satisfied with their service.
They changed it and now it keeps getting hung up on the password screen.
It does not work. I can not enter the data needed
I reported a street light being out on my street and within 7 days they fixed it then about a month later they replace all the street lights with LED bulbs which makes me feel safer at night when I'm walking my dog
Reported two potholes! Has worked fine for me
Doesn't work. Crashes everytime I try and open it. Great concept of it worked.
Doesn't work. It won't boot up when opened. Please fix.
I've used this successfully multiple times and it works - provided what you are reporting has a category on the drop down list, such as graffiti or potholes. However, for issues like broken street signs or commercial trucks using residential streets for long term parking - there aren't categories for that. Although sluggish at times, I've had a 90% success rate, overall, using this app.
I really love this app. Genius. I have used this for a couple weeks. Hopefully they can keep up with requests. Thanks City Employees for using this.
Makes reporting graffiti around my neighborhood super easy! Love it!
Works very well on my LG V10. And is a great way to help government help you. There is an in-app bug reporting feature. If you are having trouble, you may find that feature more useful than submitting angry Google play reviews.
No problem with moto turbo on Verizon. Now I don't have to call in to report an issue. Nicely done.
Tried to report water gushing out of a storm drain. App just spun forever while trying to upload a picture.
On my nexus phone running 6.0 just reported a broken street light.
This app is very slow to use GPS to determine the location of my N5 phone. Response time to things reported (mostly street lights that are out) seems to be in weeks not days.
This bad app is a "3" because my city's good response to my reports. Otherwise it would get a "2-minus." I sent CitySourced a bug list nearly 2 months ago and none have been fixed. Problems with v1.5.1 include: (a) Map doesn't always show up. (b) If you manually type an address because the map is acting up, the app ignores the typed-in address and uses whatever crazy location the map thinks it is at. In my case, this meant a wrong city, so my report was never seen by my city. (c) Boxes disappear. (d) I can't turn my phone sideways to use a wider keyboard. (e) When I click on Reports...List View...and select one of my reports, it shows the correct photo. When I click on the photo, it shows the photo of another report I've submitted. (f) You get alerts when a case is closed. Click on the alert and it disappears without telling you which case closed. (g) The app says you're limited to 3 attached photos per report, yet I can attach 4. I would like more than 4 in some cases. (h) It takes much to many clicks to attach multiple photos to a report. - - - - - If you are a city, you want people using the app and I can see people not using this app because of its faults.
I wish we could report more. Escondido is a large dump with yards that are disgusting. We need to report ALL violations to clean up the city! This app also starts on boot and starts itself back up.
Have now reported 5 instances of graffiti, and so far 4 have been resolved. htc Rezound
Even with GPS on and located. Waste of tax dollars!
The site will not load
You need to turn your gps on your phone for it to load
Loaded it on my tablet, but it crashed every time I tried to open it. I had to uninstall. What a POS.
This is what every city needs!
This app will no longer launch. It worked before but has not in March
Doesn't load
I am honestly impressed with the city of Escondido's response to reports of graffiti. I live on East Grand Ave, and it can look a little rough sometimes. But recently a graffiti artist popped up and started tagging "basik" everywhere. One on the new Ross, a wall near the mobile homes, and a neighbor's fence. I made 3 reports total, and city workers removed everything the next day. Amazing.
