Camera its self has excellent quality. Downfall is the app on galaxy s21's won't download the videos and the device itself will save everything and over load its memory when the temperatures get above 100°F while parked and won't stop beeping until you format the memory regardless what you have the G's set to. It will reset your settings as well.
App is not the prettiest but it does what it needs to do. I do wish there was an option to disable Wi-Fi when the M1 powers on by default. If I needed to connect, I could just enable it with the physical Wi-Fi button on the M1.
The M1 Dash Cam is a great addition to my Escort Max360c. It's cool to be able to combine the radar detector and dash cam with clean installation and only one power cord. The app easily syncs with the camera and allows for downloading, editing, and sharing videos.
This M1 Dash Cam App is inconsistent in connecting with any WI-FI and synchronizing with my Smartphone. First, the M1 Dash App will not download to my smartphone. To get the M1 to work I have to go to the play store App and open up the M1 app to connect to any WI-FI. Most of the time the M1 Dash Cam will not connect to WI-FI. And if I'm lucky enough to get connected to WI-FI it will not stay connected and no video camera to support the MAX 360c Radar Detector. Please, I'm looking for any help.
Not completely clear on connecting to camera but I got it to work by searching M1 in wifi menu after it finally found it. is there a way to get a location and speed stamp on the recordings. Using/installing a larger SD card would be helpful. I'll keep playing with it.
This app doesnt work. Will NOT work at all with T mobile, not even in airplane mode. Hit and miss with Verizon. Cant edit anything. I've tried it all. When you spend this much money on a device. It should function correctly. They cant be proud of this. I'm a last time buyer.
The camera itself is amazing, the video quality is great. My only issue is that editing videos, it will not let me just edit from phone app like it says. Must plug up to CPU or laptop to edit.
Had some issues connecting to its Wi-Fi when setting it up. I couldn't find any troubleshooting information that helped. Realized the Wi-Fi button on top and all my problems went away. Pretty good so far
Won't connect to my Samsung via WiFi. Why use WiFi in the first place. What's wrong with Bluetooth? Why do I need 2 apps to work my radar detector and camera. Awful. So not ready for primetime.
On my Galaxy s21 ultra, I can no longer see image previews of the video or download videos to my device. I did not have this problem on my prior iPhone running iOS 14 so I'm not sure if this is an Android 11 issue or not.
App will not download any video that is recorded ever snice i update to Android 11. To get the App to work I went to a older phone with Android 10 and it downloads fine. Please update it's been 3 months snice my last update.
Easy setup works flawlessly but wish it would include the speed from my radar detector as well but it does not.
Works allot better than their other app. Radar app is completely useless for my Max 360C. Products work okay by themselves but system integration with an app is utterly horrible 😫..
Please for the love of whatever you believe in, get a designer. The UI is horrific and looks like an app from ten years ago.
Doesnt connect to my Pixel 2 XL phone despite trying countless times. It connects to iPhones. But that doesnt help me.

Quick install. Looks good. Works well. Decent picture quality. App is easy to use.
I would like to see a video regarding the settings configuration and perhaps a demo how to download the videos.

Can not get it to download, after 20 times over 5 days.
I have a lot of trouble connecting & reconnecting. I use several high speed internet carriers and have the same issues. It's a major distraction when I'm driving. I have to restart the phone and app several times,this app is not user friendly.
