This app worked wonderfully for many years and in the last 9 months it does not work at all. I've called and they cannot help me at customer service. So frustrated. We will be cancelling our services after over 10 years.
Updated our home system as you asked. Now, the app barely works? On/Off Way too frustrating. I'll make sure I manually set EVERY time now. Please, fix this app to work appropriately. I had to go into my online account to even figure out the activation code. Please, don't make this so hard for your customers.
App takes forever to connect and 98% of the time it fail to connect. I have to close app and restart Manny times in order to connect.
Forces to get 3/4G upgrade, then esecure stopped working. Called and spoke to someone who was able to get me in by pc but not the app. I pay extra for esecure, so why can't anyone help me? Shopping my options for when this term is up.
This app does not work anymore since I upgraded to my new phone. Please fix this soon,I loved this app!!

Protection 1 made me sign a new contract to upgrade to this awful mess. It rarely works, most of the time the app won't connect to the system. LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, doesn't matter, it just times out. Tried this app on three different devices, didn't matter. Web interface also won't work. If it does come up, it takes an average of five minutes, so it's not at all useful in any kind of emergency. Their techs have looked at my system but can't find the problem.
Rarely can connect. Always have to wait a long time. Browser based one works, but is also very slow.
Would give 4 stars but it stopped working after android OS update. Please fix.
It is not true, does not work out work out bugs for single camera, I can access one camera and not other camera for about one year. It is not acessible April 11, 2014
This app works fine. It does what it is supposed to do. Its free so how can you complain. Sometimes its a Lil slow.
Downloaded this a yesterday. Doesnt come up. Just remains a black screen. When it came up it was good but that does you no good if the app isnt working.
Works pretty good when the system is up. Just wish they hadn't made the alarm keypad smaller. Much nicer bigger! (Filling the screen)
Little slow but does work from anywhere, best on wifi. But very slow & sometime takes twice to log in since update! Needs work!!
Very convenient when it works, but very upsetting when it doesn't. Why can't this be fixed?

The App is helpful to be able to disarm the alarm from our rear doors that don't have a delay to get to the panel, but it takes a LONG time for it to connect. Also the on screen display doesn't update when you arm/disarm or change the Chime, etc from the Android App. Also, the Lock/Unlock keys only work once, after you get back to the main keypad they are totally un-responsive. Motorola Droid 2 on Verizon
Work's great at times...takes along time to connect to manage alarm and sometimes programming alarm had to be done multiple times before alarm responds
Sprint EVO 4G 3D - Poor App.Does not update status when arming or disarming. Slow to connect. Unresponsive. Numerous connection timeouts.
Does not connect half the time or very slow. Do not waste your money on getting esecure. Trust me problems all the time.
I use it every time I get home from work late. keeps from waking everyone up when I get home to disable alarm. Awesome app, but slow to connect.
The program works great, lots of options for arming system. Sometimes slow to connect, but always does. I use this app frequently never a problem.
Crashes frequently on startup. Asks for password multiple times. Generally slow to connect and respond. EVO. Network error for no reason half the time
I can't stand how my phone only allows a log in when I have a 3G signal. And it has to be 4 bars. Always works on a 4G, or WiFi signal.
This app takes forever to connect even with WiFi. By the time I am connected I already in the house. Come on! And it time out often.
If you like errors this is the app for you! It works about 1/4 of the time. When it does actually work it's great. Most of the time it will display some error and make you want to throw your phone.
