Horrifying app. Does not give me the option to receive a notification when your alarm is triggered. Additionally, the geo-fence feature is a joke. The notification pops up hours after I actually leave my house.
I never had any complaints when I had ADT. Now that they are Protection 1, I wish I would have gone elsewhere for my home security. Their equipment is horrible, and constantly falls off. I wish I'd saved my money.
Great App! Have not had any problems thus far. Enjoy the notification of users when entering and exiting. Also enjoy the use of arming and disarming from smart phone.
Changed my password twice to try and get logged in. Followed all of the requirements for the password and still can't get logged in. Waste of time.
It keeps asking me to change my password, I do, but after 5 minutes numerous times, it just still says working. I have not been able to use it yet for over 2 months
This App is a game changer! It may seem slightly insignificant to some, however it has really helped our family.
Works great. Love being able to turn my alarm on and off remotely.

where is the icon?
Very slow to connect. Always get message "it's taking longer than normal to connect" with good signal or even connected to WiFi.
All of a sudden can't get any push notifications on galaxy s9+ every time you open the app & go to push notifications even though they are turned on they look like they're turning off & on the buttons slide every time you open it up pls fix happening on 2 phones in my household way to important not to be able to get push notifications on my alarm system
I like the app. It would be nice to have an instant stay alarm set button on the main screen. That is how I set it every night, it is a pain to have to log into the keypad to enter the arm instant code.
Previous version of this app worked fine. Recent update with new interface is awful. Password issues every time I log-in requiring me to reset password at each log-in. Surprising connection issues over Wi-Fi, really? App's key pad option is sluggish and or non responsive. If there is an option to revert to the prior app I would immediately do so!
I really enjoyed Protection One Security now that they now that they are coming ADT I hope I still enjoy them
Rarely does it work. Very very very very slow.
Does not work since the update. I can't disarm or arm my alarm. Waste of money. Switching to a new security provider
The new app does not load scenes on any Android phone or tablet...i have tried different accounts still fails to load scenes...someone needs to fix the code in the app...
Does not work on Samsung Note 8 since November upgrade and Dec 7th update. Please get this fixed. App crashes at login.
Not working for the Samsung Galaxy note 8.
I had to reset my password to get into the new 2.0 version even though I had my correct password, but it STILL took me several tries and reloading the app to get in. When I finally did, EW! So ugly and non-user friendly compared to the previous version. Who designed this? They didn't even try. And it has the incorrect name as the residence at the top of my screen but there's no way to change it. Terrible app. They should have just stayed with the c old version.
ADT/Protection 1 had to come out to update our software to the newest version because I wasn't getting email notifications on its activity. The tech had me download the user app for it. It didn't work at first. After he helped set it up. It worked. Now it won't sync and it won't arm. I'm not wasting any more time with it. I'm deleting the app. Thinking about deleting ADT. Haven't been happy since ADT took over.
