APP WORKS MUST PORT FOWARD YOUR ROUTER TO VIEW ON 4G! If you can not see cameras on 4g you must go into your router setting and port foward the ip address of your nvr. Took me hours to figure out but its really simple and there are videos on it. It's just frustrating that the developers of the app didnt release a tutorial on how to do it, instead they release clones of the same app.
Only works when connected to wifi which is rubbish because you can't view your house remotely. Used to be able to zoom by pinch and zoom but that doesn't work anymore. Does anyone use any alternative apps in place of this for their CCTV system?
Absolutely horrendous. None of the buttons in the app work, can never see any of the 4 cameras as you get buffering and little grey circles. Might as well not even have it. Utterly useless.
Hello all dear ones ... I had the same problem connecting the phone to the camera with the rest of my friends ... it connects with Wi-Fi but it does not connect with the phone's net ... so I found a solution ... replacing it Another software ... two Eseecloud software and ip pro ... You can easily replace these two and enjoy watching your camera pictures online .. I hope you are all happy and healthy 😊😊😊🌹🌹🌹🌹
Works and since it doesn't require a username and password to enter the app, less problematic for my customers. However, I used to be able to pinch and zoom but zoom no longer works... so only 3 Stars.
Only get connecting when i log in. Has NOT connected in months. Only works after thr fact when its to late and you have to check the physical device not your app. Complete waste.
The app only connect with Wi-Fi any were. but not with.( data network ) you have to do something about that please so that someone can enjoy the app
Horrible. The app NEVER works. Cameras are ALWAYS buffering. Worst $300 spent. Worth all of these horrible reviews, why hasn't this been fixed yet?? I will be calling Amazon and returning mine!!
This app is common which has not been getting any update since 2015 and mostly user find easy to access but the forget we have to pay price for easy access as I had few days back with small break through in my office
alright , but doesn't always connect to all cameras and seems out of sync watching two views of same areas....
Only works when connected to same wifi, which is of no use, as we can't watch our system remotely.
It only works on wifi on the premises, when I'm not on the premises it doesn't work at all, just says connecting on the screen
Use less application. Not working. Don't buy any NVR with this software.Not getting connected to net. No support from developers. Even cloud not working
It never connects ! The android app is pathetic. The app for iOs is far better. Need an update to atleast allow us to connect!
Too much data consumption. U need to add an option for working on WiFi without using data.
Great app, untill android software was updated, now i cant access my first 8 cameras only from 9 onwards. Please can you guys look into this and do an app update.
Half of the time it doesn't even work, the other half you only get maybe 1 camera to work. Worst app
Dossnt even pick up the cameras after numerous attempts at grabbing the IP/DNS settings. What's the point?!
Was easy to set up. Bit slow on processing, but once working, is efficient.

This app has no update and always says connecting. Just a poor user experience.

This app will not connect anymore... it is absolute opposite of the way it is supposed to operate.
this suddenly failed to operate. it keeps on indicating that server is unavailable. does anyone know of a compatible app that would actually work? i've tried to reach out to the pogram developer a while ago but has never replied. very frustrating. it was good when it was working but again, it stopped suddenly.
