Sick of seeing "Decryption was interrupted and can't be completed." Can't log into work accounts without it and it doesn't work.
I set up myeset account online, as I have license key. When I open this app on my phone, it asks for a pin code I don't have ?????? Extremely confusing and frustrating. I am trying to log in to another site and asks me for pin code sent to eset authentication.
Very happy with this system. Also allows to scan QR codes and add other 2FA codes to the app. Makes it easy to keep work codes in one app and personal stuff in another.
Works, but its ridiculous that they are forcing you to use their own app, why not support a normal TOTP app like the Google one (or compatible options). Its just a annoying for the end user....
They block Microsoft Authenticator so you are forced to use this app that doesn't even scans QR codes properly half the time and for some reason doesnt even appear in your app list once installed.
Works as intended for a longer period. Only having consistant issues with Push notifications when having two ESA profiles.
Even though it has some sort of multiple accounts, the sites it is used for has a limitation on the phone number. Each has to have different number, so if you are the admin for 2-4 company's you have to have that many phone numbers on you.
Key is not automatically changes after time. Remove button next to arrow to show key is poor design. Allow us to use standard OTP instead of this...
On behalf of my sysadmin team, why do we need another bloody 2FA app? Please support standard OTP so we can use Google authenticator, Authy, LastPass authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator. Even better still, please support yes/no approval push in Google and LastPass auth apps. 1 star for not supporting standards!
Would definitely not recommend this app. I just locked myself out by misclicking while requesting a new OTA. Bravo ESET for making it so easy! Good design!
Its rediculous that est forces you to use their own crappy app instead of simple using the otp standard so i can run my existing 2fa auth apps. In fact, next renewal im ditching eset because i don't want another crappy app on my phone.
Most pointless app out there, rather than let you use Google authenticatior or your usual one you are FORCED to download this app for this one 2fa... Let's hope other brands don't follow this silly little idea and we all have 400 different authenticatior apps on our phones.
Works as intended, but i'd rather use google authenticator instead of having a seperate authenticater app on my phone for every software i use.
Please just support standard OTP. I don't need another app to open. I just want to scan into my 1password account...
Do not support on screen fingers print sensor on pixel 6 :-( But otherwise work great.
App keeps crashing so I can't work remotely. Really great job...
I appreciate the addition of fingerprint authorization, but it doesn't work. Also, app like this really should start quickly, but now it takes a sweet while.

Every time I install the app it asks for a pin code. I have no idea what that is!!!
Unfortunately this app can't become device admin, so it can be easily uninstalled

I can't connect. It rapid fires me like 6 keys at a time. None of them ever work. This is security, because I can't get online!!!! Very frustrating!!!
