The problem is that when I tried to recharge my ntc sim (rs 200) it somehow was used up in a pack offer (voice pack 10+100min,50sms&1024mb data). There is no notification for any of this stuff. AND IT HAPPENED TWO TIMES!!! People at ntc told me that I had taken data pack but it is simply impossible. It happened on two separate sim cards I tried to recharge. THIS CAN'T BE A COINCIDENCE! This is a warning. Do NOT recharce through esewa until this problem is publicly fixed.
Customer service is a nightmare, they can't solve a simple issue like providing a token for log in, I've been chasing them for almost 2 weeks now and still no resolution, every time I get a reply from them asking for the same information which I provided every time I communicated with them. I think the customer service is there just for the sake of and not actually to help out customers. So disappointing 😞 I wish I could give zero star.
App is good but the customer service is the worst 👎👎👎. For simple issue you have to call them 5-10 times, they will ask you to email and create new issue ticket but will close the ticket without even fixing the issue. If you call them to inform about the unsolved issue they will again ask you to send email and repeat the process but still no response. 🤬 Update: fed up with their customer service....... Deleting my account and installing esewa asap. 👎
This give me worst experience of all the time the customer service was good in past but now they are worst they put your call hold for longer times and mostly they didn't pick up your call . My money waste because of there technically problems and they didn't give me answer. This is the last time I am using this. And this is not happening for the first time also. I there is option I would give zero star because it doesn't deserve any
App is good but the customer service is the worst. Very slow and you have to remind them daily to check the issued support tickets. Most of the time they will close your ticket without even fixing the issue. 👎👎👎
Plz increase the cashback for both Consumer and The Agent as well.. As being the top most wallet of Nepal.. You obviously can provide that!! And if possible do not keep the bar margin for the Agents that.. If we meet our margin than the Cashback will increase and if we couldnt than it will decrease,, And talking about costumer assistance.. Plz make is very hasslefree and convenient!! I know you have much more Consumers than any other wallet,, Though you can increase the manpower to satisfy us!!
Worst customer service ever. I am trying to log in and I am not receiving pin code. As I followed the instructions and contacted the official there is no response as well.Suggest not to use. It's day 2 and still not any response. They just pretend as if there is customer if there was rating in below 0 I would rate below 0
I am using this app since last 3-4 years and I have to say that I have never faced any major issues till now. However I am only giving 4 stars bcz you know, world is changing rapidly. Service is genuinely the best comparatively, but one thing to take note of is the service charge taken when we load money from card or vice versa. The charge is pretty high. It's literally rs 8+ in a rs 500 recharge. Overall, my experience was well beyond expectations. But the service charge was just a bit too high, maybe lower it a bit to make the experience more smooth. Best wishes!
Has plenty of resources to send ads but couldn't send needed data on time, sometimes have to wait for more than a minute just to be able ti use the app, waste of internet data pack on silly ads, please check your priorities
Congratulations on receiving this one star. 5:55-5:56 offer ma topup garda 55 rupees aaune bhanya thiyo and the app stopped working RIGHT AT THAT MOMENT. They completely wasted my time. Everything else, but ESEWA APP worked within that window AND ON TOP OF EVERYTHING THEY DEDUCTED 100 RUPEES FROM MY WALLET. PS:They didn't steal my money. I'm just frustrated that the app stopped working right at that moment and they charged me the topup money later on. I'm gonna stop using esewa once I empty my💲
I cant even send money, it says no services are available like seriously??? The app built is worse, nothing loads, when i try clicking send money it doesnt even open it, please look after the problem as soon as possible
Worst serives ever, somewhere it allows to login with MPIN but somewhere it ask for a password, a forget option is kept which doesn't work ,so that called at customer service and got answer they will fix it but wasted!🤮 ruined my morning ,Improper management and service,I suggest you better not use it
Hajur haru ko app ra website duitai fix garnu paryo, i wanted to pay my food's payment but neither app nor the website worked for some reason and it still refuses to. I have fast internet, used both wifi and 4g data but it didn't proceed. U guys need to fix that
If there is any problem even if you Email or whatsapp the customer service no response worst Service. Improve customer service, try to reply as soon as possible, try to solve the problem as soon as possible, it takes 1 day to complete the pending transaction
It's quite embarrassing while loading amount . I have loaded 200rs but only 100rs is available in wallet. And refreshing is very slow !! Please fix this !
Even if i have a strong wifi connection or even data on my phone It most of the time gets stuck, only loading and loading. When i tap on the eye button to view amount it again stucks on loading. I love this app but plz fix this issue i am fed up.
I think this app is almost used all over the country so this app is very helpful for us and in Kathmandu, almost every shop have esewa so we can easily pay out bill. Thank you 😊
To be honest I am very much greatful to use eSewa . Last three year I used this application which is very much easy and convenience to use. Using eSewa instead of physical wallet remove a lot of hassles associated with physical cash. Airline tickets, Electricity Bill payment, Telephone bill payment ,Mobile, purchase goods, Inter banking transaction of money make me easy and convenience for me and the best policy of eSewa is to provide reward point to the customer which give me satisfaction.
I like the service of esewa. Transferring money from one wallet to another had to be arranged without any charge and it would have been better to pay abroad with qr code. I think there should be an arrangement for online booking of train tickets from Janakpur to Jayanagar and from Jayanagar to Janakpur. I hope you will improve these things in the future.
Why doesn't your app respond smoothly. It lags too often and let alone it don't even fetch the data, it can't even toup or pay somebody else
I can't recharge in my phone number, when tried to recharge it says service unavailable, please try again, it sucks😬😠, and also I didnt get otp code in my number which starts from 97
Service is down when i need most. Now I have to think of alternative wallet. Overall it's not reliable.
Connectivity problem. Could not load notification or statement though wifi connection is great.
I've never in my life given any app a 1 star but this one deserves it. I cannot even change my password through this app and esewa won't let me change it through the browser . The customer service is the worst . Waited for them to pick the call for 4 mins and guess what happens the call gets cut. I tried again but the same response. Really frustrated and never gonna use this app again until its fixed . Oh they also won't reply to any mails and I've been waiting for their PROPER reply for MONTHS.
The only thing i don't like about esewa is that it takes a lot of time to load the amount though bank transfer is done so quick esewa takes long to show the amount
Adding secure transfer payment u just making complicated to pay by normal user or unware about that...... Actually wallet means to be easy to pay and receive money...without any complications.....
The app service is too slow. It takes around an hour to transfer funds and shows an error. Please fix the issue ASAP..
Worst customer service ever experienced with any digital app I've ever used. Not sure if it's the lack of human resources or lack of proper training to assist customers. Absolute nightmare, took more than a week in attempt to get the verification token to verify new device from support, yet still chasing them up. They respond back once every few hours and keep you waiting.
