I have no such issue with the app. It is really great, what you need to know not all features are available on the app mostly like all apps including banks app. Some dresses or personalization need to be made on the website. You have to log in in the website to do so. I figure that out a long time ago. You will see 1 dress and all available colors you can purchase it. Have a visual on the change made, save your change, coupons, offers. You need to put some efforts in it for your dream dress.

I love eShakti clothing, and the option to make them to measure, and modify the hem length, sleeves and neckline are awesome. The app however, could use some work. When I select a search result, look at the item, and try to go back, I should go back to my search results, not the front page of the whole store. Same fit browsing sections of the store- send me back to the same section, not the front page. This would make shopping for an item take a lot less time, so you can get my $ faster.

I love the fx feature and the ability to modify dresses in real time. I wish it were available on all the dresses. The app gave me a lot of issues on check out, nearly caused me to go with a dress I didn't like nearly as much that wasn't customized. Also concerned about security. Very laggy app as well. Hoping dress quality makes up for it all.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times and it still gets 'stuck' on the initial loading image so that I cannot access the full app. It's worse opening from another page. If I see an ad on Facebook and click the link to direct me to the specific item, the app freezes then shuts down. It's extremely frustrating to deal with.

The app used to work well as I recall. Recently I've found that the scrolling function becomes very glitchy after using it for 3-5 minutes. It's not that it doesn't load quickly enough, but that it can't scroll effectively though the content it had loaded. Very frustrated with this, Eshakti. I love your site, but the app needs some work.

I deleted the app from my phone upon finding that the login screen's password field is deliberately broken. You can't sign in using a password manager, nor can you copy the password from elsewhere and paste it in. Instead, you must type it, and there is no way to view what you have typed. This is a usability issue, an accessibility issue, AND a security issue, as it encourages the use of short, simple, memorable, easy-to-type passwords.

If one dress is available in other colors, those colors could be shown rather than having to search for the dress description. Perusing is very time consuming, and while it's a testament to their vast selection, it's ridiculous that the same dresses have multiple listings simply because of color choices.

I've purchased numerous dresses 15 +, I've shared the site often, had friends order also. I really like the quality of the work and the customization is by far... the best! Added plus I've never worn a dress and run into someone wearing it! Only slight downfall is not seeing description like web version. The fx feature (combining design and/or fabric) difficult just due to size of mobile/ tablet screens, but that's okay, I'm happy to go to website on computer and design something there.

eShakti products are awesome and as a tall girl I love being able to get things tailored to my exact size. I have been a customer with them for several years now and I suspect over time most of my wardrobe will be eShakti items. I do prefer the cottons (and rayon, and cotton blends), over the really synthetic fabrics. Just my personal preference. The app needs a bit of work to improve usability, it's not broken, just a little fiddly to use. But they have recently asked for feedback so I am very hopeful that they will make the tweaks needed to make the phone app a bit more of a smooth experience. You can always browse on the phone app and order on the desktop for now.

I've ordered several dresses and tops from eshakti. All have been excellent quality, and arrived as expected save for one or two. Communication about delays was always frequent and timely. Only docking one star for a sometimes glitchy app; I've found that it's best to order from the website via desktop or laptop. Otherwise, eshakti is amazing!

Poor App - The customization feature does not work and it does not let you scroll to see all necklines, sleeve lengths, skirt options, etc. If you want to customize your garment, this app absolutely does not work for that purpose. Want to buy a non-customized item? Go for it, that function seems to work just fine.

I love all the dresses!!!! It is soooo hard to choose when on a tight budget!! 😩 But I do love how I could alter a dress to my liking. But I do wish the prices were a bit lower; including the pricing for delivery, and it would be nice if it didn't take so long for them to deliver my stuff. Other than that, I love this company!!!! 🥰

Great app. Easy to use. My only suggestion would be to have the possibility to filter by customization choice. For example, I like ankle length skirts so it would be nice to filter by skirts that come with that option instead doing a guess and check.

Hard to use when browsing because when you heart something to add or remove from wishlist, it scrolls back up to the top of the list again. Prices are in USD but the app doesn't tell you that until after you've gone through the whole process of customising your order and doing your measurements and everything.

App is fine for browsing, but dangerous for buying. My dresses stopped fitting correctly after I lost weight even though I changed my measurements. Multiple emails and phone conversations to see if I was measuring wrong. I kept redoing my meas. for new orders, then the dresses wouldn't fit right. Finally I realized every time I entered my meas. in the app, it WASN'T SAVING! I'm mad I kept a few dresses, telling myself I could "make it work", now that I know they were based on old measurements.

I'm trying very hard to give you quote a bit of my money, but your app won't let me. Also, the customization options only show one and a half of each category. I have given up on trying to make a purchase three times now because neither the interest-free option nor pay-in-full will load.

Eshakti is my one of my favorite online stores. That app is good but what would make it even better is if the app would not start from the beginning of your wish every time you select an item and then hit the back button. I wish it would allow you to pick up from where you left off from your wish list. Besides that it's a really fun experience for me.

Good but it doesnt always load the customisation pictures. Also it's very American and you cant use the credit option in the UK. Be nice if they told you this somewhere. I had to empty out a lot of items because of this which wasted a fair few hours. Annoying.

Love the dresses and customization. Also love that you can filter by fabric and that there are app exclusive deals. My only issue with the app is that it hangs on a page a few times each time I use it and occasionally I have to close and restart the app.

I have orders from Eshakti before and love their masks. I have made two attempts to order more masks, but when I go to order the total is zero. When I go ahead and hit place order it acknowledges that the order was place, but I t ecieved no confirmation email and the app doesn't show that I have placed an order. Very frustrating. I'm going to delete it and shop elsewhere.

I bought one dress from their website and loved it. I decided to download their app and found another dress, but their app is irritating. I have several discount codes to use, but none of them work; they keep giving me an error. When I go to the website, they work just fine. I hope this gets fixed.

App did not work well on my phone - could not access every customization option. Tried on a friend's phone and was able to customize, but then it would not load pictures. Customer service was not helpful. Probably not worth the hassle.

I've bought from the website before, using the standard sizes, and loved the products. I tried the app with a recent order. I decided to enter my measurements so I could do custom sizes. Of the two shirts and two pairs of pants I tried to order with custom sizes, one pair of pants wouldn't recognize the measurements loaded from my profile nor recognize them when I entered them manually. I had to order the standard size for that pair. I assume it's a bug, but other than that really like the app.

I love the shop. The app itself is fsirly slow and very buggy. It refreshes often which causes you to lose your place when browsing, and the visual part of the customizer doesnt always work.

I love the store but the app needs improvement. It doesn't keep "custom sizes" or saved items. Additionally, oftern it won't load properly. All of this is extremely unfortunate since i really enjoy using the website and it would be so useful being able to shop from my phone

I love it. So easy to use. Fantastic styles that I love and wear on many different types of occasions. I always see great dresses that I would love to wear at any time. Updating my review, i just was on app and got two new dresses. Can't wait to wear them.

I Love eShakti. And this app is so easy to use. Just enter your measurements and get clothes that fit perfectly for fairly reasonable prices. Don't like that neckline? They can change it. Want that dress longer or shorter? That can be done. Love that one, if only it had long sleeves? They can do that too. I love everything I've purchased from this company. The quality and the fit are fabulous.
