eSky Flights Hotels Rent a Car

I have seen people putting bad comments for this site and saying its scam. For those who are worried and purchased their service I wanna tell you that you are not being scammed. I had connecting flights for my arrival and departure. So if you see the visa requirements and travel restrictions for the country you will be boarding your connecting flights you will be alright. I didn't have problem with my travel and I travelled little cheaper with this website.

I was expecting more I was using the Web version which keep advertising to go to the app version that this would result in an enhanced experience. I download the app and it is not possible to check flights+accommodation like in the Web page... So I end up using the Web rather than the app. In addition payment option on the frequently asked question they give you the information that it is possible to pay not only by credit card but after confirming with support. It is not possible after all.

They never sent me the boarding passes of both my flights. No customer support by telephone on weekends. I had to contact both the airlines of leave and return myself to check in. I will not even speak about prices. The application never helped me with anything. No sense of safety. Worst customer experience I've ever had.

My colleague has booked a flight and after 28hrs still hasn't received the booking confirmation email. Without a booking number you can not fill in the contact form and you can't ring anyone so how are they supposed to get the flight information ? A request has now been sent twice on website to resend confirmation but still nothing sent. Please tell me what they can do as the money has left the bank account?

No mention of Flight Number anywhere? Nice friendly people (Nicola particulary) when i eventually reached her after lots of repeated identical forms being filled in. Room for Improvement!🙂

Booked round trip from UK to Poland for 3. Got a link from esky to do online check-in. Filled all details, everything was confirmed on esky website. At the airport we found out online check-in wasn't done at all. Had to pay £108 extra to do it at the airport. First and last time we used esky.

It seems lucky2go which is another scam website related to esky Booked ticket through lucky2go Never received the boarding passes, airline declined passes at airport, seems booking through lucky2go was a fraud In one of their reply they have included esky as parent organisation for them esky Clerify on it immediately that are you running scams in tendum with lucky2go or you are not related with them in any ways ?

It's a nightmare , nothing works properly . Nobody comes to help you . I can't change the reservation even if I've paid this service and it cost more than original ticket .

Bought additional package to change flights and have extra baggage, which was not given. No way to cancel flight after they clearly mislead us and noone answers emails or phone calls no matter how much we try. I watched TV shows while waiting! Never using them again! You don't save money after all the stuff you have to pay for all these things you don't even get. It was actually more expensive, better off going through the airline directly.

I had a terrible experience with eSky. I will recommend you to avoid them whenever possible. 5 hours before my flight and I didn't have my boarding pass, even after trying to call then and emailing multiple times. No valid contact number. Wrong information provided regarding luggage. The app is not user friendly and the personnel seems quite incompetent. All in all, a waste of money and time. Be aware that their branding can be deceitful.

Awaiting agreed upon refund since Jan 2022. Contacted by customer care (19/5/22) post initial playstore review. Promised refund again. Let's see how many more months I wait and whether there'll be follow up and resolution as opposed to lip service without follow up I've received until now🤞🏾 fingers crossed 😐

Was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I feel like I have been scammed. The customer service representative provided me miss leading/false information to complete a flight booking. Once the booking was complete it was nearly impossible to make contact back with them, a manager was never available and they never returned any request for contact. It is now nearly impossible to make changes to my booking unless I pay a $500 change fee. Do not use this organization, you will regret it.

Hello to everyone I hope you haves in mind to use this app or the service from this company you need to thing twice the worst service I bought a flight ticket using them service was in the first wave of the pandemic they were changing the time of my flight I did not accept so they told my that they will make a refund from the 151.90£ that I spend I recive 10 and a invoice that you can understand nothing do not use there services

I really like the service offered, but the app could use some fine tuning. often when choosing a room or a flight, the information/ pay screen will load improperly or not at all, making it impossible to fill in details. also if you ever tab out of the app (in my case to check my phone number) the form will clear all the entered information. please fix

payments errors, money freezed for two days,bad customer service experience, ruined holidays... Thanks esky.. never again

Do not buy tickets from eSky under no circumstances! Just buy them directly from the air company. I've used eSky to travel from London to Bulgaria, they cancelled my flight which is fine, it happens, but that was 2 months ago. After that I can't reach eSky, they are not answering my emails, and they haven't paid back my money ! I actually paid extra for tickets cancellation insurance but still they refuse to pay us back, and worst thing is that they are not even replying to my emails anymore!

Booked 2 airplane tickets with added "ALL RISK" insurance because of the pandemic. I was right to be cautious becuase COVID-19 was the reason I had to cancel the tickets. I contacted ESKY a month in advance, they didn't respond. I contacted them 4 more times before I got a response that I should contact the insurance company and they gave me their email. I contacted them and found out that I was insured for 1000€ per ticket, but that they will give me back 57€ per ticket! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

This is a terrible company. Do not use this app or eSKY. It cost more than buying a regular flight. There is horrible customer service, as I have been working for about 2 weeks get them paid their extra scam fee. It ended up being about $50 more than buying from an airline. This is an absurd hassle and I paided extra for it. I have literally never written a review for anything, but I hope to let as may people as possible know that they should avoid this.

Esky is a scam company. They might give you real flights but you might like me book with them and have your booking cancelled for insignificant documentation even though you contacted them to give the information they required. Then when you try to get ahold of them they don't return emails and their phone is unavailable. I had to rebook last minute through the airline and pay much more.

Horrible service. Liars and thieves. A return connecting flight booked trough them was cancelled weeks beforehand. They took the refund money from the airline company and didn't bother to inform me of the cancellation. I discovered that the flight was cancelled 5 hours before departure and only because I called them since I was unable to get the boarding pass. Because of this I had to buy last minute tickets to get home. They never returned my money and lied about what happened.

Great prices good service and easy booking

Not review of the app, but a review of this company that is completely useless and I don't recommend anyone to use it, since if you for some reason have your flight cancelled, eSky will make you wait for months ( me personally - 11 months ) just to say that they can't apply for a refund on my behalf. After multiple emails and even a phone call, it took them 11 months to say that they can't apply for my refund, even tho everything was booked using their app ans for that they got their fee.

DON'T USE! The phone number what they provide is not working. On weekends they don't provide customer support at all. Their booking reference is not recognized by Ryanair which makes the booking update difficult (impossible). They also do the checkin much earlier than necessary (24h), so you won't be able to update your booking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

6 hours before our flight and still no boarding pass has been sent, I had to go on the website of the plane company and check in myself even though I paid extra for automatic check in. When I called them they said it's hard for them to keep up because of corona since there are many planes that get cancelled. Save yourself the hassle and order straight from the provider. Not from this app.

Easy to use, excellent

I've contacted them 4 times over the last 4 days and still no response. I paid extra to have special services and have received zero help. I did not receive the option to add checked luggage when purchasing my ticket so I specifically paid extra to make sure this was done. Now I'm probably going to get my pocket book raped when I go to check luggage for my flight. I'll never use them again.

I had problems with booking first try and at that point I should use another intermediary service to buy tickets. Then another 2 problems occurs that should not took place. 1) For ryanair airlines after check-in we dont recieve mobile tickets - you need to print them! 2) For vueling airlines we need to check-in by ourselfs - no automatic check-in, no information about that whatsoever. This is especially confusing after automatic check-in at ryanair! A lot to improve from esky side.

Don't you ever ever work with them, they are scammers. It's a nightmare, I bought tickets from Kiev to Berlin and back and I paid insurance for changing the dates, then I found out that the borders weren't open and tried to change my dates, they didn't do anything. They started to ask more money and add to that never replied quickly, never replied to 2d mail. I have tickets which I can't use or change, they took 9 € for each ticket to change me dates free of charge and they don't

From our airport are flying in around 20 destinations but just 4 are shown, at Flight Deals.(Cluj Napoca Int Airport).If I check WizzAir site, there are many flight deals.So the app is useless. Las year has shown. I send a recommendation to repair this issue but no action. But the app is very user friendly.
