ESL Business Banking

Wow after looking at the reviews here I guess I'm not the only one having the same problem. The app work great for 2 years and then all of a sudden it stopped working it just freezes when it takes a picture. I contacted es&l about a month ago Arie contacted them 3 days ago nobody has gotten back to me at any point in the last month. If you want reviews about this app take what people are saying and fix it! Or at least contact people back! Update: I have called twice now. No luck.

This app was great until the latest update. Now I get error messages about connecting to the capture server, it seems to be set to a specific zoom automatically so what you see when you're taking the picture of the check doesn't match what the image is, and overall it's not as reliable as previous versions. This app was always better than the standard esl app but this latest update has downgraded this app to just about as bad as the standard esl mobile deposit app

After my last review I was contacted by ESL with offer to assist me through the installation and operation of the app. Prior to the scheduled call I decided to load the app on a different device that was a few years newer (android ver. 4.4 vs the newer android ver. 8.1). What a difference. The app worked as expected. I activated the fingerprint option and it appears to work fine allowing me to log into the app with just my fingerprint.

this app use to work very well, now it won't even recognize my password. I hate it when it its useless like this. I have an Android that is about 7 years old. I should not have to change my device to keep up with this app. I hate having to pay the premium prices for the new device. I have no need to have the bleeding edge.

I was pretty happy until recently with the mobil deposit feature. I continue to get a RDC ERROR. "A problem has occurred with the Remote Deposit Capture Feature" no solution just an error message and of course after hours. Can someone help me here?

Saves me from having to go to the bank. Could be a little less finicky. Fairly intuitive. Not sure why it has to be different than the regular ESL app. I give it a C+

I no longer operate the business I once did, but still use the ESL business app to manage my personal banking. I find the account access and display cleaner and more clear than the regular app.

Absolutely terrible app. Couldn't even log in. Kept telling me my password was wrong. So I tried forgot password and it asked for my log in. Put that in and again it said my password was wrong. Uninstalled. Idk how I'm suppose to deposit this check when I have no esl near me .

The new updated check picture taking feature doesn't function as well and produces consistently blurry photos on Androids.

This app takes forever loading and half the time it does not connect. I expect better results from ESL

Terrible. Have to change PW every 90days. Doesn't send prompt txt notifications. Can't transfer to personal esl account

I like that you can look at your accounts and they're very up-to-date. Special what is going on and this time right now. I would recommend other people to use this.

Easy to navigate and updates regularly, which is what really matters 👍

All of a sudden the app stopped working after using it for 2 years!

Reformatted my phone and went to reinstall old app. Nowhere to be found in Google Play January 30, 2020. Instead there's only this POS. This bank has a notorious internal communication breakdown between departments that aren't in the uppermost crust of this bank hierarchy. You can literally ask one person the identical thing and get an entirely contradictory and under-informed response from another. They don't practice delegating power... they hoard it. Like money. The office culture is a typical throwback to a Kodak stovepipe mentality.

Great Bank they work with you! not against you!

I have NO complaints against ESL Business Banking, I think whatever "bugs" that other people complained about.....have been fixed. Superb job guys!!
