Zero confidence! I downloaded this app because I recently had a fraudulent charge and the branch representative suggested it. Now that I downloaded it, and put in my card number, expiration date, address and last four of my social security number it will not continue through the registration process. This makes me VERY NERVOUS! Edit: 4/27/22 Called the number as you suggested. Verified all of my information and the only suggestion that they could provide after holding for assistance was to download and re-install - that they hadn't had this problem before. Other reviewers mention the "terms of use" stalling - so I know I'm not alone. Deleting AGAIN.
Seems like I'm one of the few lucky ones who are able to use and enjoy this app. Not only am I able to monitor my own card but I'm able to add my elderly father's card to the same login as mine and keep track of when he's making transactions (in what appears to be in real time). Prior to this review, I accidentally made a double payment on a bill and when the billing company voided the second payment, I immediately got a notification saying that the charge was denied.
Great and important tool, but would be useful if it worked. Like many others, I cannot sign in, getting an "Enter valid login credentials" note, even though I have tried dozens of times with correct info. When I attempt to reset my password through the "Forgot password" prompt on the app, it does not work.
Horrible I just tried to sign up and it kept flashing saying I had to agree to terms and conditions when it specifically says at the bottom by putting in your card number you automatically agree to terms and conditions. Sheesh ya all need to fix the bugs out of this app!
I see many reviews state it won't allow them to log in but it maybe because they are trying to use their existing username and password. New users need to create a new account with this app. It would be great if you could add ESL credit cards to this app.
Impossible to use. I have an 18 digit password to copy from my password manager. Nothing will paste. Even to try to type a few digits at a time the app erases what I typed. Bad, bad,bad app. I'd like to give this a Negative 100%. See you knew about this since May 2019. This app is junk...Uninstalling.
Can't create an account. App complains about not being able to display terms and conditions and locks up with the background flashing.
It has a long way to go. Too general, denied monthly Amazon account. When it denied it, it will not let you override it or a button to add to approved list.
This is a good app to see what is being charged to your ESL debit card. Once it is setup it does sometimes deny with online purchases but if your card gets skimmed at least you will know before your account is drained and your card can be shut off from the app
Terrible. Can't paste strong credentials from a password generator. App rejects account creation attempts (claims wrong info entered) despite tripple checking values. Asks for too much sensitive information up front. Bla.
App will not allow me to create an account. Keeps stating information does not match records but there is very little information required. Have no idea why it will not create an account.
Good idea, app still needs some work. very sluggish. Most times don't receive notifications until hours after or the next day.
like lots on here, says my log in and password don't work, which is funny because i had just logged into the general app with no problem. please fix I'll adjust my rating upwards.
It's a hog. Why does this update need to occupy so much space? Did the developers give any thought to how much file size this version requires. It's absurd that I needed to uninstall other apps to permit this update..... absurd
I downloaded the App and have NOT been able to log in. Even spoke with one of your IT associates and still no luck. I cannot get it to work.
App is pretty useless if it won't even let me log in. I can log into the website with no issue. Uninstalling
Esl has always been there for me for quite frequent issues and the banks not caring about the little guys.
works fine. love the fact i can turn off any online purchases.
Says incorrect info yet i go online and its not an issue.

Next to useless. Can no longer sign in. I can't even enter credentials or use my fingerprint. I continuously get a "financial server cannot be reached. Try again" message. It clearly connects to my account on its own because I get notifications about purchases. I just can't connect on my end, so no way to shut down card, for example. And that's the only app I have that seems to have a problem connecting, so it's not MY network that's the problem. I like ESL, but this app sucks.
