Useful, when it works... Most of the time it randomly throws me into "offline mode" which doesn't update anything, so I spend a few minutes, in between jobs just fixing that problem and refreshing the cloud option, to bake sure all of my data is accurate.
Needs some work on the layout. Needs an option to turn off landscape mode, or only have it in portrait mode. The interface is rather unresponsive as well. The app is EXTREMELY buggy and often delays me doing anything because I'm fighting the app
Horrible app never worked and crashes every time I try to use it. I've contacted them several times about problems with the app and the website but they have stopped answering me. They only thing they did say was it does work. IT DOES NOT WORK!
ESP tracks you all the time. Seems too similar to what the weather app is accused of doing. I un-install this app at end of each work day. This app takes 2-3 minutes to sync up everytime you log into and out of a store/drive time. Log out of store = 3 min. Log into drive time = 3 min. Log out of drive time = 3 min. Log into store = 3 min. That means if you have three stores you potentially could have 30 minutes or more where you are technically off the clock, not getting paid.
Takes forever to sync even after doing the radius thing they mentioned. Now it freezes up as I'm trying to clock out of stores. Why can't it just be as simple as clocking in and out when I need to instead of waiting and losing/wasting my time?
Frustrating and time wasting app. Syncing....so I just sit & waste time waiting for it to finish syncing so I can login or logout. It probably uses 30+ minutes out of my day maybe more depending on how many stores I have. It reminds me of calling 'customer service '....Your wait time is....
This app need major refinement to better serve its actual purpose. You will waste alot of your time syncing. Also If you didn't know once you hit end visit it counts that exact time as your time punch not when it finishes syncing. So don't do anything until you start your next visit.
This app will freeze up often when you go to clock out of work. It will then show in your store visit history that you clocked out, right after you clocked into a store, even if you just did hours worth of back breaking labor. Then your total hours for the day/week are less than what you really worked. Because of this app, a lot of people are working hard and not getting paid for it.
app crashes twice a week when logging out of store. doesn't show time accurately. have to restart phone when it happens to freeze.
the upgrade sucks. your time isnt clocked between ending a store & starting drive time, drive time is nowhere yo be found & in it's place it says online/offline mode & if you try to get help through their messaging it says it takes up to an HOUR for someone to get back to you.. what???
Unbelievable that I use this app once a week and it fails twice that often. It's garbage. Companies using this app care nothing for their employees' stress levels. ESP is an utter and complete waste of time and effort.
Simple app, not accurate when trying to clock into stores. Syncing with every action when in a store with poor service makes app not function properly.
slow synch is a major problem. now this app only shows in portrait mode on my screen & i can't change it to landscape. gps is not accurate & it drains my battery
crashes and glitches all the time. illogical functions. I've had to uninstall and reinstall more times than i can count.
When I install esp focus it is ok. But later I cannot take pictures. It does not allow me the option anymore so I have to download and install the app every month.
not bad but sometimes switches from online to offline by itself. frustrating. everytime I get to email boss it doesn't go through

Unreliable. Consistently locks up in sync mode. Wastes more time than it saves.
It works fine for it's purpose the reason I gave it a 3 is because even after I log out for the day it keeps track using the GPS I know why it's necessarily for work but NOBODY has the right when I log out.
GPS is wrong said I was across the street when I logged out. Makes me look bad. I was in the store when I logged out. But can't prove it. They need to fix this problem.
Works but syncing is terrible. Program is about as user friendly as DOS.
App doesnt load surveys. Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall

I think it's a buggy POS app!
This app is gets worse everytime you have to update it. It takes minutes and hours away from your time when it's supposed to be keeping your time as you clock in and out of your stores. When you update it, it is supposed to get rid of the bugs but every time I update it it seems to have more bugs than it did before. I'm already part time and don't get enough hours without a app taking away hours I work. Very annoyed in ABQ.
