In the middle of picking a bracket, I went to the ESPN app to look at stats without leaving the tournament app. When I went back, my bracket had been completely cleared for no reason, which is really frustrating. You should be able to save a partially completed bracket to avoid any such issues, a simple fix
Crashes frequently causing all entries to be lost. Unbearably slow when it does function. A shame because there is great content here if the app had been developed and tested better it would be highly recommended. As it is, save yourself the aggravation and skip this app.
I could live with the poor design, which includes showing my picks in the lightest gray possible, and strangely not crossing off wrong picks in future rounds. But the biggest annoyance is this constant pop-up notification that says "no internet connection," which is a bug from LAST YEAR that they still haven't bothered to fix. Uninstalled.
Tournament challenge isn't responding. This is a constant refrain with this app. Oh and when you make a pick, the app sometimes changes the pic without your knowledge even if you don't tap the other team! Frustrating to say the least.
I enjoy the app, but my only complaint is that it has different views between each round. It makes it VERY difficult to look through the full bracket. Other than that, I have been enjoying it, it's just a very big downside for me on mobile
App worked for day 1. Then stopped. To get help,, It asks for my email to reserve password. I never got email, not in spam folder either. I should have 20 emails from them by now and have not received a single one. Tournament will be over before this gets corrected. TERRIBLE APP AND NO TECH SUPPORT!
Funny how I can see my bracket, score updates, and most importantly ads, but when I try to update notification preferences it can't connect to the server. Looks like I don't need notifications from this app at all.
"Unable to initiate vertical bracket" is all you will ever get when trying to look at your or others brackets. You have to memorize who you picked past the current round at this point. Horribly laid out UI and unresponsive buttons
Constantly sends notifications saying "no internet connection" no matter what my connection status actually is ot whether the app is running or not. Please fix, looks like this issue has been ongoing. The games are coming up, do you really want to have an incredibly buggy for the 1 month per year this app is useful?
So many issues. 1. I can't delete a bracket which creates unnecessary clutter and confusion. 2. I can't view my entered selections. They are in some opaque gray. I won't use this again. Disappointing effort by Disney.
Reading your bracket is difficult for multiple reasons. 1- The teams you picked are listed in small grey text on a white background. 2- When looking at later rounds, it's not clear enough which teams you picked are already eliminated.
Gives me this phoney "could not connect to server error" any time I try to turn off for the NCAAW tournament notifications they are constantly spamming my phone with. It seems like ESPN is trying really hard to make sure I don't like womens basketball!
Keeps you logged in but also doesn't; It changes from screen to screen. So you can't look at any of your brackets. Just another app ESPN puts no effort into.
Annoying this about this app is it sends notifications all day long and won't let me turn them off, saying "cannot connect to server". Will be using a different app for next year's bracket
App won't let me turn off notifications. It says no internet connection every time I try but has no problem with internet for any other function. Notifications are constant and unwanted
Every single year I download this app and during the extent of March I get constant messages popping up saying "no internet connection". Even when you Google why is no internet popping up on my android everyone says it's this app. So why don't you guys fix it? It's been 3 years........................................
Its good, but there should be a separate app for the womens. I dont care or want updates for them. I shut off the notifications and ESPN propaganda keeps telling me about this. I will never be interested in it.
Doesn't show the bracket layouts like every other website or app....just a long scrolling list of scores. So that is disappointing. Perhaps they should look at March Madness or ESPN app for a better layout
It's trash this year. Constantly crashes and takes way too long to load between picks. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no effect.
In a private pool. Can not view any bracket including my own. Champion picked is shown for each bracket but nothing else. All brackets are otherwise blank when opened.
Love the ability to make and join group competitions. Bracket layout is a little wonky with all the teams being in the left side. Good breakdowns of each team
The app is great, but ESPN+ Create with Bracket Predictor keeps freezing on the South region and won't let picks be made after that. Please fix really enjoy the app otherwise.
If you give me the option to not receive notifications on the woman's tournament and I choose that option..... DON'T KEEP SENDING ME WNCAA GARBAGE!!!! I DON'T CARE!! NO ONE CARES!!! If I want that info, I know how to find it!
Garbage app. Constantly freezes, FINALLY got to the finals and it locked up. Picks disappeared. Absolute trash.
Can't turn off notifications. Keeps saying it can't connect to the server. Espn is owned by Disney. You would think they should be able to put out a decent app.
This app the garbage, you can't even look at your original bracket without a hassle. How many years has this tournament gone on for and ESPN still can't get this right? This app developer is terrible.
Your app is trash. Everytime I try to use the braket predictor it crashes halfway through. Man ESPN has gone down hill over the years.
I don't know what I would do without this app. It's a great thing to have at tournament time. But it has its issues. First of all, The Second Chance Bracket Challenge appears to be broken. It won't even connect to the server, even after... 1.) Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, 2.) Restarting my phone, and 3.) Clearing the app's cache. And the app seems to trigger a "No Internet Connection" message at the bottom of my phone, even when I have an excellent connection. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES.
