This app is terrible. Signed up for a membership online, and was provided a QR code good for 30 minutes and instructed to download the app to scan the code to get your membership card. Turns out that pressing the Scan a QR code button to login only opens your camera and does not actually pass the code back to the app. Like how is this supposed to work. And create an account only allows me to enter an ID from a membership card I don't have. And the company did not send any email with instructions or receipt either. We'll see what happens when I go to the club.

The links don't always work. I've tried scheduling a personal trainer and none of the buttons on the page function. I can't change gyms, select dates, or even scroll on that page. EDIT: it's been two months and this bug with booking training still isn't fixed.

It is a bit annoying that when you click "membership card", you have to click again to view it. I never want the other option, and wish it was on a separate button. To be honest, the only time I ever use the app is to scan my card, so I wish that is the first thing that popped up when the app opens, without having to click anywhere.

I installed this at home after I was enrolled at gym. It seemed to work fine at home. When I actually went to the gym and tried to use it to check in.....I could not get it to open and kept saying some kind of errors. Very annoying. Lady at desk attempted to help me but had to remove it. After I got home I tried to install it again...now it says I still have it and can't find it to open or use...

🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑5 trash can rating! The absolute worst. Issues upon issues, all throughout the app. If you download and have no issues, just you wait. Guaranteed to cause you issues and annoying situations. The most recent issue I'm having is I can't log in, I get a prompt that says my login info is invalid and the app says my bar code is invalid even though I contacted support and they told me my account info and bar code are correct. Worst app ever, 🗑.

So far its been an awful experience. Got a membership online but my phone cant do ir codes. So i used my mother's phone (while trying to make the 30min window) to create the account. Turns out i cant make a user and pass that way either so i did all this roundabout stuff to have an account with no membership card at all. I just really hope i dont get charged for making a physical card when i go to the facility. Also the app on iPhone is super distorted and hard to read

Great places I workout there every chance I can get. The employees are really awesome and if you need any type of help or nutrition fitness they will provide for you. I'm crazy about eSports Fitness stop by they also have a nutrition sports bar smoothies and etc. It is off the chain.

The creators of this app don't know how to work with service handlers, and that's why the QR code sign up does not work. This is terrible because as far as I know this is the only way to get a membership barcode without going into an actual location. This is a major flaw in the sign-up process that I personally would not expect from a larger company.

It looks dated and has very limited features, minimal information, or utility. It's actually an excellent representation of their gyms

Sucks. Got a new phone. I am trying to sing in using the bar code which apparently doesn't exist! Cuz it keeps changing every 20 secs or so... So much for "PREMIUM" gym 😒

What a piece of trash app. Malfunctions everytime I scheduled personal training. It was the reason I cancelled my membership. Esporta did nothing about the error on the app.

Confusing, impossible to look at different locations for class schedule. Only used for the qr code.

Scanning QR code doesn't work. Looking at other reviews, doesn't look like this app is supported. What's the point?

This app is awesome! Tracks your visits, allow you to favorite different locations, tells you about each location's amenities/schedule/contact info, has videos for different exercises categorized by body part, let's you favorite classes you want to attend per location, and a lot more. I'm glad I joined Esporta.

So on the desktop website it gives you a QR code to log in with. I download the app and it uses my camera to try to read the QR code and it just sits there doing nothing. How the hell is this supposed to work? Why does it have to be convoluted?

No easy way to cancel your membership through the app and then the "Free cancellation anytime" can come with charges and extra months of membership you haven't even been charged for yet. Horrible overall experience, easy to get in, pain to get out.

It works, but the information provided through the app is so limited. The app feels like a jumble of basic features thrown in. At the very least please add the ability to look at your signed legal agreements and the yearly/monthly plan you're currently enrolled in.

It worked good at first but now when i go to reserve my group training my gym's location doesnt pop up. So i cant reserve a spot.

can't schedule a trainer. keep getting reservation error, this is so frustrating.

This app is only really useful for checking in and making/canceling reservations, but one of these features doesn't work properly. Currently, I am unable to cancel any class or training reservations. The cancel button is missing. Please review and hopefully correct this issues.

Frustrating. Doesn't recognize my name and password even after having them reset it at the gym. Keeps saying incorrect, and I try to reset it, says the barcode isn't right, when it clearly is when I'm on the actual website. Super annoying to go to the gym and constantly ask them to activate it to check in.

Error messages are not clear at all. App hangs all the time.

App is useless, ugly, and the only function it has is telling you when your club shuts down for days for no real reason. Nice membership treatment. Paying less for planet fitness never sounded so good. They lie to you on sign up and you can't verify their claims or write them into the contract because they digitize it. Why work so hard to digitize contracts making them easy to sign but not NOT THE APP? YOU FIGURE IT OUT! Their treadmill machines get three kinds of Fox news & no sports channels

App makes my phone restart everytime I use it, specifically whenever I use it to check in, the screen freezes and my phone force restarts. This happens every time. It's incredibly frustrating.

I downloaded the app within one minute but it will not install even though I have plenty of space in my memory card. I have tried eight times and it still will not complete the installation. I have downloaded many other apps on this phone and had no problem.

The app does not allow me to book spin classes. So far, I have been told that the issue cannot be fixed.

The gym itself is great and getting better everyday w the new equipment. However this is based off the app, and contactless check-in is very buggy!! One day it works, other days it doesn't!!

Most of the time my check-ins don't log even though I scanned in.

It would be nice if it included club hours and some of the options, like syncing, worked. So 3 out of 5 stars as it needs some user friendly updates with at least days/hours it's open.
