Can not play for the last 3days

Fire your development team and hire somebody who can make an app that isn't broken.
I kind of like this app, I haven't deleted it. However, it seems the only way to contact customer service is through Facebook or Twitter. I don't have either. I was just trying to find out what "my tickets" are. So, if you're just looking to play a little it's alright. You aren't given many chips to play with and with and without being able to contact customer service I certainly am not buying any. **UPDATE** Deleted app. Joined two tournaments, was in first placed and got kicked out both times.

Won a 500k sng didn't get paid! Help
I had 3,000 before entering a table. I was playing in a 10/20 blind, min/max 500/1000. Before getting off the table,i was up 19k. When I backed out after playing awhile, it showed I only had 9,250. Why did it keep the rest? How can I stack up, if it's taking chips!?

There is no way in the world the odds of it to happen are unreal for all these donkey players to hit exactly what they need every time runner runner when they go all in the worst hand going into the pot on a all in is more then likely going to win in this app about 90% of the time straight B.S. i even payed for chips to try and play in some of the nonfreeroll tournaments the best preflop hand loses 98% of the time... Fix this because its not even close to being realistic at all!!!
