ESS 41 - Reflexis One

When the system logs me out, which is good for security, I guess. It shows a black screen with a blue button that says "click here to login" unfortunately probably close to 4 out of 7 time this does nothing and the app locks on that screen, making a ping sound when the button is clicked but does nothing. Very frustrating and means I don't have access to any functionalities, hindering my work. I then have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work.

Can't edit my profile. Profile Update Content type 'text/plain;charset=ISO-8859-1' not supported. Also cannot request time off, as I must select a reason and the app gives "no applicable reasons." Edit: The issues above have been resolved. App is still missing an automatic syncing feature that would be much desired. Edit 2: time/day off requests are still buggy. If you don't fill out the form in the exact order laid out on the screen, it will error 100% of the time.

Hey Zebra guys, I think it's really dumb that you have different updates to your ESS Reflexis system as separate releases. Why?? Also, recently, I tried putting in an availability change request for the next school semester, but every. single. time. I pressed submit, it said that there was an internal query error. Fix your garbage app. This is only the most recent issue. It is still crashing to login every single time that I pull up the app from running in the background. Every. Single. Time.

If I try to login or logout over the app it always says no store found, contact over email impossible because inbox full. To regards rota emails: Yes I did talk to my manager. They didn't publish the rota that was sent to me, that was just a draft but they didn't publish it. When they did publish the new rota in your system I didn't get sent an email with the new rota or that my hours changed, so I turned up to work when I wasn't scheduled. Either sent changes too or don't sent it at all.

App has been just loading to a blank white screen. I usually overcome this by firstly clearing the data and cache and resetting it from original startup. If this fails I uninstall it and reinstall it. On this occasion it's not recognising the QR code neither via photograph or numerical entry. At a loss of what to do from here. ******* hallelujah!!! The app is up and running after uninstall and reinstalled, finally after 3rd attempts.

I always have to uninstall and reinstall the app.. It may work for a few days, but then it keeps spinning. I will have to rescan the qr code sometimes. It will do this even when I have good connection at home. The only way it will work is Uninstaller and reinstall. This also happened to other Co workers..

Honestly one of the worst workplace apps I've ever had the displeasure of using. At least once every other the service goes down leaving me unable to see my schedule on top of it forcing me to verify that it's me logging in each time I go on the app by sending me a code through text. No it won't remember that you've already verified that it's you 10 times already. For the love of God avoid this service at all cost

Absolute rubbish. You look at it once and the next time you end up deleting the app then reinstalling it. As soon as uou go on it freezes and will not go back or forward. Its not the Internet as everything else works

Getting an error message that my login is in "set as Rollback only. and can't see my schedule or make a request. Worked for less than a week and says this again. Now getting error saying my password is incorrect, but I log in with it at the store just fine. Tried reinstalling and still having the issue. Can't log in.

Perfect to check your schedule and request time off but currently I been having issues loading the login menu and there are no options for "reason" when your requesting a day or time off and my manager specifically requested I put in my request so it shows up on the system. How am I supposed to follow protocol if app isn't working properly and I updated the app as well

Doesn't work half the time. Automatic Update at 2am 6-24-21 and after every update it either keeps telling you to log on which you will log on 3 times. Error message of web page not available. It's actually a nuisance to have to sign on every time you close the app. My phone has security protection so I don't have to sign on to any other app after closing those apps. Update 3-10-22 I believe this app needs another update, still having issues of having to restart my phone to get the app to work.

App is pretty easy to use- when you're actually able to use it. About 90% of the time, the app won't even allow me to log in. At this point, it's just a waste of phone storage.

Horrible. Absolute garbage. App freezes constantly. I have to uninstall and reinstall at least 3 times a week. Don't even bother using this pile of junk.

This app is a shameful piece of trash that only works when it wants to work. It is rife with errors and a limited feature set. But you're not here because you want to be using this app you're here because your corporation has forced you to. And they've chosen a horrible budget option.

Too much needless security. I set for fingerprint I'd and still asks for password and text for authorization. People using this already have secure phones and should be able to use fingerprint without hassle.

Never loads properly. Add day with date doe schedule. Frustrating to use. Still issues. Have to use for work and it sucks!!! Not a good program at all 4/24/22

App is great sometimes. Every now and then it just freaks out and kept work. It gets stuck in a loop saying it can't loge in and then tells me to log in but it's just circles and cells thru this cycle. And then when I go to request a day off it won't let me choose a reason yet it requires me to have a reason. It defiantly needs to be worked on I wish I had another option but my job uses this app so I have to suffer every so often with these technical difficulties.

I've never had a problem logging in until a couple of days ago. Now when I log in it says "Unable to fetch user data. Please contact administrator" this isn't very helpful because nothing has changed unless it broke in the last update. Seems like something broke, y'all need to fix it.

Similar issue to other users, cookie error message. This is the 4th time I've had to delete and reinstall the app! I only just reinstalled it 2 weeks ago and it's happened again. My experience so far with this app, is that it is very unreliable.

Do not use finger print login. It's set up to auto fill your username and password. This is fine until you need to change your login info and finger print still enter your old password. I looked everywhere to change the fingerprint password and had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it working again.

Worst app, all you get in response of their app continuously faulting is automated. Have you spoken to your manager about this blah blah, I've been uninstalling and reinstalling cause management doesn't know either. They said theirs work fine so it means it's just me. Developers don't want to fix the problem that they know it's having. I'm sure...

This app occasionally freezes when I try and check my schedule. It's irritating when I have to turn my phone off to reset the app. Much improvement is needed. Other then that it's a great way to check my schedule.

worked fine until two weeks ago when the app updated on Feb 23rd. Since then my login ID and password always show incorrect. Im able to log into it at my store just fine but not on the mobile. I still receive notifications about my schedule being ready but yet cant log in. Store side of the app is fine....the app itself is not functioning. Waste of time and space

Can't get it to open at all on android..phone is updated to latest OS..deleted app, redownloaded, cleared cashe, still only cycles between log in and error logging in prompts..worthless.. Phone is Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

Have to uninstall every other time I log on because it won't let me on with the right password. As soon as I redownload it works again for a few times, if that!

Constantly crashes. Keeps saying cant connect to server when I try to log in. Then says I have issues with my cookies and cache, then makes me scan QR code but I have to unnstall and re install to scan QR code or it doesn't work. This is mostly daily, please fix this its annoying

ABSOLUTE TRASH APP. It kicks me off constantly and loggs me out, then refuses to open up my schedule. This needs to be addressed or I'll contact the Better Business Bureau because I'm sure your getting paid from the companies who use your services, and give them a crappie overly flawed app.

I have been trying for months to download app I did have it at one time but it disappeared of my phone & now I cannot get it to down load again , it just keeps coming up error I could do some help please.

When ever I have to change my password at work the app always crashes and I have to go through a huge mess to get it working. Fire the interns and get some people the know how to program
