Frustrating that it doesn't have fingerprint recognition. The slow loading times are also an issue and I'm not sure why so many permissions are needed really, feel like my employer is spying on me! Also the app isn't scalable, it doesn't fit correctly on my devices screen so I can't see everything clearly. *Update - 12/02/21* Since the last update the app seems to run a lot better

Awful. The app asks if you want to remain logged in. This is a trick question, you will be logged out after about 10 minutes regardless of your choice. After being your session has expired, you may get get stuck with the message "please wait" this can be infinite, there is no point waiting, manually close the app. Occasionally restarting the app will not be enough to break the loop. You will have to reinstall. Depending on your access to the QR code used to set the app up, you may not get back.

This app is back to going blank again when you going to fix this . This is a on going issue. Plus it does not sign me out anymore.😡😡😡😡😡 how are we ment to get how payslips if this app does not work .

Currently trying to use for work clock ins etc and the app wont even open on my phone, or tablet. The screen just goes white with the settings symbol in the bottom right corner, but when pressed also does nothing. Currently, almost the whole work team have to use a shared device at our workplace. Which in the current climate isn't ideal

When it works it works fine, but can be a bit slow, and having to login every time is annoying. But recently when I launch the app only a blank screen appears so I have to reinstall and uninstall it to get it to work again. Edit: Recently had to reinstall the app everytime I go to work.

App constantly signs out, painfully slow and unresponsive in all other areas.

I don't mind logging in repeatedly but recently the app just loads up a blank screen. I have tried uninstalling, clearing the cache, restarting it etc etc. Nothing works, it still pushes the notifications for when a new schedule has been uploaded but I can't log in or view anything.

Slow, unresponsive and I've had to reinstall multiple times due to constant blank screens. This is an unbelievably terrible app, clearly made on the cheap. Avoid this app at all costs, there must be a better alternative to this rubbish somewhere.

The worst app ever. I had to uninstall and reinstall it more than 10 times already. Same problem happens every time. The start page is blank that I can't put ID and password to log in. Even when it works, this app is super slow.

Doesn't keep me logged on. Extremely glitchy and takes forever to load. Blank screens half the time on the app. It was made to be quick, efficient and save like two trees but the old way was honestly better and allowed for more communication.

I have had to re install this app over 15 times in the last week. I would give 0 stars if possible. Everytime I install it I scan the QR code given by my company and it seems to work and let me log in. And there after every time I enter the app I am greeted with a blank white screen with no option to log in. This was not the case before as I was easily able to log in whenever I opened the app. But now nothing. I always have to re install it and honestly it is becoming exhausting.

What a farce! Can not even log in since the update! Bug fixes, are you sure? Worked fine until the latest update. All be it very slow. And having to log in all the time and not having fingerprint recognition. Come now, surly this can be done!

I'm really missing the touch sign-in feature, having to go through the full sign-in with 2fa is extremely annoying and time consuming. The touch sign-in really useful but otherwise a useful app.

Doesnt work On my phone... On the phones of most of my colleagues Pointless. Have to reinstall the app every time I wanna log in, otherwise there's just a white screen only. Cant even log in...so now we are all queuing for the tablet to clock in and out...just like we did with the system before.

Doesn't have option to save login details. Which makes using the app redundant as we can just print out a hard copy of our qr code to clock in. They should really have an option to save details to make it more streamline.

Doesn't keep you logged in, even though you select to stay logged in. Security is a pain in the arse with constant codes being texted and then it just stops working all together and you get a blank screen. This app is garbage

Works alright, is annoying when I have to sign in again after putting phone down for a bit, but now I cant sign in at all, sign in screen does not shop up at all, all I see when I open is a blank white screen and a little gear at the bottom right that doesnt work

Did an update yesterday, now when I go to log in there's a blank screen. Won't load at all

Absolute trash. Titles for every section are wrong. Text in app is now basically gibberish, its a mess. How was this even released as a commercial product that other companies pay for and employees are forced to use... It's appalling. Not to even mention that app updates are entirely separate apps. Seriously, the incompetence is astounding.

'Stay signed in' doesnt keep you signed in. Everytime I use this app to check me work schedule, I have to type my works email address in, then have a Microsoft security code sent to my phone, type that in then tell the app if I want to stay signed in. (You wont regardless of selection) absolute farce

Constant need to login and verify is damn annoying, if my banking apps(which are more secure) can use my fingerprint as a login, why cant this? Also doesnt remember my login settings even though it asks the question everyrime. Why are permissions for storage and camera required, thought tapp was bad, 3 years later and devs still dont get it and produce a worse product. Pretty poor tbh.

Wish I could give zero stars. This app is awful. I spend at least 15 to 20 min EVERY day at the start AND end of my shift trying to sign into the app to enable me to clock in and out. Its not just my phone or network as it happens to most staff. Not quite so bad at home if I want to check my rota

Has kicked me off and will not recognise any of my log in details, yet I can use the store tablet with the same log in details and it work! I am unable to use the app outside of work. This needs fixing and fast!

I have used apps that are good, some more or less and others that are bad, this one is in a new category that i cant even describe, its so poor, so poor OMG. Any phone (Samsung, oneplus, sony etc...) not just mine. Ex: promises to save pass/user for next log in, never does; has more security than a mobile banking app for what reason?; Takes ages to load, when it does, fails 50% of the time, need to close the app and relaunch etc.. ITS SO BAD that 1 star is too much of a rating

What to login sure all you need to do is 1: enter email address 2: enter email address again along with password 3: wait for code to be sent 4: enter code 5: remember login? Doesn't matter which one you pick it doesn't work All this to check shifts it too much hassle! Make remember login work, make finger print login a thing and reduce the number of times I have to keep entering my email............. Really useful app but it's whole execution is extremely flawed

Loses stars for not having fingerprint login. Ridiculous having to type in full email address and password everytime to access my work rota etc. Really doesn't need that level of security for the function it provides

Less than one star :we need to know this app is going to work as we depend on it for our salary(pay) the app will not let us login or out to start work mealtime won't work in or out even when location is on think it's not worthwhile having this app this app should work when wifi and data is on or off then it won't take long for it to load the pages we need to sign in and to clock in

Useless, absolute rubbish, blank screen , whenever it works crushes soon after. Not to mention verification EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in ... that is when it allows me to log in ... Rubbish.

This app has suddenly stopped working. I had to uninstall.. and reinstall. It works for a few hours then stops and page goes blank.
