Not impressed. To get your earned wages early you have to set up a whole new direct deposit with clair. Very annoyed with that. I've worked at other companies where you can get paid for the day right after your shift and not have to set up a whole new account
This app detrimentally went downhill with the newest update, it is impossible to use and navigate. None of these images are accurate to the newest version. I'm unable to see my weekly benefit balances, requesting time off give incorrect dates, our management is not receiving important details. I'm unable to clock in or out even when I'm within appropriate geographical distance. I hate literally every single component of this newest version of this app.
It's convenient and easy to use for the most part. Two of my biggest problems is that the app is slow and incorrectly clocks you out. There will be times that I have to stay in overtime a few hours. I'll go to clock out and it will clock me in. So basically 4 hours since my lunch doesn't count. Your app doesn't work half of the time.
Can no longer clock-in/out through app. For a while it was extremely convenient to be able to clock-in with my phone when I arrived at work, (you have to be connected to work wifi,) though after an update a while back it just gives a "checking your connection" pop-up and never processeses your punch. Very disappointing.
It keeps saying "lost connection" half the time. I can't even see what my hours for the week are half the time because it says "lost connection" and I have full bars and 5G. This app needs some serious renovation.
My entire agency rolled this app out as a positive solution to our time management efforts. They had webinars & tutorials. This App has underwhelmed, on every level. Remote punch in/out its a joke. The app freezes, or fails to initiate. We have to log in at work to record punches in messages saving neither ton time or effort. If we paid for this service we got ripped off big time.
Incredibly fickle UI, pops up with "lost connection" every second or so. Cant click any menu items. Takes me five minutes between "lost connection" popups to actually be able to hit the punch in button. My phone's connection is absolutely fine.
This app is grade a garbage. Have to click on the same thing multiple times to get it to work. For some reason it keeps turning off the option to see our coworkers. Please don't switch to this garbage scheduling system to save money like my job did.
Very unstable. Difficult to correct missed/lost punches. Very simple layout yet still awkward in execution. with full bars 4GLTE continuously seeking connectivity with server... I can stream video but not sync a timestamp?
Blank screen. This is a must use app to schedule days off at work but have not been able to use it. It comes up a white screen and nothing else. Contacted my payroll and they contacted "someone" and got told the app was fine. But yet still blank white screen. Samsung galaxy s20fe phone. Please someone fix it
My employer had me download the app in order to clock in and I can't even load any of my information up! The second I log in it takes me to a completely blank white screen. I've heard that its because I have a Samsung and I'm not using it on an IPhone, but it shouldn't matter! It should work regardless!
This app was not that great before. However the newest version is even worse. More cumbersome than before, harder to navigate. The management for the company I work for did a poor job picking this app to use. All you managers out there, if you care about your employees, find another vendor to manage your timecards.
Used to work just fine now all I get is lost network connection. While everything else on my phone doesn't have a problem. Need to fix this ASAP. O stars if i was able to give. got it to finally work on about jan 2019 and now back tothe way it was. Everybody whose having issues like me needs to bombard their email instesd of complaining just here.
I use this app to clock in and out for my job and I am noticing that the hours I actually punch in for and work, do NOT add up to the numbers shown in the hour total column. I thought my company ripped me off $268 because the app shows that I was punched in for way more hours than I actually worked. This issue needs to be fixed, it is causing a lot of confusion for myself and my coworkers.
I have had to reinstall a number of times and it still works...sometimes. Even when I am on wifi I cannot connect. It makes soooo much extra work for my supervisor. Obnoxious.
So. Had previous versions. Around July stopped working. Have worked with my companies payroll and laughingly advised dump and reinstall. Like I wouldn't already. Come on, really? Version .1046 was supposed to fix. Still busted. UGH fix this!
Used to be very useful and informative but now it basically shows my schedule and that's it Please revamp,revise and make this app useful and resourceful -like it was. Sometimes things are better untouched!!!!
Doesn't open after so many times of opeinging it to clocking and out. Always pops up on my home screen while I'm texting or whatever I'm doing. Complete rubbish. I dont even give it one star but I had no choice.
I've tried this for work bc they said to use it but nothing but issues, can't log in even though I have all the info to get in, and still nothing but frustration
This is absolutely ridiculous and shameful. As employees we dont get to choose the programs used, the company does. The screen is blank 95% of the time, you get kicked off, you can't request time off, etc. And no responses to those technical problems Whatever you are paid is waaaaaaay too much. ZERO stars.
Nothing in this app is intuitively placed, options are not labeled in a way that makes sense. Unable to see total hours in payday format like before update. Too many unnecessary permissions.
Was able to use just fine, now for a few months starting in July all I get is a blank screen. Unable to do anything with this app. Don't know what happened, but it needs to be fixed and soon!
Never works. It won't show updated works schedule. It takes 6 taps in order for the pos to actually open up the tabs bar.
I can't even move past the first screen and it locks my phone up. completely useless and I can't believe any employer would use this app other than to save a buck. UPDATE- Still a complete and utter pos app. Every check is wrong every week. If i could put a negative star I would. Like i said, any employer that shoves this company down their employees throat obviously could care less about them.
Basically becomes unusable with anything less than high-speed data. Lord forbid I'm in an area that I can only use 3g.
TERRIBLE!!!! So unhappy our employer switched to this we used to use on shift which was so simple to use. This constantly freezes, errors, wont load Hate it!!!!
"Loading" screen appears, then it goes blank. This app was working fine before whatever pointless updates you all made on it. Please Fix Immeditely!!
Slow. Slow. Slow. Crashes my device weekly. Takes several minutes to log on. I'm at work for 5 minutes before I start getting paid. The app is not user friendly. I have to touch an option several times before the app recognizes that a selection has been made. Nothing is in a logical place. This app is horrible. Employers, I beg you, find a different time management system.
