* Easy to arrange yourself
You easily adjust your personal details, such as password, payment method, e-mail address and telephone number. And you view your monthly invoices and annual accounts in the app.
* Term Check and insight into your consumption
You compare your consumption from month to month or year to year at a glance. And you can see whether your consumption and installment amount still match. Is that not the case? Then adjust it in the app. This way you avoid surprises on your annual statement.
* You will receive a signal
For example, if your invoice is ready or your installment does not match your consumption, we would like to let you know. You will then receive a push notification. Rather not? That is of course also possible.

Login via browser doesn't work as well. Also the app doesn't show me anything useful. Can't see my energy data due to some server bug that was told to me on the phone month ago and it's still not fixed. After this contract ends I am moving to another provider. Bye.
Ok app, just 2 bad that the Nsure reader is not supported like in the home app. Faster results then 4 days wait for the data to be filled. Update: only getting data for 1 day per week or i have to wait weeks for results. With the thuisapp (now discontinued) I could see it instantly. Very bad step from Essent!
Poor app. Always going to browser for login. The consumption overview is really worst. Too many issues with app stability. If I not already had the contract with them I would have switched the power supplier for this poor app.
Great to see an update, but please bring back the more accurate readouts. Rounded values are useful in many situations, but here decimal values give the user better insight. Keep up the good work!
It does show consumption per day/month/year but not per hour. App works find but is quite basic, no analysis of energy usage per category for instance, or other advanced features.
Tough app to read. The app is very language heavy with no visual cues for those who are not fluent in Dutch. Please figure out automated language translations at the least.
A lot to improve: * For some reason I have to login again everytime I open the app * The login form doesn't work with password managers like 1Password (password field never gets filled) * English translation would be really useful Edit: Login issue seems to be fixed
Useless. Sporadic update of energy usage to the point that it's useless. Takes ridiculous amount of time to load. Has no useful information on kwH or m³ energy rates.
It is just shortcut . Very poor Because if you open it , it will jump to the browser . That is mean it is NOT app .
Cannot connect to app. Issue with essent and still not working. Problem solved, thank you.

This is not an App. It is just a portal that directs you to a web browser..what a shame...
My one and only complaint is that you have to log in through the website every time you open the app.

Not able to download the app, as I am not able to register Myself
Always asking to activate my email. After it says it has activated my email I try to log in. It again asks to activate my email!!! This goes round and round for ever - grrrrr! Terrible. Tried everything - impossible to login. Tried to change my password - used the one I knew - said I cannot use the same one as the old - ie it knew my old password! Impossible to login - deleted Essent. (It is not called Essent which makes it even more confusing!)
