This app sucks big time. Insufficient options and not working properly. Why ask your stuff at the station to promote app when its not even consumers ready!
Problems using app, points cannot be redeemed despite a few attempts & writing in to Esso to resolve problem. Its been more than a week and hsve not heard from Esso
Failed to work, emailed few times no response from the org, unable to resolve problem, unable to use it.
Hi Esso, what happened? Apps keep stopping and say that there is bug in the apps? How to use the rewards to pump petrol when apps can't even open up? Very disappointing...
Useless being update for new grab esso card write a form but to no available update, being for last yr nov up to now still no news furthermore cant even update in the apps... what the point of having apps but not user friendly. No star for me.

Can't even register properly due to an error from your side. Can't be that it's been like that for over 7 hours right? Shame we need this app to redeem pts.

this app is absolutely unusable at point of installation. it wasnt able to link up to my credit card, and when dialing thru to the customer service number for help, it either hung up automatically or led to a voice mail machine. a total waste of time.
The app is definitely not bad but it needs to incorporate we could browse on the website. Mobile app rewards not shown desktop login and desktop redemption options can't be found on mobile app... The mobile app and desktop should mirror each other...
I pay at pump unless there is discount e-voucher in the app and you will then need to do the payment at counter. However, in 3 occasions so far the app was down when i queued at counter and couldn't use the e-voucher.
Unable to link card to merge points and no response from esso
Idiot app, better take down app esso, close shop better, activate 1 card take forever, submit so many form till 6 month still can't activate better tell all your customers throw away card
App will freeze sometimes and refuse to load rewards page despite restarting many times
I want to register for the lucky draw but after I keyed in my details, it keeps telling me "server error in "/" application", and "given key was not in the dictionary" Updated 06/01/21 Hi, the issue is solved. During that time, could be due to the Esso app is busy. Send email to you on 01/01/2021 until now also no response.
Slow loading and poor setup which requires manual input by cashier. Could have direct scanning ,a one step instead of three.
Your app is not working today at upper aljunied service station. I cannot use the e-voucher and I have to pay additional because of this incident. It is so disappointing as I have support Esso for the longest years. Maybe it's time to switch to another brand
Wonderful app with lots of discounts..the down side is I have to, scan code and pay at the counter.. A little bit of hassle when I used to just slot the credit card into the pump station directly...
Currently using Samsung Note 10 Ultra. After my OS is updates to Android 11 with UI 3.0, the app no longer work. Always shows error and freeze. Please take a look at it.
Was working fine initially and now whenever i open the app, there is a "something went wrong" error message. Tried to uninstall and install back again but ther error still exist. Removed the app as it is useless.
Especially for Go-jek drivers, saying that Esso wants to make it a bit easier for us. Worse when already at the cashier to make payment and app can't open to use vouchers etc. Terrible app.
App issue making me frustrated at pump station. Already pump, went in to make payment, open App to redeem voucher, but app keep crashing. Uninstall and install again, still same issue. Counter lady easily say "use next time lah". WTH?

Unable to redeem 2 vouchers despite having petrol more than $120 a few times. it keep crashing app stop when click open my reward so unable to scan and long queue build up behind real waste time. cck esso. android. it used to work in august.
Why would you create an app and not allow it to replace the Smiles card? I thought this was the case until I realized I could not collect any points AND paid full price for fuel. What brilliant logic.
Lousy app can not redeem free ice crean and fuel discount - just because i using non-camera. And staff say there is no manual overwrite for redeem at all. Ask for hard copy of discount coupon, they say company never give. Such big company can't effort give discount, don't launch lousy app that can't redeem, the company just earn more money enough. See other app, just need press redeem infront of sales pers to redeem. So non-camera user do not download this cos cant redeem.
Supposed to be a efficient apps with vouchers to utilise by scanning QR code. But starting up the apps is slow and qr code scanning is not working despite app has already update and hp is the latest model! No alternative given when qr code fail to scan. Can't utilise voucher at all. Suggest developer gives alternative if can't scan qr code at all. Store says that if can't scan, will prompt for store ID. But nothing pop up to prompt too. Waste of time resulting in long queue and unhappy customers
