Esthetician Exam Center: State Board Exams & Prep

You do have to pay to unlock the full experience, but with that being said there are hundredsss of questions to prep you for state board. I downloaded this app less than a week before my exam. They had a special running to unlock all exams for 9.99 a month. I was cautious about purchasing it... but it was WORTH IT. When you get something wrong, it book marks it so you can return to it later, with definitions and descriptions to better explain the correct answer. I passed the exam in 37 minutes!

Lots of different tests with tons of questions! I like that it tracks all questions that I got wrong & puts them in a test of its own so I know the areas that I need to study more. Correct answer immediatly highlight green, incorrect answers turn red & there is also a (?) @ the bottom of each question that I can click for a brief explanation of the correct answer, before even moving on to the next question. Love this app! Well worth $10 a month until I take my exam!!

So far I feel that this app is preping me for the state exam. I've only completed the first full exam but like so far. The explanation tab at the bottom is very helpful for me learning the terms! I think I will feel much more confident in taking my state exam after completing and studying the rest of the quizzes on this app!

App was very helpful with me passing my exam! Especially the state board exam questions, they have specific chapter ones as well. I didn't have a problem with canceling the subscription, the app doesn't have a specific cancel option but I went to the subscriptions on my Google play account and canceled it there.

Definitely recommend to anyone trying to study for their state board. This app paired with Kahoot, Quizlet, or your work book will garuntee to help you pass. Also anyone having issues canceling their subscription...you have to go to the 'Payments and Subscriptions' in the app store settings.

The actual app is great. I used it to study for my theory exam and I passed! But they do NOT make it easy to cancel the subscription. I'm having to call my credit card company because they have yet to respond to my email. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this inconvenience.

This app was amazing. I love how there were so many different test and how I could study different sections individually. I used it for a few weeks and was able to pass my state boards on the 1st try. 10/10

I'm really enjoying the app. I take my test tomorrow and am feeling pretty confident after taking all the sample tests. The only thing that really bothered me were the random grammar errors. I noticed some simple words like "a" or "an" or "the" were missing.

Wohkd give 0 stars if possible. Not sure why everyone said this app is helpful. Reviewing the questions at the end of each Chapter of my book is how I passed my state exams, also (unless I'm missing something) there is literally no way to stop your payment with this app after subscribing. I had to call my bank to do a stop payment. Wouldn't recommend.

helpful app, but i wish there was more variety in the questions. i noticed a lot of repeats and it made the tests easier because i remembered the answers. but a lot of the questions were similar to stateboard and it helped me focus my studying. definitely worth purchasing to study!

so its pretty basic questions that you can get from any review your school should have given you. I'm only being harsh because there is literally no reason for a monthly subscription for a couple of basic questions that dont really change, if at all, monthly. the best app I found to really challenge me and help me pass my stateboard (IL) was the total esty app which you only have to pay once (4.99) and the questions are actualy more challenging and come from both milady and salon fundemental

This was a descent app. It will help some. However, there just isn't enough variation in questions. Honestly, the best thing you can do to pass your state board is to know your definitions!

Worth the $10! I only wish I was able to reset the "Questions You Got Wrong" too as it would help a lot with studying and eliminating ones I don't need to study as much.

Very helpful, questions were spot on! UPDATE....I passed my state board written!! yeah the questions repeat themselves BUT they were spot-on with the questions I was receiving during my state board exam. I found it very helpful.

It's a really good app but unfortunately None of the questions that I studied on this app were on my State Exam! This has alot of good info. But as far a preparing you for the exam It's useless! I passed my exam but I was bc I had a high GPA and payed attention in school! This app did nothing to contribute to passing my state exam!

Im really enjoying this app!!!! Im studying hard for my esthetics theory portion which is now in about 20 days (yikes). The only thing i might include is a larger free exams section.... I mean im well aware nothings free in life, although if i could afford these exams... Id do it in a heart beat!!! THE CONTENTS AMAZING

This was pretty much all I used to study for state board and most of the questions were not on the test. There were a lot of test questions in the exam that were not in the esthetician exam center app. Luckily I passed but I really did not feel prepared from using this app.

I took off 2 stars because when I tried to do the offer where you get all exams for $9.99 it wouldn't work/ go through and that really made me grumpy. I liked using this to study...

This app is a must have for anyone preparing to take the state board exam. I'm not the least bit worried about taking it now & I'm 100% sure that I'll pass on my first try! The small monthly fee is so worth it!! Go download it now!

Helpful. This is a good app to study for the state board. I wasnpleasantly surprised with the content and how easy it is to navigate through.

Do not get this ! It took 4 months to cancel .. contacted my bank after about 6 emails ! App is fine.. but go where they care... milady is great!

Definitely had some questions on my exam that were on here. Super easy to use and I did do the purchase for all the exams, and I'm glad I did. I recommend this app to study for state board.

This app really has questions straight from the exams I've taken. I wish I'd heard about it earlier, as I downloaded it earlier today and my test is TOMORROW. I've heard great things about this app helping my classmates and other estis though!!! ❤❤❤❤

I used this app to study for a month. I went through all the tests several times. Today I took my exam and learned that only 5% maybe even less was in the exam. Waste of money and times. Would not recommend.

Not one of these questions was on state board. I ended up purchasing the milady practice test instead. This was not useful for state board preparation. There also isnt an option to cancel had to call tmobile.

This helped me so much I had just moved to Colorado and was worried about the state boards being different and it helped me feel confident and comfortable.

Great app!!! I used this along side other practice tests and my regular book study, and I passed my exam first time taking it!!! Highly recommend as a tool along side your regular study.

Very helpful that it includes questions from bot books. Good to use in addition to your original tests in school. Just tested in CA and now I am about to try to take the OR exam.

So far great app. But would like a couple more free practice exams with 110 questions before I have to pay for one.
