3years of service. easy getting insurance premiums/paying policy monthly thru app no issues until now. First time filing a claim/using my coverage. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! even getting in contact with adjustor is no go and it been almost 2 weeks since filing. Had to double file just to get an intial call. I've put in request for a call twice. They say 48 hrs then I don't hear from anyone. Call customer service to wait 30+ min just hangs up. Expected more from All-State won't be renewing

Buggy, doesn't actually give you what you need or let you do anything. The customer service reps are about as useless as the app. Everything is a long, complicated process that they inevitably screw up. Switched companies. Would not recommend.

Was great at first then came time to renew with almost 650 qualifying trips, no hard braking, no speeding anything like that my rate actually went up. How is that saving? My level is Great but rate goes up. What a Joke and not even the haha type.

Worst insurance company I have ever used. They referred me to a shop that has held on to my car for two months and they are stiffing me on the rental car fees. I am close to $1000 out of pocket not including the deductible and I still don't have my car. Don't use these guys.

Is easy and intuitive. Only issue I have is it sends notification saying my new insurance card is ready, but it is never ready at that time. Usually quite a bit later. Otherwise, perfect!

Had them for over a year and was happy but I found a much lower rate for the same coverage. They charged me almost 200$ to cancel with them after being with them for over a year. CRAZY. NO OTHER AUTO INSURANCE DOES THIS TO THIS EXTENT.. I canceled a day before renewal. So I didn't have any prorated payment to be made. Paid 370$ a month and got charged 200$ at cancelation. SHADDDYYY

After a year or 2 of being with Esurance I decided to log in & get a quote for a vehicle I may possibly purchase & my policy was canceled & would not allow me to log into my account. I checked my bank account & they took a partial payment & then canceled it. I decided to check out other options & I was amazed at how much they were charging me for liability insurance 😒. I was paying $164.00 a month with basic liability. I switched to Geico & now I pay $82.00! Saving over $80 a month! Esurance 👎

App will make your life so much easier! UPDATE: I have now used this app for almost a year and I still stand with my first rating. 1) App keeps me up-to-date anytime i need it without having to call customer service. 2) Easy to use and request for roadside assistance, which I am forever thankful. 3) My cards are printable with just a tap. No more waiting for mail. 4) Gives me a breakdown of all my coverages 5) I was able to easily choose and change my coverage with just a tap :)

Great and useful app! You can do everything with your policy on this app that you can do over the phone with Esurance customer service. The app is well laid out, easy to use, allows you to access your current insurance card, and has many other endless features. If you have Esurance, this app iss absolutely essential. If you don't have Esurance, get it! They have been the best insurance company I've ever dealt with.

I've had esurance for more than 5 years now and had really great experience with them! And I will say the same for this app! Very easy to use. Though one small grip is when I try to view my ID card where it shows all my vehicles, the fonts do not load properly and is a bit low quality

I like that all of my insurance info is easily accessible, no file cabinet full of papers. Fast and simple to request roadside assistance. I've not needed to file a claim so I'm unable to comment on that. I bought a second car and within minutes it was added to the policy with insurance cards were on line. No added fee to make payments. 4 stars? Almost immediately I've had trouble with the Drivesense app not reading trip info. No resolution yet, but I'm not giving up! Thank you, Esurance!

I love Esurance but the app is not the best. My trips will take sometimes days to calculate and when I go to check my history it almost never loads. I have force closed my app and still nothing. I would much rather talk to one of the fabulous customer service representatives, I've always had a great experience with them. Just wish the app was more reliable 😞

This entire process is trash. The app chews through battery, it doesn't know that I'm on an airplane, it notifies you of things while you're driving which seems like exactly what an insurance company wouldn't want. why would they do things to draw your attention to your phone while driving? Now i get an email saying I'm not using the latest version of the app except i am only this isn't the DriveSense app or is it? i don't know because the email they send from isn't real and returns badd address

Everything about my insurance is easy to access. People on live chat respond fast, are professional and courteous. I can change my plan from the app with no problems. Even changing my due date was super simple. Adding additional coverage is just a matter of tapping a few buttons. Overall super happy with my experience

Never dealt with more disrespect and terrible customer in my life. Top to bottom. Never return calls emails. I've been waiting 3 weeks to hear back on my claim and not one person has contacted me after leaving several messages.

App is a bit counter intuitive. If you have login issues make sure to send the email before the portal times out to enter the code. Had to try 3 times before this was the case. Make the app able to safe the card as a pdf and not have to take a pic on my phone or text a pic to myself because the option is unavailable. A doenload option not to the app (in case it crashes) would be nice. Thanks.

Very difficult to file a claim. The app lost the information and each field isn't optimized for mobile. Seems very not user intuitive and way too many fotos after the initial fotos. Really? Too many cars to choose from and can't type them in? Can't switch apps to get the other vehicle information. At least I can see my insurance card but also not optimized for mobile or sharing. Just a very small print pdf on 2 pages? Really?

I've been with Esurance for 2yrs, I have 2014 Toyota & added a 2015 Lincoln in july 2021. The linclon was parked & hit on 1/5/22. Started a claim to get help getting the money to repair my car. Esurance left me high & dry, haven't heard from them since 1/5/22. I called on 1/11/22 & left a message for the claims department, 4 days later no response. On 1/20/22 my payment is due for the month of January....I'm NOT paying, rather do business with a company with better customer service!

I don't have to wait for someone to pick up the phone. I can submit claims and do everything I need to do including changing my coverage,renewing my insurance and adding drivers all in the app. It is so convenient if you happen to be one of those people that screams Representative everytime a computerized voice picks up.
