i quickly signed up when I read about this 2 months ago. I paid them $50 for my going forward info and another $50 to report for my historical info, neither of which they were able to get from my landlord. I provided my own proof, they keep telling me by email that it was provided to the bureaus, but it has never reflected in my app. NOTHING HAS ever reflected in my app, except my credit score. No matter how many times I email and EXPLAIN this to them, they ONLY refer to how long it will take to reflect at the credit bureau (normal few months), but none of my payment history shows up in the app. There is no phone number to reach a person, and all the emailed responses are out of a textbook.
Everyone at Esusu Rent has been so helpful in responding quickly. However, I signed up for this product in October 2020. I paid for current and previous rent. It is now March 2021 so its been a while. This is the first month that I had a reminder and confirmation that it will be reported. So I am eager to have it show up on my credit and will update if needed.
I only gave one star because there wasn't an option to give zero.. DO NOT waste your time and money. I paid for this wack service in March. It is now September and nothing has been reported to the credit bureaus! The people here are completely incompetent. This company is a fraud and a scam. I doubt that they even know how to report anything to the credit bureaus. They're just taking people's money and giving lame excuses as to why nothing shows up on your credit report.
Paid for this service and can't ever access it. They contacted my landlord, he verified and that was it. Can't even upload my documents.
My landlord enrolled us in this program and according to the email I received from Esusu Rent Support (Jeff Daniel Sanchez), I don't have to pay the $50 enrollment fee. The app apparently doesn't know that & keeps asking for me to pay when I try to access my credit rating or find out if my past rental payments have been report yet. Would someone figure this out please? The good thing is I haven't pay out a dime.

Amazing+ check out the other apps by this creator! Every other app within the app store has left me underwhelmed & unimpressed- until, as of late. upon discovering everything (esusu) has brought to the table. If I could afford stock- I'd invest every penny to my name - upon these developers and humanitarians * do your homework
Paid$100 and it says there's no rent reporting although I paid to have the last 24 months reported. Want a refund and delete
My bank is not listed. So I can't use this App that my rental office suggested. Please add American Heritage FCU

Why would I pay you for reporting that I paid my rent with my own money. Everyone trying to make money off you

Strong Start, Lousy Finish. At 1st my rent payments were quickly added to my credit report, but suddenly, out of nowhere, it just abruptly ended. Now if you look my credit report, it appears I haven't made any rent payments on time for over 6 months. Thankfully there's no erroneous reporting that show those missing/unreported months as late or anything else. Wake up, Somebody! It's not safe to sleep at the wheel.
