ESV Bible

I do like this Bible app. It is easy to read, even for older eyes. The ESV is a good translation. It is customizable to my liking. It does not need internet as it is fully downloaded. I've not found any glitches. The are three audio versions as well. If I could have my choice there would be either ESV or NASB in audio. And not computer generated. But that's a lot to ask. Well done.

This app is really good. It gives a verse of the day as well as a devotion each day. The font and colors are customizable and it's easy to read. I have another Bible app that is easier to find references. I'd prefer to have the books, chapters, and verses laid out in a grid instead of having to scroll. But other than that, fantastic!

I paid money for an app that has so many free alternatives. You have to pay for every new translation, audio, and more. the free audio versions are screen readers and a poor listening experience. If Jesus turned over the only changers in the temple, he'd probably feel similarly toward the makers of this app since everything is behind a pay wall.

It is a good thing to read the Bible and to read it regularly. This app helps by giving you that in a clean, responsive, reliable way. I have used other apps to read scripture and this one stands at the top. From being able to adjust font size to access to definitions and cross references to being available offline to sharing ... I could go on and on. It's very good. Read God's word. Study it. Memorize it. Love it. This app will help you do that. Highly recommended.

very good app. I just wish that you could go straight into reading the bible and not need to deal with the menu screen with all of the bible reading plans and devotionals at the beginning. I think that there should be a settings option where you don't have to see that every time you open the app.

A solid Bible application. Easy to use. I use it when I don't have my print Bible handy; it's works well for that. Only complaint is that the non-biblical starting screen content isn't great, but you can set the app to go right to the Bible, which is good. I recommend it if you're looking for a good way to get the Bible on your android.

Night-mode, swipe screen left next chapter, hold for footnotes. Good app, but I wish it would give you access to the other translations without having to purchase them individually. A full-screen reading mode would be exquisite.

Easy to navigate chapter To chapter. A little difficult to access functions and some don't make sense. Verse References to related verses are fewer than i expect and just having a random word underlined, in a verse, as a reference, really doesn't work.

Text to speech is very useful, but the navigation part using scrolling is a bit clumsy suggestion using table and click for books then chapter then verse in that way we can search faster. I just started using apps not sure if there is a concordance.

fast and easy to use - I like the way this handles references and supplementary material. These are easier to get to in this app than general e-book apps. The selection of translations and other books is also good.

Tecarta bible app is easy to use. I have been using the Tecarta NIV version for several years also. Everything works as it should..easy to navigate from book to book, easy to make notes and highlight portions. I recommend it.

I absolutely love this Bible app! It has a really extensive library of different translations in different languages, ISV, Korean etc. Study bibles, devotionals and so much more! You cant sample every book to find the one that God has picked out for you before you pay for it! The only Bible app worth having fur sure!

I use the ESV as well as the CSB and the NIV. The ESV is used in our church services as well. ESV is easy to understand and flows well in its reading. The addition of features, like notes, devotionals and studies make this app very useful and helpful in my daily walk with Jesus.

Great great aide to learning more about our awesome God😇🙏👼. Gives me different angles of viewing His will!! Still loving this version, and using the highlight feature is an added benefit.

THANK YOU FOR THIS APP!!! I was in a church service once using my phone to refer to the Bible and take notes using my phone. The pastor kept looking at me with annoyance because he thought I was just yet another millennial on my phone instead of paying attention. When it was actually the opposite!! 😂LOL!!!!! I love this bible. I like that cI can highlight, see cross reference and a lot more. I highly recommend this version. I like that I can make notes, look up definitions and cross reference. A must for on line Bible reading 📚.

Although you have to buy different versions of the Bible to download, the app is very user friendly and well developed. And it is great to have it downloaded not just streaming the Bible.

I have used this app for many years. It is stable and easy to use. I particularly like the combination of Bible plus NIV Study notes which interact very well together.

This app is really good and I read the Bible every day. I use the search function a lot to look for similar verses and themes. One improvement I would suggest is to include a footnote that show where Old Testament verses are quoted in the New Testament.

I've been using this for years. It's great! I LOVE that there is also a web version of this. If I could make a request, can you add another reading theme? Say, black/brown on cream/beige? Like a real book?

You can pick your background that is easy for your eyes when reading the Word. Once you figure out the layout you can easily navagate to the book and verse you want.

I love the ease of use of this app. The ability to take notes, make folders, and import verses into the notes is makes this the best Bible app I have ever used.

Awesome app but I made two purchases this one for $7 is for internet only access apparently and a discounted $20 for offline and online use just keep that also in mind. But aside from payments it's an awesome trustworthy app. God bless.

I really like this app. It's easy to Read and use. I use it in church and its easy to follow the pastor even when he jumps to different chapters and verses

Easy to use, easy to read. Like the bolding of quoted in new testament from old testament. Like the red lettering. Easy navigation/search.

This app works fine for me, but it's not my main bible. I don't try to make notes or use other features. I do appreciate the imbedded cross references.
