New to this app. So far it seems to have the right times for the right days and buses . Runs a little slow and all routes on map is cheap looking like Roblox . But it helps alot and it a good app for a bus rider to have.

To use this app on a sunny day is next to impossible! All my other apps show up with brightness. Except this one! When the sun is out and you try to use this app it basically goes too dark. 🌚 I've checked and double checked if it was user error. This is the only app that does this. 😎

Very reliable and so convenient. I wish they had this when I was younger and riding the bus more often. Now that I don't have a car, this app is a true time-saver!

Doesn't give any useful information like.... bus times. It's literally the only thing this app is needed for but it's not even an option. Way to go Tulsa sup par again

Been using this app for almost two years, it crashes almost constantly and it almost never shows the actual position of buses. Plus, I've never seen the arrival times any less than five hours off the actual schedule. Suddenly, today, I'm trying to get home from work and the app now crashes after ~2 seconds every single time I open it, 100% of the time. It's fully useless now; I'd give zero stars if I could.

App needs alot of work, I can see it as long as the environment around me isn't bright (even with my phone's brightness all the way up), 9/10 it isn't accurate on where the busses are in my area, and it crashes often on me. Once improved I feel like the app has tons of potential and more would use it, as for me I won't continue using it until it's fixed.

Too dark! Does anyone else have this problem? Thought it was my phone but all my other apps are ok. When I open the app, the screen goes dark. I have my brightness all the way up, and still I can't even see the screen. Not very useful if I'm gonna be opening the app outside. The alerts box was okay tho, even tho there weren't any alerts. Also, when I tried to leave feedback, my textbook wouldn't come up. It doesn't recognize the text box as a text box. I had to paste this into the app.

It doesn't work over 90% of the time it just shows the bus sitting at a stop not moving

I have installed and then uninstall it and then reinstall it just so when I am outside in the sunlight it gets too dim on the light of the map, routes and times for every bus. I can see it in the apartment or store but once outside in the sunlight with the light on my phone turned all the way bright still can't see anything just barely can see something but I can't ever make out any of it when I'm outside in the bright sunlight. Wish you guys could fix it better.

This app tends to be, well, forgive the pun, but spotty at best. The times are horribly wrong. The busses are on time with what their published schedules say, but this app shows them being very late. Or some of them just don't show on the app at all. It used to be better, but in the past few weeks these problems have started. It's weird.

This app is terrible it's very slow, doesn't update, and keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet. Sometimes it doesn't show any buses even though there's supposed to be a bus for that route, but I don't know if that is the fault of the app or the bus system.

Says that no busses are available for that stop. Brightness is terrible. times are always wrong. Especially when it's negative temperatures. It is not helpful to get you where you need to be on time yet alone keep you warm. No offline navigation.

This app is very Handy. I wish I knew about it sooner when I was walking around for hours trying to find a bus stop. There's no info like that online, but thankfully this app has literally every stop marked on it and every route. This app is a life saver, honestly. And I think everyone should have it, bus pass or not. You never know when you're going to need this information.

The previous app tulsa transit used was real time and had pdfs of the travler book. Now this app really only shows next buses at a particular stop unless you dig for more info and I doubt the averge user could find it easily. I need to see schedules for a particular route because I got to take multipule buses and have to plan ahead of time how to get on the last bus on time to make my appointment on time.

This app eats up a lot of data. If you have any sort of data limit on your network, don't use. It's nearly sent me over multiple times and I only use it for a few minutes a few times a week. Terrible at data efficiency.

This thing won't load the schedule info like it should, the map keeps glitching out, not displaying the buses, no stop numbers listed to text transit for info, wow. I'm amazed. Great app if u want to be late or lost.

i just downloaded the app and I am not impressed by it so far. With the old app it would have a hiccup once and a while or the night line wasn't able to see it moving on the map. This new app cant even put the stops in order

Very helpful bus info, but serious brightness issues on Galaxy S10+. Even with the system brightness on full, when you return to the app it sets brightness back down to the lowest possible and makes it nearly impossible to use outside.

The routes are too confusing to be able to read, witch one is witch they don't say Northbond or southbound route. As well the app will greatly decrease the brightness to where you can't really see while in you're in the app. That would have to be the biggest problem with this app!

Clumsy to use and gives unreliable information

Love it. Wish i didn't have to have almost a full signal to be able to locate the bus but other than that , a minor glitch once in awhile I can work with. Technically - nothing is perfect. Keep up the good work

Valentine's day 2022. The app seems to have destroyed its ability to help after I tried doing what it says by selecting an agency and I chose Tulsa transit staging. Now the app fails to show the routes I selected before that.

This app is confusing to use. Being naive to the transit system here it would be nice to be able to put in 'starting point, ending point'. After which, it tells you what bus line you need to start with- what bus line to transfer (if any) and how long it will take.
