Don't bother. It is so frustrating when companies want to get paid for features they don't want to support. Yay, the scale has Bluetooth. What they don't tell you is that it requires an app to do anything other than weight and they don't bother to support the app. Unprofessional at best, more like a scam.
I got the scale to go with my phone with the app and it will not connect with my phone with the new update as others are describing. What a waste of money and I'm so upset that they are not fixing this. I would not have purchased the scale if I had known.
I have switched to a new phone and don't seem to be able to connect it to Bluetooth. The phone uses Android 11
You need to pair it in Bluetooth settings first. Then step on the scale, go to settings on your app, tap unsecured connect, then your scale should be there. Once you tap your scale it should work.
Won't connecy to my phone anymore. When I tried to re install to fix, I lost all my data. I am really unhappy with this app.
I have up connecting to app. I tried everything. I'm being told app will not work with my Samsung phone any longer. Wishing I had gotten a recognized brand instead of wasting my money on this
wont connect with my new s9. no true way it aages the data anywhere and lost like a year of data because i switched phones
Does not work!! Google play askn for an update since this version is outdated but the app doesn't reflect the option to do so.
Never connected and was never recognized by Bluetooth
No functionality with Android 9 🥧 which has been out for over a year.

Pairing simply doesn't work and no response when the scale maker support was emailed. Don't buy the associated scale and don't expect this app to be useful for anything.
Cannot find the scale in my Bluetooth devices. Cannot pair and I have done everything the manual said to do. I have an LG G5 and it should work no problem but it doesn't. At all. Probably returning this scale and buying something that works.
It Crashes. I can't open it anymore And it's also a horrible app, with backward design.
The scale seems a bit flaky at times, and pairing was more difficult than I expected. The iPhone app works better than the Android version. On iPhone, your data does show up in Apple Health. On Android, I can't get the data to go into Google Fit or S Health. Once paired on either platform, the scale will report weight over Bluetooth like a champ. It seems my weight can vary up to 2 lbs with successive weigh-ins, so I'm suspicious that the scale isn't really very accurate.
Has potential. Bad outdated UI that doesn't scale. Ned to just transfer data to google fit.
I was able to pair the scale with the phone, as someone mentioned you have to stand on the scale to get it to pair and make sure the Bluetooth is on , on your device so it can register. However, it does not seem to do comparison in changes, or use the goal setting features. I uninstalled the app, as my Norton 360 kept notifying me of data security breaches. It is unable to determine what third party is collecting information from your phone or for what purposes.
