I find this app incredibly frustrating and non intuitive. I have the hardest time finding "how to" instructions, like how do i endorse the back of a check for mobile deposit, how to transfer money, etc. I also find the ads infuriating. I am already a customer and don't need or want the pop ups that show up at inopportune times. It is so frustrating i would consider closing my account and move it.

Its cool if you just want to check your account or transfer money between accounts. it usually updates posted transactions really quickly. It's really convenient. The check deposit option takes time when it comes to retaking multiple pictures before getting approved. It needs work in that area.

Ever since I changed phones, my app doesn't work. I Uninstalled it and then re-download it. It worked once. Now it will act like it's signing in but the circle just keeps spinning and my account never comes up. Very frustrating.

Works wonderfully. Great interface! Still great after 2 ½ years! That is an update of my last review by 6 months, but my memory is I have monitored our accounts and paid bills using the app for many years, a minimum of 10 years. It's a superb app and my memory is using it since baseball, at least since online banking apps

Aight look. Good app and all. Gets what I need done. Notifies me when I want it to. BUT The last update made this trash. Takes for-EV-ER to log in. Like, I'm talking literally two minutes to take a correct password and pull up accounts. And the glitch with check deposit that kicks you to login? Yeah, still there, but more infuriating now because you have to wait ANOTHER two minutes to get back in and RESTART THE PROCESS OF CHECK DEPOSIT. Not gonna stop using it, but FOR GOODNESS SAKE, fix it.

Super easy. I transfer to savings. Auto pay my car. Take pics of checks to deposit. Pay my credit card. Seriously, it's one stop for me since I live in Pittsburgh. Update for people that have to "retake photos multiple time for deposit." If you simply click keep picture, it works. I have never retaken a photo even though it prompts me to every time, and they deposit with no issue.

I HATE the constant barrage of internal advertising. If I wanted info on loans I would ask. I find it very frustrating to not be able to do a simple task on here without having to click out of you own ads 4(!!!!) TIMES PER TRANSACTION!! Please fix this.

App used to be very good. Now it doesn't work have the time. A pop-up block locks it up. Don't care about a 12 days of Christmas give away. Need to access my accounts. Transaction from savings show up under checking and vice versa. Please fix.

Terrible! I never agreed for ads in a banking app. Tabs can be kinda difficult to navigate. Also a big thing for me is the credit union doesn't have Zelle. People pay takes 1-3 days for recipient to get funds.

I have complete confidence in my bank which helps me be as confident in my app. It is in real time and is so easy we find ourselves using it all the time. The thumb print log in makes us feel safe in using the app as well. We love this bank and the systems they choose for us to be completely satisfied and feel safe with our finances.

Easy to use. Doesn't glitch up. The only thing I'd like to see is easier access to checking my progress on requirements for higher interest on my vertical checking account. Update: the app now offers remote check deposit and immediate access to transactions. It keeps getting better.

No longer able to log in via app. Just stays on credentials screen. Can still use PC, so it's not a problem with my online account. Update: installed on new phone. Can login okay, but idle battery drain is insane even when restricting background usage. Get f'd ETFCU app. If it's not one thing it's another.

Why does a banking app need ads at all, let alone every single step of the way? I just want to deposit a check. I don't need to see 7 ads for the privilege. Update 6/19/21: App still displaying ads during check deposit but now they're un-closeable. You have to close the app to get rid of them. If this continues on my next check deposit I'm closing my account.

Keeps saying application error, and won't bring up my account info. What's the point of an app that doesn't work. Maybe work on your app and website instead of constantly coming up with new ads to show me everytime I sign in or out.

App consistantly does not fully log out. On occasion, the app will say, "logged out," but perhaps some time later when reopening the app, it shows my private account information. I guess the "what ifs" are a concern to me...like what if someone picks up my phone and selects that app, they will see my account into.

Do you people need help with your app. Some of these screens are so badly designed. Some of them even have like 6 different progress loaders to load a page. At top, middle, middle right, and left. 🙄 Click more then Checking Rewards Progress you will see.

I used to use this app daily. Since the latest update my app will not log in to my account on most attempts. It seems to act the same way across different devices as my wife has the same trouble and she has a different phone than myself. Please fix the app. It provides faster access than a PC.

Very user friendly, but some labels can be confusing and some features don't work consistently. Overall, very handy and better than most banking apps I have used.

Electronic check deposit has gotten more difficult now that it takes the image pictures automatically. You tend to have to retake it several times to get it lined up correctly.

Sure is nice to save a trip into the branch. Did exactly as it is advertised. The whole web site functions well. Transfer cash, pay bills, direct deposit it all flows so easily. Great service.

Good when it works. Lately it doesn't recognize my fingerprint when all my other finance apps do. Constantly have to verify my login with a automated call that only works half the time. Recent updates have made this app a headache.

Was only able to stay logged onto app one day. Made a deposit into my loan account from external account. That didnt work. Tried to log in on 2nd day. Password was incorrect after one use. Tried calling for new login. Then username was incorrect. Then tried lost password link, app said phone number wasnt recognized. Tried again, made it to new password setup. Wouldnt accept any new password even though I met the 2 requirements for the password rules.

Haven't had any problems with the app so far. However, I don't like the fact that the app doesn't show pending purchases. It is pretty much standard within banking apps to show this so it needs to be added.

Very rarely have had problems with the app, does exactly what you hope it would. Transfer money, automatically pay bills, online statements.

Mobile deposit is the pits! If I had 2 arms to work with, or at least one good one, it would be so much easier. As it is, it literally took 40 minutes to get a picture of the check accepted. Also, ads about loans? Why? It's a bank, everyone knows they have car loans. What they need is a bank that isn't in the boonies so those of us who can't drive, can do our banking in person. I would point out other obvious things that are wrong with the app and bank but I'm out of room.
