RJ45 cables can be wired in two different ways. One version is called T-568A and the other is T-568B.
These two standards are very similar. More so, in many cases, choosing to use one or the other is only a matter of preference.

The colors are right. But the designations are wrong pins 1 & 2 are normally spare. 3-6 are data with7,8 spare. Otherwise POE would never work.
Only thing missing is the pin outs for Power Over Ethernet connections. Otherwise well done.
