I thought this is one of the best airlines in the world. But now it seems to be one of the worst. They don't have an email to solve an issue. Their twitter helpline is also useless & they can't do anything other than repeating the same information available on the website and always ask to call their call centres. I don't recommend this app or the airline.

Hi Team, I've changed flight date but updated iternery isn't reflected in Trip section when I added using booking reference. Same issue observed even though I've deleted and added again in Trip section. Note: I can see updated iternery in the Ethihad mobile browser website properly. Please fix it.

It's been 8 months now trying to get a refund which is useless in a cheque in this country and even trying to make another booking which is almost impossible. I get passed around like a ball after numerous calls and emails.

Easy to navigate to options. It could be better if online help or person to chat initially and also speak when in need, as some of the ticket options or changes for one segment only are not possible online.

Does not remember user. Need to log in multiple times. Does not read from database, have to manually fill passenger data every time. Does not give updated terminal info (does not read correctly from airport system). Does not correctly measure how much waiting time in line, etc etc. Seems like this app is disconnected from all Etihad systems except for the purchase system. So ya, you can book your ticket easily, but what a missed opportunity.

I bought a PlayStation from the Etihad Airways app two weeks ago. But it crashed after four hours of operation only. I took it to a Sony agent in the UAE (Jumbo) and they told me that it is with American specifications and we cannot repair it. I could not find any way to contact the Etihad Airways store. Everyone is avoiding me!!!

Poor customer service. I am processing for my refund and it is already 8months and up until now they are not returning my money! Their hotline is useless and keeps you wait for nothing! They say it will take 45 days to process it but it takes longer and they look for other reasons so they can nake you wait! No email or call from them to update you with your request.

Prices can jump up and down drastically regardless of booking 10 days ahead of time or 24H before flight. Always go for Choice Plus tier to be safe.

Can't see confirm ticket in Etihad mobile App, even though booked by App, received confirmation in email but App says have to contact customer service. And customer service number tacking 40 to 50 minutes. It's very annoying 😞 very poor app

They canceled my tickets when the pandemic started and didn't want to return my money but they moved it to the Travel Bank. Now when the pandemic is still going on and when war is ramping, I have to spend that money or it'll expire. Thiefs!!!

This app and site even customer care don't allow us to change or edit special request for meal preference. Once you selected....you are done. You can't change it.

Been trying to cancel my ticket(that's 3 weeks away) since yesterday. They do not have an option to cancel on the website or the app. I'm trying to get in touch with the customer support and even after 1 hour hold time, my call isn't getting through. Don't book with this airlines. I regret.

Scam - Etihad employed the services of a rewards card app developer with the aim of making sure you could not redeem miles to cash. The app and customer service fail on all levels and the only way something like this could happen when it is linked to an airline worth this much money is that it must be a deliberate approach to scam customers. I will never fly with Etihad first class again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this scam.

It was easy for me to login App within few minutes. OTP to validate secured login is good. I booked my flight before 30 minutes and trip showed up in app. I am reserving one star which I will most likey updat once I use it during my trip. ANJKOQ I have booked large spacious seats on a specific flight and paid for them (5 seats) accordingly. Upon reaching the airport, my family and I were surprised to know that they changed the aircraft without notifying us. It looks good, has friendly interface but most important thing, it fails. The information in the app never get updated. My flight have been changing up to 3 or 4 time, even the flight number, but all the info shown in the app is still the same as day 1 I bought. Disappointed. Or even I have changed the seat booking , it doesn't show on the map. I have to check for the update only on its website. / or from notification email. So now the app is kind of useless.

App is buggy and half baked. It won't allow me to save my profile because Title is not filled. However, the app won't let me fill the Title field. Also, for my return flight, check-in with the app, meal selection, etc did not work (details: the app reported unable to check in. I was 14 hours before the flight). Terrible. I use the app so I don't have to do the manual work at the counter. Seriously, please improve your app. It has major issues. The check in problem could be your server backend as well. So, clearly Etihad has issues.

During lock down. I purchased 10k usd of credit. Every time I travel, I experience a great inconvenience from the airline. For example, every trip get canceled the alternative is worse if there's any. I went to South Africa , the return flight was canceled for good without any alternative flight. My trip to Germany the return flight was canceled. However, the rest of the ticket wasn't refunded until now. It's been a month already. Expect anything from this airline, but don't expect any answer.

Slow to use. It's basically a browser navigating the existing website, having to scroll a lot to get to what you need, with no proper GUI.

Mostly functional, but on multiple occasions I've been assigned seemingly random seats after having selected the seats I wanted. No notification of this within the app, other than that the seats on my boarding pass aren't the ones I selected. Very frustrating. Could be a bug with Etihad more generally but I don't think this has happened to me when checking in through a browser.
