Just downloaded the app. I love how transparent and sufficient the info provided is. I also love that the "Profession" and "industry" sections are inclusive and have "housewife" and "freelancer" in the options.
Perfect app.. I have 2 accounts and the app is really easy for using, transactions and transfers for all services.. The best of banks Ever.. Thank you 🧡
The app provides excellent services, but I believe that the app's design could be improved to make it more user-friendly.
Ive installed the app on my S22 ultra but it wont even open it keeps crashing i tried to uninstall and install it again and cleared the cache but nothing worked
The app is crashing on android 10 "Samsung galaxy a7 (2018)" the issue started after latest update
I like the app alot, I just have one issue that I think is critical. At times I cannot log into the app and even though I kill it and enter again multiple times I no longer find the fingerprint space. I have to wait a while before it works again which can be a problem if I needed to make transactions urgently at the time
It is very useful and amazing in all the ways however, 6-8 months ago the app stopped working on my phone and kept crashing on startup I tried reinstalling, clearing cache and data nothing fixed it. Could you look into this issue and fix it? I can't use it at all anymore. EDIT: The issue has been actually fixed after I did what you told me to do! (Turj off 3rd party keyboards) Thank you a lot.
This app has not been working for three months now on either of my Samsung Galaxy phones. When contacting customer service, they said it was going to be fixed soon in the next update but it has not. As a temp solution, they suggested I remove emoji programs, which is weired, but I tried and it still does not work. It is a shame to have such problems with such a big and promising bank that has ( had) one of the best mobile banking apps I have ever seen.
I lost hope in this bank. The last two years have been a downward trend for their range of services. So many services can't be done through the app and require you to go to the bank like it is the 1980s. Not only that the app hasn't improved in the past year and are still unnecessarily complicated, many services have been downgraded or limited. The bank still doesn't fully support e-commerce and two-way money transfer through PayPal.
The application is crashing directly after the loading page, so basically I am not even able to start the application. Update: Thank you, the suggested "solution" works, but I would call it a workaround instead of a solution, as I would expect that I can use whatever keyboard I prefer on my device. I updated the review to 3 stars instead of 1, and it will be updated again once this bug is resolved.
The server is so laggy, sometimes I need to leave it for a day to be able to use the app because it doesn't let me use any feature because it's still refreshing ( left it for hours didn't work) Not a single time I tried to use the app and it was fast and smooth, it's always laggy and slow.
I have been trying to open an account using the app for more than a week now, evertime I try to scan the ID I get an error and requested to try again, but unfortunately it didn't work. tried to call customer service multiple times but my call didn't even go through
The app is great, but spending analysis is not really useful this way, when I select a time period, it should at least show me the total debit or credit, not just a breakdown of expenses, other things work great, I think a lot of improvement could be made to spending analysis
The app has some serious issues, been getting the pop up message "Something went wrong, contact the nearest branch" after I filled all the data required to create an account, I contacted the support team multiple times, and the first thing they ask for is a screenshot, when the app doesn't allow screenshots in first place, been stuck in this loop for awhile now.
From software developer perspective, remarkable application, great job.
Although I'm grateful there is an app, it is truly awful to use. Bill numbers don't fit on the page properly, account numbers you can only see the top half of the numbers, trying to make payments is unnecessarily complicated and nothing makes sense in English.
The application has so many features, but the issue is every page takes at least 30 sec. to load and it's frustrating that it makes me go to another application to make my online payment. I hope you fix this issue to get a 5 star rating.
The APP is great and the bank is even greater. Bank Al Etihad provides super nice services. It saves you time, efforts and money. Most importantly, it is secure and makes easily manage your accounts. I do love it and recommend it.
creating new account isn't working, specifically after entering the mobile and the email it freezes. Moreover, when you use the help chat, after sending 2 messages, it kicks you out of the application and it causes losing all data.
Unfortunately, I can't open the application, the application is crashing while I want to open it on SAMSUNG NOTE 10 PLUS. I have checked the updates for the android and the app and both of them are up to date.

I'm a big fan of this app and the bank's phenomenal service, however the app has completely stopped working after the last update, I had to revert to an older version (from a backup I had) in order to continue using the service.
User friendly, full with features, and an exceptionally pleasant-looking layout. I've tried other apps from different banks, and this is the best by far.
Nice app but lacks a few features 1- home screen customization (show only specific accounts,remove request money) 2- enable/disable quick pay on a per bill basis 3- I cant disable Quick pay after I enable it 4- more details in transaction pages (time, reference number)
Again!! New update did not solve my initial problem. Please allow rooted android devices to access your app. I've used multiple banking apps in Jordan with no issues. Customer service blamed it on me instead of solving the query. Many banks allow rooted device to access their apps, why can't you do the same?? Please fix this issue asap instead of sending me your "templates"

I would've given 5 stars but I'm having a problem with the notifications being sent very late! I'm receiving notifications right now about transactions I've made last week.
