C’Me is for Etisalat UAE mobile users only. You need an active mobile account with us to register.
Voice calls & SMS will be charged as per your existing Prepay or Postpay tariff, for local and international calls. Note you can call any number when you make a voice call, it is not just C'Me to C'Me.
For video calls, when you register for C'Me, we automatically give you 60 minutes of free video calls, valid for one month! After this, C'Me video calls are charged at the same price as standard voice calls, i.e. 30 fils per minute on Postpay and 36 fils on Prepay.
There are no mobile data charges when you make a voice or video call when using in the UAE though all mobile data is chargeable when using abroad, so you just pay for the price of the call.
Why use C'Me?
• When you want to make a voice call, why not make a video call instead
- it's high def & the same price as the standard voice prices. Plus you can call any other C'Me user on iPhones, iPads, and Android phones and tablets.

Terrible interface obviously made by rookies, call options are non existant and the app is extremely unresponsive. Don't bother
It's saying to invite other members while calling and i don't see option to call directly.
The app doesn't work on Android 7.1 keeps on trying to connect to the server. last update was in 2015. Slow updates from etisalat.
Bad application , not useful , tried to call my family while they are around me , we all connected to wifi , still not working , Etisalat only bad company 👎

Useless app
1. it's not free service "where there are many HQ VOiP services for free WW" 2. it does not work via wifi. i don't know about others but for me disconnects as soon as it connects to wifi. 3. instant messages does not say on your tariff if it's free or you have counter "for sure :P" 4. it's 21st century people, wake up.
360p is not HD video. Poor ring tones. Self voice echo. Not a good start in todays competitive world.
Wow..and we thought finally an app from etisalat to make their customers happy but after installing i realized it was only profit making ,they only wanna make our pockets empty via different tools..i wish i could take that even one star away
Was expecting Etisalat will provide at least free calls from WiFi network to the same app. they charge you for it.
Such a great app specially video calling is amazing. And it's fully unblocked and legal in UAE. Data charges are zero if you use over Etisalat 3G/4G.
You get 60 minutes Free then its chargeable .. however its free on wifi and i like the quality of the vedio its very clear
They give 60minfree, after that they charge you normal rate? So well done etisalat one other way to take our money,
Outgoing call is working. I can make call using this app even I don't have mobile coverage as long as I am connected to internet. But if someone who is not using this app calls me while I am out of mobile coverage even I am connected to internet I will not receive the call. My mobile will appear as switched off and will miss the call. C'me to C'me users will not face this problem but you can't convince all to use this app. If you can fix this prob this app will be perfect and deserves 5*.
