Unlike the my airtel app, this doesn't fit on my screen and some of the contents are out of the screen. I can't even scroll to see them. It doesn't have FAQ to answer questions like timings of night time data, day time data, sunrise data, midnight data, ghost data, etc. I saw ghost data on the paper provided when buying the sim. The user interface looks cluttered and sometimes the pictures are misplaced. It's somewhat confusing to be honest. Please add an FAQ and improve the user interface.

Better than other apps, but still bad. Used this for a while, it's nothing than mostly scams like Internet packages or so, but I don't care about those. The app is so clumsy especially the payment menu. The service times takes long to load. Even payments are confusing, it says payment successful but it takes time to show the balance.

When I tried to activate a voice package the app freezes and doesn't work. Unble to activate packages from the app. I am using a galaxy s7 edge with Android 8.0 which has plenty of processing power and ram to run a app like this.

If you can remove OTP verification and introduce the ownership verification (like Dialog) registration process is easier. Need the feature to manage multiple connections; usually when an app is upgraded you don't strip a major feature like that. Even your biggest competitor has the feature. Give an option to sort the add-ons by price. After a recharge your app takes awhile to reflect the new balance (even after multiple Refreshes).

This app is misleading and cheating. I tried to activate Hutch combo pack Several time. But app didn't show any updates. After a few minutes my bank balance also started to deduct several time. I wanted to activate one pack and ended up by losing money several time more than six time money to activate one package.What a disappointment.

Compared to other telco service self-care apps, Hutch is way better and more easier to use. It loads fast, shows clear account details as well as data quotas. But, I don't like that fact that Hutch has separated the CliQ packages from this main app. Other than that, everything works fine except the credit sharing feature. By the way, Hutch data packs are awesome.

Actually it is completely useless app. I got an acknowledgement that "we can talk to any network for 2000 minutes by reloading a 260/= before the 30/06/2021. It also said that 500 MB any time data. My experience is "packages get vary by the value" and these values helpful to identify them clearly and uniquely. Eg :49/=, 99/=, I couldn't have a reload, but I topup my balance and I got activated this 260/= package by app, having the expectation of 2000 minutes to any network. But 250minutes only

This app is easy to use, more cheap packages and user friendly. But compared to other providers network coverage and stability then this is the worst network i had experienced. improve your connection strength and stability.

Takes up valuable storage space!! It's better to use the web link selfcare.hutch.lk Ignore the response from hutch. They should work on improving the selfcare web portal and promoting the smartphone shortcut for it rather than asking users to use up valuable storage space on their smartphone by installing an app. Think wisely folks, apps can track ur phone usage but websites can't! Cheers!

It's customer enhanced but suddenly internet connection is crash when i turn off data connection and turn on it again it's solved for small time. I'm doing every 2 mins like that now also using same way and I hope I can get a better solution for this issue. Thank you!!!

I guess only use of this app is to see the credit balance available the number, as it doesn't show all the packages which are listed in the website. Moreover when I see a package which is listed in the website and and once activate that package from app I can see the credit balance is reduced but in my activated package it's not appearing. It's really confusing us if it is really activated or just credit is gone. Hope they will rectify these soon in an update.

It worked fine for sometime but now it has stopped working, it's asking to login with my number and register it with the PIN number which will be sent to my number, but I do not receive it and unable to log in to my app. This has happened once before too and after many attempted calls to the customer care I thought I was finally able to use the app but here I am again logged out of my app and unable to reload. Very disappointing.

The app is really great. It's easy to get data packages using credit cards. The reason that I give 2 stars, the Huch app users get daily offers. But we don't receive exactly the same offer. For example, when we get 50MB free, but don't receive exactly the same.

I have been using Hutch data for a long time and it was good and well... I downloaded the app cause I was getting promo sms and i found the app great at first. The reason for the 2 stars is I activated a free 1GB data package given from the app and now my data doesn't work at all...Very slow connection. Hope I can deactivate the free pack. Please fix this. Ur'll, don't pretend to give offers to fool people if you can't give the right amount.. 😑😑😑

Hi! I have been using hutch for quite a while now. You have amazing data packages and i thank you for that. It is a fact that after getting unlimited 30 day 4g package somewhere in the middle of days it drops to 100kbps - 200kbps which is okay. I can manage with it. But the thing is, after activating rs.86 3-day night time heavy downloader pack, download speed is just like the dropped unlimitd package. 200kbps max. THAT DOES NOT PLEASE ME!! could you do something regarding the priority!!

The new update is great and I love the UI and great coverage in kollanawa area even better than dialog. I have switched over to hutch for the past 4 years for data. The only problem i have is no competitive pricing for calls in postpaid package. Only 2 package are available 200 and 500 package. Please provide more competitive package for voice also. For example dialog has rs 349 for 1000 mins free something similar.

The App functions as a portal to functions that you could do regardless of having the app or not. Please intergrate all features from CliQ app from (previously) Etisalat as well, the CliQ app has a better design that's very easy to understand. The app is more of a hassle to use than ease of use.

Unable to deactivate the CLIQ pack through the app although there's an option to activate CLIQ packs. Even there's no way to deactivate the CLIQ pack using even the CLIQ App. Optimise these two apps please. Unable to exit from CLIQ app by tapping on the "back" button unlike the other apps. Look into these issues carefully. I am using Samsung Galaxy smartphone. No issue with the phone.

This time your app has been updated for fairly good extent.but your 4G signal is really poor even in colombo and suburbs. Most of the time of the day your network gives E edge network. Nothing can be done with this signal level.you better take steps to increase the quality of the signal as well to conform with your promotion as offering a 4G coverage and 4G sim without being a good for nothing.

Good app. If you are in the app and quick refresh will give you exact updated details. But if you're outside it'll be bit laggy or will show as you're having a internet problem. Other problem is the offers are not automatically removed by the app after obtaining. So plz read user comments and improve your tech. And there is no option in selfcare app to activate youtube plans and social media plans. Add those options for the completeness. on 2021/11/10 What the hell speed is 0.67 mbps

The best self care app among all the mobile operators in Sri Lanka. It is the fastest and most real time output self care app among others. Also there is no data loss when the app is suspended like My Dialog app or Mobile Self Care app, bcs the app stores our last search/loaded details into the app Cache. Also this app has a huge variety of data package chioces which are cost efficient and least expensive compared to other Networks. Also it gives detailed info about each package we activate.

I've been using this app for last 1 year perfectly. when they release the new update it cannot be able to recharge money over the pervious version in that case i have updated the app. now this app isn't woking on my phone J2. when ever i open the app it is automatically getting close after 5 / 10 seconds. your loosing your customer base by upgrade without proper customer satisfaction

After the update I can no longer active a cliq package through the app, and in the cliq app they don't show how much data I have remaining, just the hours. Its 2020 y'all are supposed to be making our lives easier with 1 app and not 2 this is why I like Dialog better...I came back to this from dialog but I guess it wasn't worth it :)

I wanted to buy the cliq rs998 package, so using the app I recharged exactly 998 but instead of giving me credit, this activated a different 998 data package. I had to message support to get my credit back. Please put a disclaimer or warning about this. Recharge option should be to add credit to your account and you guys should not automatically activate packages without giving customers any warning about it.

Interface and other are ok but need to optimize the app because the is loading too much in some options like viewing new promotion, chat, packages and there is no clear information about the package I mean they don't show there speed limit or some other information. And there is no unlimited package details in this app. Hutch my final request is add Tamil language customer assist. Thank you.

The packages shown in the app doesn't give out all information. Misleading and cheating. Ex. 998 package only info is 30days 4G, but actually 35 GB at 20mbps and afterwards 1mbps.😬 Even the 1245 package same. So be careful and better to talk to agent and find exactly information before buying or activating.
