Foreign visitors arriving or departing Thailand are required to fill out an arrival/departure card. This is a two-part form that needs to be completed regardless of whether you are arriving/departing Thailand by air, boat or overland. This form should be filled out 'before you hand over your passport to a Thai immigration officer.

To ease the immigration entry process now you can fill out the Immigration Form(s) (TM.6) in the comfort of your home or office via Mobile Application before your traveling in/out Thailand.

After completing the Arrival Card data the App gives a message saying that the data cannot be saved and a phone number to contact. This was on a Samsung Galaxy S8, also tried on an S6. Due to this the App is useless.

another app that is MANDATORY and doesn't works. error says to contact a mobile number, but the app developer, tells you to call IMMIGRATION at 1178. last but not least, YOU NEED A PRINTER!!! TERRIBLE AND USELESS, drafted with @$$, developed with feet..

Completed all required fields to find an error code when I went to confirm said information & a message to contact a phone number. No option to retry, just accept the error & contact the number provided. It takes less time to complete the TM 6 manually without the frustration.

Thai immigration, please resolve the problem with this app asap. This app should help us and reduce waiting and queuing time for all arrivals and departures. If it is working will be very helpful to us.... Thanks
