Frustrating Etoro money will not let me transfer money out of my account to another bank account but will still let me top up my etoro investment account what a joke so there just holding the money for some reason. And on there website it claims there etoro money app is not under maintenance and supposedly fully operational. Its OK for instant withdrawals out of your invesment account but I don't feel safe leaving money In there anymore. This has never happened with my Lloyd's banking ever.
I've just had my account terminated with a $43 refund and no access to the $18,000 in crypto I have. Refusing to answer any questions or to reinstate access or transfer.
Need more crypto wallets, it's all good adding more crypto. But USELESS if unlike the COMPETITION crypto cannot be moved freely instead being controlled by etoro 🤷🏾♂️
eToro is NOT ready for crypto. The platform was always lagging behind a bit with bugs and missing essential features - even before they started to adopt crypto. They never upgraded their stuff and then just tacked on crypto as an afterthought. The result: It's very expensive, extremely slow (my crypto lost a lot of value in the ~8 days that it took to transfer it to this app), I had to do KYC TWICE.
I think that the app has a good future. Smart move from eToro for the long run. If it's still in beta, surely there will be some bugs, but hopefully, that'll resolve. Nice design overall. Once all withdrawals are instant and seamless, that will change bad reviews, I guess
I can easily transfer money from my trading account to my etoro card and external payments- way quicker than my bank! No issues so far
Horrible app, got my cryptos stuck without no way to transfer due to error in the app.
It's good when it works, a few times I was unable to transfer out, errors kept happening. One time the app was just blank when I logged in. There's definitely room for improvement. I would like to be able to access from my desktop too. Be nice if there was a "select all" to prefil all of a currency to transfer out. Also be nice if I didn't have to break out the calculator to work out how much I can send.
Very, very poor experience with both the website and the app. Their fees are priced in whenever you buy or sell, very misleading. I can't even transfer crypto (ETH) to the mobile app per their instructions! I lost a few more dollars because of trying to follow their process and still trying to figure out how to withdraw my funds smoothly towards it next intended destination. Website UI is too confusing, and I have been trading in other platforms. NEVER AGAIN ETORO! You've taught me well.
Where did my cash go? I pulled cash out of etoro to this app, then tried to send it to my regular bank account and it hasn't arrived. Soooo glad i did a test amount. Was hoping to avoid the 5 day withdrawal delay on etoro but it looks like i'm stuck with it.
App is really basic, nothing special but does what's supposed to do. It's just a wallet, after all. I find it appalling etoro applying fees to transfer from exchange to wallet but, worse and a lot more frustrating and annoying: 2021, digital era, criptoassets, from etoro to etoro, the process takes 3/7 days! Which is almost laughable... But not quite. It's daunting.
havent added ADA as promised. enough with the lies guys. edit: etoro has added trx but still fails to support ada. they are actually robbing me of staking rewards
Can't send coins out of the wallet. I kept getting 'get code error occurred' yesterday. I tried the 'call' option but it says the codes are wrong. Never experienced this before though. G.B from Pennsylvania
It's a money grabber. It charges you to deposit with your card. You can bank transfer with no charge but to withdraw any money there's a big charge. So any little money you make they will take from you when you withdraw.
Really bad to use, uncomfortable, hard to understand, and just to transfer from an wallet to another is impossible, Don't even think to withdraw the money, it might take ages, I'm sure I'll never see My money, or If I do there is like 20% fee of it that goes in their pocket, disgusting.
It works okay, but it's not as good as other wallets. Could you guys make all crypto available and could you remove the minimum amount needed to transfer to these wallets?
Everyone complaining about this app didn't read or learn about these processes enough, always read the terms and processes with these it's all there, literally says be careful cause you can't transfer back onto etoro platform from wallet 🤷 you are bad at what your doing and blaming it on others stop and learn first
Can't send any money to my bank account it says it sends a code but no code comes through and the customer support button doesn't do anything I think it's a scam of some sort.
What a useless app. I mean what is the point of creating an all that does absolutely nothing and to top it off customer support is even more useless. Good job etoro
So eToro debit card is only for deposits of more than $5000 or over. Such a shame as I am new and holding only few hundred with bronze club. 2 stars giving because all the features are only in main eToro app.
It got the job done with rescuing my crypto from etoro's platform. Took a day to move it to this wallet.
I have 2 unsolved cases with them , because i cannot send or receive any assets from/to the account , they are asking me for two factor authentication when i clearly disabled that option and they won't let me change my phone number in the settings . People do not have clear access to their account and i believe this is on purpose . I will proceed to complains and reports until i get my problems solved because they are avoiding my requests . I tried the nice way and they did not help.
The "wallet" is an absolute joke, needs a lot of time for receiving funds from the eToro exchange and has high fees (for transferring fron the exchange to the "wallet" and when transferring from the "wallet" to an actual wallet like Exodus). While there are 30+ cryptos on the exchange, the wallet only lets you transfer 6 of them from the exchange. The design of the wallet looks very cheap and outdated. I do not recommend trading crypto on eToro as well as its spreads are very misleading.

Really easy to use, instant withdrawals to your bank account aswell is a nice touch.
Asked for confirmation codes and then restarts the process if you leave the app to get the confirmation code. Crashed during a transfer and just says 'oops something went wrong' and still doesn't work after a restart of device, reinstalling
As reported by other users, when attempting to transfer the majority of my balance minus stated blockchain fee to external wallet it just fails continuously. Final amount calculated including fee clearly less than balance.... No option just to transfer all and have fee deducted automatically as with some other online wallets. Opened a ticket, they closed it without investigating, reopened again, awaiting proper resolution...
Doesn't allow me to transfer from etoro to etoro wallet. I been checked the countries allow to use or not keep tried many time still not work also I asked the support team to help but no respond feel very disappointed. Most people got same issues like me l seem on the reviews almost a year already haven't got any change or improve. So Pointless this wallet!!
1) takes a ton of time to transfer crypto to this wallet 2) cumbersome to use 3) they charge you per lot to transfer. So if you bought a coin ten times, you need to transfer it in ten different lots rather than a "transfer all" option. 4) the more you transfer, the higher the cost. I told my acct manager about this and he said it was Cardano charging transfer fees. That's either a bold lie or someone severely misinformed. Cardano doesn't scale transfer cost based on quantity of coins transferre
