Please provide payment link in the corresponding menu like property tax menu etc. It took lot of time to search for payment menu. After generating receipt, I could not able to go back to the main page to proceed to next payment. Also, it will be helpful if we could able to select multiple items and pay at once (like property tax, water tax etc)

Used the web application for property tax payment. The app is easy to use and user friendly. There is, however, one short coming. It does not have a provision to create a user ID and password if your email ID and telephone number is not recognized. Will review the app for 5 stars after these features are incorporated and using it for other activities.

Not able to login customer login. Please include hasthampatty also and other zones to enable property and water tax in salem. E town app has server problem as it could not fetch details from server. For other detils make this app useful.

Good move!! This app made our lives easier to make payments on time from any where, not necessary to visit the office in person to make payments. However, It would have been even better if we get the receipts online. Its now a double work for us now to make payments online and visit the office to collect the receipts. Recommend to add the feature of downloading the receipts online soon.

etownpanchayat is a decent site. pretty well structured. if there is property tax and water tax outstanding, you could consolidate all payments together as 1 single transaction to make it easier. making bills available online is good. keep up the good work. you could reduce transaction cost by negotiating with banks, it reduces your money handling cost (hence reducing 1 star)

Great way to pay online and easy to use. Increase more security while login and keep lot of question to secure login . Getting error message when i click homepage after paying payments . Testing need to done to ensure we did not get basic flow in the system

Takes more time to load. When we open the app, most of the time we get a message "Not able to fetch data"

Unable to fetch data from server for last few months in the app. Website also not working for online payment. Please come up with alternate option or atleast display a message stating when it will be available so all users will be aware of it. Thanks.

The application works very well and it is user-friendly. The interface is perfect and all the functionalities can be viewed conveniently.

The new update had messed up everything and nothing opens. It simply says loading and nothing happens.. plz fix it asap. Also it says couldn't fetch data from server.

Please, quickly recover the app from the maintenance. Whenever I enter into the online payment it display "This site is under maintenance". Please recover the app as soon as possible or provide any alternate website or app for making online payment for water tax and property tax for town panchayat like Alangulam.

You people are the worst, Can't even able to create a app properly, It cant even Load, can't even Cross the first page. being in a Digital India, We can even pay a Property Tax through online, It's really a disappointment

Creating a new user is very difficult. The verification code is not coming to mobile phone. When the goverment is asking to make payment digitally. how can it charge extra for it even when we are using netbanking and debit card.

Previous version working ok, current version waste of time, I can't sign in and sign up very worst development, am can't register so l loose my etown account need help to use online payment. Poor development.

very slow, unimaginative for the task of tax collection and needs major revamp. Even though online payment is very economical for Panchayats as well as Tax Payers, the system is not fully functional. May Panchayats are not activating online payment. Needs redressal by authorities.

Using our old tax no. we should be able to get the new number and tax details. Communicating to the local office via phone is too difficult and there is no proper response.

For the one and half month the app doesn't work properly and shows as could not fetch data from server. Is there any alternative way of paying the water charges?

Yes, good only. But details like name and address are not in proper language. Some random alphabets are shown instead.

I did a UPI payment for property tax payment of Rs.2600. There is no acknowledgement from the site but money was deducted successfully from my account. The payment not displayed in payment history page also. there is no help desk number for any queries.

Can't able to log in. Always told username and password error even after several time resets. Please update the app from your end and clear the clutters

It always show"Data couldn't be fetched from server". It is very useful application but slow.

it is not working . i keep on trying this app from various devices but i could not able to fetch the data from server and more over it keeps on loading.

Service complaints booked on the app are shown as pending even after the issue is resolved, unless it is cancelled by the town panchayat officials. No further complaints are accepted by the app unless the earlier complaint is removed. I suggest that you include a facility where the complainant himself can cancel the issue which has been resolved, so that fresh complaints if any can be booked as usual.

Worst App. Tried to register. Received a message that OTP sent. But never received anything. After tried to register for 7 times, gave up. Waste of time.

I did not receive any OTP , but it shows otp sent successfully. I tried with 2 or 3 mobile numbers. Still not working. So unable to register. Please fix the issue
