Great 😊 App saves time and really easy to use. I think everyone is going to love to join East Texas professional credit union.we chose the bank for the people. A bank should be able to supply all your needs from checking, savings, car loans, and mortgages. We also like using the safe word at the drive thru. I think that they could improve on the transfer of the one account to another inside the app, because there are a lot more apps that are doing this, for instance the cash app, thanks.
3-28-21 app still not accepting biometric login. Have tried multiple times. to start it. The program acepts the finger print, then wont allow access on biometric login. This latest update of 11-20 is a poor. The biometric will not stay in place on the phone or other devices. I have tried multiple times to get biometrics to be added under multiple accounts. Also, bring back the larger fonts. At least , give an option to chance larger fonts.
Very nice app, pretty user friendly. Only problem I have had is that it will kick me off and ask for a new password. At that point, I can't change my password through the app. Really wish I could do this, or at least through an email that they send me. Or at least have a warning. Beyond that, it is a good, solid app. Love the fingerprint feature.
Five months with no update to app and no ability to log in with android. Finally fixed, original review follows: Worked great until 2 months ago. My phone updated to Android 9 and even after factory reset (still android 9) it still doesnt work. I've written support with no response. App will not let me log in. The wait circle spins once or twice then goes away but i remain at the log in screen. Please update the app to work with Android security features!
I've been banking with this credit union for 6yrs and they been there for me when I needed them the most. I miss going to the branch where I use to stay, but the phone app is a very good tool and it makes my busy schedule easy from a distance in a instance.
I'm going to rate this app a 5 because I've been with this credit union a very long time but the password situation needs to be improved. Believe it or not you have military customers and it's a real pain to take care of business when your in a different tike zone in a high ops tempo environment. In short, appreciate the security but make sure the app is freidnly as possible. Thanks!
Great exept if you transfer funds from savings to checking. I transfered $51.00 from savings to checking to make it an even number( OCD) and it charged me a $14.00 fee with out any kind of promt stating that was the case. Besides that I love the app.
I like the app but wish that all of the features listed in the menu actually worked. Like credit card controls and the digital wallet for starters. Please fix those or remove it from the options...
Does what it says on the tin. I've become slightly addicted to checking my balance but have so far resisted the urge to move small amounts back and forth between checking and savings to watch the numbers change.
Worked great for the first few weeks. Now it tells me that an app I have is blocking me from typing due to privacy. I have a Samsung. I don't have any apps running in the background to cause this. Please fix this. I love being able to see my balance through my phone.
This app is very handy. I love the fact that you can transfer mkney between accounts and set up auto bill pay. Im quite the forgetful person at times so thats a huge plus for me lol. Also try the fingerprint scanner tolog in if your phone supports biometrics. Never have to worru about forgeting ur login again (:
Easy to maneuver, lots of check an balance options to keep good records an let you know what you are actually spending money on, bill pay an you can send money too! Love it!
Works pretty well but for some reason I can't use bill pay on the app (works on the website though). I get a "Failed" message and it says "the functionality is not currently available". Please fix!
Great Bank, Great Employees, Love their online banking. Love the way the bank has push notifications for all of your accounts. E-MAIL'S showing the amount you have in all accounts without opening up your account.
The phone app is more user friendly than the website! I've been online banking for years, but just recently got the app. I find that I prefer it, not what I expected at all.
When I have an issue with the app I get response almost immediately. For that past several months there has been a considerable amount of problems.
Way too many issues just to get what is needed. Customer service always has attitude no kind of professional service training. Online services always with trouble and issues.
I wish we could search transactions on the app again. That feature isn't on there anymore. Also having problems with double texts for sms
Every withdrawal and deposit comes as a deposit notification. Their coding is wrong. App is very basic, but works.

you left a way better system do end up with this Elementary system... difficult to navigate and see your needed information... disappointing and must be for a bigger reason like NESARA...
It's easy to see balance in both savings & checking accounts. Also to transfer money from one account to another.
Used to be good, but not anymore. They updated it, and as usual, broke it. Can't even use the bill pay feature now... locked out. That was the whole point of having the app in the first place.
I always get kind couterous help whenever i have a problem, most recently, my phone app. The young lady fixed my phone for me and i was out of there in no time. Thank you!
I honestly don't use this app for anything other than checking exactly how much $$$ I have in my account but it's very good at having real-time data on that so I'm satisfied! would recommend!
I don't like that they delete your purchase one day and the next day it comes out of my account. I feel it is an attempt to collect overdraft fees. Good thing I remember what I purchase.
Really like being able to check balances, deposit checks, and transfer funds from home. Wish they would have HSA for medical savings.
I find the app very easy to use and navigate. Other banking apps that I've used glitch every other day. I very have a problem with this one
The "new app" needs a lot of work. I can't log in because every time it says "it looks like you are signing in with an established user" which of course is true, then I hit proceed and nothing happens. I'm just stuck in a loop. My wife has had the same issue before as well. Fix your app people! I have to be able to check my account and pay my bills!
