Scanning items takes way too long! Needs to be able to scan items all at once or use a scan checklist the same way you do for missing items. Waste entirely too much time sitting idle in lots to scan every item before you leave from your pickups

Crashes daily if not hourly. Adds at least 2 hours to my work day and usually have to still end up calling in my completed deliveries to dispatch. A shame no updates in almost a year.

The worst app ever constantly crashing or stop working very slow and unreliable

Been an hour and a half, unable to download, just a circular Loop of graphic, waiting for download?! Is it possible to get some help?!

We take pictures when delivery has been completed but pictures are not saving what can I do to fix the problem??

Echat always freeze

Terrible app, does nothing but freeze even after updates. Never allows you to see notes put in by other people. Awful.

I've been using this app since August 2017. It just seems to continuously freeze when using the chat mode. Due to the fact I must use this app on a daily basis, I never get a piece count and never know exactly what the weight is, this is very important when delivering Freight, knowing what can actually fit on the vehicle can make my job more efficient. And to add insult to injury, I have read the other reviews. They all seem to say the same thing. And you want an email explaining in detail what's wrong with this app? There's something wrong with the creators of this app.

Worst I ever used

This app is total trash. Every phone I've downloaded it on in the last year has seen it as and unstable and unsafe application. The chat function has never worked properly. More of a headache than its worth as it force closes or just outright won't load at all, bring back paperwork! This is ridiculous.

Don't know if its the app or the phone but when trying to SCAN using thr barcode scanner it takes forever. Im on a new samsung galaxy 8, previously my galaxy 6 worked fine. Half of the time im forced to type in the barcode or hotspot to my old phone.

Device needs updating chatting freezes phone and stops app completely last update was the worst
