App works great and is my favorite place to shop. Edit May 2022: the app has major bugs. When needing help with an order it won't allow you to attach pictures even when you click the button. It often freezes. It often force closes for no reason. Desperately needs a developer to fix it or it will become unusable.

Errors in app. Good app when it works. But it is slow pretty often - dont know what it is trying to load in the back. At times I just want to see a purchase status - oops, try again.... cant pull up page. Internet is on and everything else loads okay. Have to keep trying multiple times till I just go into a browser version. What is the point of the app then...

The app works but it has bugs and other limitations. The biggest limitation is the inability to search clothing by size and other features. Even if I type in "midi dress medium" I still get mostly x-small items and other items not even close to the size I search. In browser I can search by size, color, length, style, etc. But in app none of these filters are available. Another thing is that I cannot leave reviews without the "something went wrong". I have to leave reviews in browser.

I always turn to etsy when I'm looking for something special/unusual. There are some beautiful items on there. Ordering is straightforward and hassle-free. I've only ever had an issue with a seller once - my order didn't arrive and they weren't communicating with me - and etsy dealt with the matter immediately and issued a full refund.

Sharing my experience of using the app on android tablet. I was able to buy things using the app, but I am not able to go back to review my purchases if I want to buy something from the previous vendor. It is very frustrating. Also not being able to see the item description without having to click somewhere is mildly annoying. Not being able to go back is also frustrating and time wasting. I hope the developers will fix these bugs soon. The app has great potential

I love Etsy but for a long time now it has been extremely frustrating and difficult to browse. No photos will load almost all the time - not even thumbnails. If they do, they load way too slowly. I constantly have to close the app, reopen, or attempt to refresh and load again. I have tried everything: clearing cache, uninstall/reinstall, etc nothing will fix this. Please help?

Overall its OK. I'm not sure if there was an update, but I can no longer view "Updates" where sellers would send coupons and discounts on the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but still not showing. UPDATE: They fixed it.

I only gave it 3 stars because of the mobile phone navigation! It was very confusion. I had things in the cart from a while back. I had forgotten I put them there, and I did not see them until I was ready to complete my order. almost like it was a trick to get me to purchase what I put in the cart! overall, my experience has always been good at etsy on other devices!

Mostly great, but I wish I could download digital pattern files from the app. Currently you have to open it in a web browser and the app doesn't even link the the browser for you. Also the updates tab for stores I follow seems to have disappeared in a recent update.

Here's the thing: love the app, easy and great products/people on it. The only bad thing about the set up of it is saved cards. If you're gonna offer saving card #'s on accounts- then save the number. I shouldn't have to re enter a card number every single time I want to purchase with a different card. I understand you wanting to protect our security, but it makes purchasing inconveinent if I don't have the card I want to use on me.

Etsy is great (although be aware they now accept sellers who may not be the artisans we are used to). The app makes Etsy so smooth and easy to navigate. I've had zero issues with it in all of the time that I've used it. I especially love the way the cart works. If you like Etsy or think you might, I highly recommend this app. And if you have never shopped at Etsy, wow are you missing out! So many lovely things, often made by hand with obviously great care, great for special gifts.

Reliable—has never crashed on me (yet—knock on wood); pleasant & easy to use user interface; secure payments, making every purchase more trustworthy, no matter what, as returns & refunds are swift & seamless. Order Now option is a nice touch—idk about everybody else but My Cart fills up pretty fast, and having the option to buy a singular item with Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Paypal, etc., is also seamless: securely remembering my most commonly used Shipping/Billing Addresses, Debit Cards, etc!

Dishonesty runs rampant for supplies on Etsy. I understand supply chain issues, but Etsy continues to allow sellers to advertise their items as in stock and fulfillable when they're not. I should be able to buy things advertised as in stock without DMing the seller to ask if it will get shipped, only to find out the item can't ship or isn't in stock. I've run into this numerous times. Those listings clog up the search algorithms on other platforms, making it impossible to find alternatives.

Just love Etsy. I love my home to look unique yet trendy. it is difficult to accomplish that when everyone is decorating with the same store bought items. Etsy gives me the opportunity to buy unique products while I help small businesses. Updating my review from almost one year ago when the app was almost flawless. For the last several months I am hardly ever able to access my purchases. An error message comes up asking me to try again later. Deleted and reinstall several times

I like the app, it is easy to use. I cannot recommend it however, because after a week of using it, the app has started to "suggest" a lot of products that are Very inappropriate. Had I done any type of search for those products, I would understand. Unfortunately, my only searches had been for automotive and video game assessories. The app needs an option that allows the user to tell it to not suggest a certain type of item again

Reliable and a go-to for shopping. Awesome global seller connections to buy unique items. Very wide-ranging options to fit every budget and every need. Stable app (on Android), easy to use, user-friendly. Thank you!!! I've been a regular customer since January, 2016.

It worked perfectly until it suddenly didn't. My mobile app no longer allows me to pay, it keeps on returning an error message, but when I buy from my desktop it works fine. Etsy is impossible to reach out to if you have any need for their technical support! No chat, no email, no phone, nothing!

This app has a fault with displaying your purchases page. Keeps saying uh oh something went wrong. There is also a problem where going back to a search is impossible. After viewing an option, the search needs to be done again. Such a waste of time!

As others, all of a sudden the app doesn't work right. Purchase history just sits and spins and won't load. Don't expect to contact the developers through the app because there's no way to do so. The contact says that the email is not monitored so go contact a seller. Yeah, right as if the seller has anything to do with the way the app works. What's left is to give a review and mine in now a barely 2 stars only because I get notices of what'snew withmy favorites.

I use to love Etsy. I've used it for years to order all kinds of things. I do NOT like the most recent update what so ever. It makes it very challenging to see what products are eligible for free shipping after 35$. A lot of things I have ordered have been researched from shop to shop to make sure I'm getting what I want with out getting screwed or screwing over the creator/seller. The possibility of free shipping is something that I take into consideration when purchasing and I can't now.
