I really like robovac but resetting the wifi after factory reset is a big pain in the app. I've tried several times and even reached out to agents 3 times to no success. Also, if you have an active chat open and wanna restart the setup process, you'll have to close the chat which is totally inconvenient. I've had to go over the whole process each time to get to the chat step. There should be a different chat/help option in the app's main menu. Wifi setup definitely needs an improvement.

The app works well and is reliable. It even tells me why my hoover has gotten stuck. But the interface should follow android convention more and the scheduling options are too basic, I should be able to set as many cleans as I want and be able to select the cleaning mode and duration. The Google home integration is there but the available controls are even more basic than the app. So it's a solid offering but needs more work please!

I own the 25c vacuum, it started out awesome and worked great. Now I have to reconnect it to my internet about every 2 days and most times it says connection failed. I have reset wifi, other smart devices do not have any trouble. Will be switching to a roomba if this continues. It is very disappointing seeing this unit comes at a affordable price and over all works great. But I purchased so it will clean daily when I am away, your customers support is also horrible, let us speak to a real tech.

Good overall. Just got the X8 that has the laser mapping and it is a trip to watch it go around and make the map. Also it does a great job with vacuuming. If I had more hard flooring or tile I probably would have sprung for the hybrid model that does mopping as well.

This app sucks--not intuitive at all. And now that I'm moved into my new place, I can't get the wifi to reset even though I've been googling and searching the "eUfY hOmE dAtAbAsE" for "HeLpFuL aRtIcLeS" for literally 90 minutes. I can't get a human via the in-app chat and every time I switch the screen it kicks me out and I have to stay over again anyway. I wish I'd never bought this vacuum.

Once a month it deletes the entire floor plan for the L70 so you need to recreate it and add all of the barriers back. Really horrible because it gets stuck and goes into areas it's not supposed to.

Bought a $650 dollar vacuum and it won't connect to the app. And is useless without it. Been dealing with terrible customer service for weeks now. Still no resolution even after providing video of it just driving in circles pushing dirt not vacuuming at all.

Easy to use app and very easy to get started. I wish there was more finer tuning of schedules within the app (multiple runs per day?) But other than that perfect.

Really easy to use app. Setup is a breeze. Only downside is the mapping feature for the robovac. Could do with a greater zoom. It doesn't quite zoom in far enough for accurate boundary's etc.

PUA Warning From Norton 360? I'm giving this a one-star to get the attention of developers. Up until today, I've never had a problem with this app but now Norton360 is flagging this app with a PUA warning, "This potentially unwanted application (PUA) may affect your devices security, performance, or behavior." Any idea from what has changed that would cause Norton 360 to flag this app before I contact Norton to find out from them?

Everytime Wi-Fi cuts off I have to re-setup the app. It's horrible, plus the my C25 is about as loud as a palm sander after about 60 days of use. Seems to be a common problem, I won't be buying another one

L70 11/4/2021:. How about you put the Reset map button SOMEHWERE ELSE???? 3/1/2022: NEVER pick up your robot vacuum. They still don't actually save the map. 4/7/22: What happened now? I guess there was an update? Because it expanded the map of my house by 2 or 3 ft, maybe more. Now my no-go zones aren't where they're supposed to be. I cleared it all out and started a new map, it still was wrong.

I love this app. It is so easy to use with my robot vac. It takes a little bit to get it hooked up to your wi-fi, but once that's done, the app is really easy to use. I can tell my vac to start from my phone anywhere in the house & when it's done, I just tell it to go home & it does !!

Absolutely brilliant! Just love the way it parks itself and when it takes itself on command! Just great to let it take itself off and roam around the house! If there is a problem it let's you know what the problem is which is very easily rectified as it is something very simple! It gets into hard to reach places including edges and corners! Just love it - my best little friend!!!!

Absolutely perfect.. I love it, does a brilliant job evan with my cats fur. First time using it, It cleaned for over an hour then took itself back to re charge. Love it. ❤ So much better than the the one I had a few years ago. Only got stuck once on a thin phone cable I left dangeling on the floor, but no problem with rugs etc. Highly recommend.

Pretty decent app. I wish the eufy had 2 brushes, but it does what it is supposed to do. I wish the mapping did not look like Atari graphics as well.

First use of the app, so far works great. Mapped my home and was able to follow the RoboVac through its paces on the app. Now to see how it works following a schedule.

- the live chat support window closed when I pressed back icon, from the upper left side of the screen. Then when I went back in the chat screen it reconnected into a new session. - applying group settings works from the app, but not from the widget.

Response and my experience with service center is very very poor...I faced some problem with new purchased unit...and sent to service center for troubleshoot but they didn't provide any report ( regarding findings) and return units back. Moreover I cleaned vaccume claener before provided for repairing but when I received vaccume cleaner somany dust was there , even they didn't clean the vaccume cleaner before return..

Eufy I can't delete a floor map. I try to reset and the one I don't want just keeps reappearing. How do you delete a floor map. Update... I moved the Vac to a stop in my house that it didn't know and it started a new map. All good 👍

When checking map too see where my Verge30 is, it displays no movement although I hear it moving somewhere. I force close and reopen app but map shows no movement even when I'm next to it.

Cool vaccum. I only wish that the map was permantent and that you could map a path for it to follow. And you should make it so i can change the spot cleaning voice.

Useful for "go/no-go" indication of device function. Not sure how useful for alerting to "stuck-under-refrigerator!" type information.

I don't understand these bad reviews it's like someone buying a Honda and complaining that it's not as powerful as a Lamborghini I love this thing gets under the sofas and sends me a text if it gets stuck I bought one for my mom I think it's the coolest thing ever not many electronics out there have one of the default languages as Arabic. 5/5 stars.

Greatest robot vacuum for $100 . Finds dirt and fuzz that I never knew was there. Just start it and I does the rest. App alerts you when it's stuck or needs cleaning. Highly recommend it you will not be disappointed

After updating its not working,always battery low,keep going on and off,robovac G10 hybrid keep restarting, it's going on and off again and again, such a bad customer service ,it's a waste of money.

Love it! Tells me when its stuck or when something is wrong, easy to change settings and send back home to charge.
