So for installation it seems really simple and just seems to be working. The Fitbit scales I returned stopped working after 24 hours, so let's see whether these work for longer. Not only did they install seamlessly, it found the scale seamlessly, then connected both to Google fit and Fitbit services and updated them both. I have to say I'm very impressed. Let's hope it still working tomorrow 🤣

Very clunky user interface. Weird forward arrow to go back. Calories goals makes no sense as it doesn't allow a weekly weight loss target. Sharing device with someone else was a mess, it continually failed. A notification arrives on their phone but doesn't do anything. I found a work around, but this is terrible. Probably going to be a returned item, I can't live with this level of poor interface. Anker/Eufy are usually great, they failed this time.

Worked fine until after update before last when the Bluetooth light constantly flashing and drained the batteries within a day. Only option for help is to call a number and the chat help is less that useless.

Really needs an option to export to CSV. The graphs in the app are not particularly good. With an option to export the data to a csv would be a much more useful product. Its really rediculous how long this feature has been missing, Would take a half compentent developer less than a day to implement.

The app just will not sync with my Fitbit. It used to be synced but the weight was off from one app to the other, so I revoked it's access on Fitbit to reinstate it, but it just won't anymore.

I don't know if my complaint is with the app making bad calculations, or the scale taking bad measurements, but I've worked hard to replace fat with muscle, and I'm offended that I'm continually told that I'm obese, with high visceral fat & low muscle mass, that my body is over 1/3 fat, and that I'm severely dehydrated while drinking a daily gallon of water. But the most annoying thing is waiting over 2 days now for the app to sync to Google Fit, with no way to force it, including reconnecting.

Started using this app yesterday, seems very good, lots of information. Edit: Not sure if the figures for fat and muscle etc are accurate however it's the trend of these figures that most people are looking at?

The app functions well, but it would be really nice if we could add a display photo for each family member's profile to make things easier to distinguish. Would that be possible?

I love this scale and app. The issue is I have it set to pounds but goal is stuck in KG but shows LBs. Please fix this glitch.

Works OK for what it is. A bit complicated to figure out at first. I am a bit disappointed to see that it recommends outdated advice of how to get some thing into the normal range, such as linking dietary fat consumption to body fat.

Was working before, not anymore. Bluetooth won't connect at all to the scale and I've reset everything to no avail.

It is very poor to be honest. Very difficult to see progression in weight loss with time. A lot of data but no monthly summary or averages of weight or weekly version. Garmin gives more visually appealing information

It's ok for checking your weight, not sure how accurate the body fat readings are but the BMR value seems to be completely wrong. All my stats in the app say normal but my BMR is 2650 every day which is about 1000 more than what other calculators say.

Scale not connecting to my phone all the time. Sometimes removing and adding again works but not all time. Goal settings also not working. It keeps saying "Access token expired." So frustrating. Please fix. Thank you.

Update 2022-02-19: Connectivity issue had been much less frequent. Original: Great app and easy to use. Occasionally it loses Bluetooth connection and my wife ends up getting my weight data, instead. It's annoying.

App is alright but needs to connect to more services. Cant link directly to MyFitnessPal or Garmin only Fitbit and good fit..

I really enjoy all the metrics it gives me, but I'd like to see visualizations of my progress over time. It would be best to allow me to export all of the data. They might also be in violation of GDPR for not allowing me to download my data.

Plenty of info but no method of exporting personal data either locally or to cloud eg Box, One Drive. Biggest annoyance is not being able to view weight in stones and pounds.

I've had a chance to use the app for a while and am pleased with it. It seems most negative reviewers are having trouble syncing with their phones, but it consistently syncs quickly with my phone (Android Nougat). The text and graphical displays are sharp and easy to read. I wish it would automatically update Fitbit, but I only have to transfer two numbers, so not a big deal. And it doesn't show ads or nag. Bluetooth can be a bother, but it's well worth getting through the interface issues if you have them.

Please add the ability to calibrate your measurements - the fat and muscle %s are off by about 10% for me, based on a more accurate body scan test. If that's not possible, please add the ability to customize which metrics to show in the app, as I'm not interested in being told every time I use this app that I'm abnormally fat, when your measurements are inaccurate. 2 stars instead of 1 because the app is fast to sync, and has a fairly intuitive UI.

[Update 2019.09.16 - Got a new phone (Galaxy Note 10+), app will not sync with the scale. Now the whole "smart scale" thing is useless to me. Now I can only know my weight and lose the rest of the information. Now it's no different than a "stupid scale". I have no issues with my phone pairing with other Bluetooth devices, so it's either the app or the scale.] works well. Sometimes has issues syncing with the scale, but mostly just works.

I have used this app with my scale for a few months now and it was great. All of a sudden, for two days, my scale won't connect to the app. I stopped the app and cleared the cache, I disconnected the device from the app and reconnected it. The scale works fine and shows as if it's sending data, but the app stays displaying "Disconnected." Highly disappointed.

Updated. Thank you so much for adding all the information, as muscle mass and others. I still think that the previous version was better; you could see almost all the information at a glance and the line charts provide a better way to see the progress. We'd be happier with line charts, or choosing a way to see that information. Also, if we could choose our focus, weight loss and bmi is one thing to see at the beginning, but if I'm putting on more muscle, I'd like to see other things on the main screen.

UPDATED: I installed the most recent version and several problems have been fixed. I still have a few complaints: (1) The "details" page is laid out in a way that you can't see all the details without scrolling (which means you can't share a screenshot of everything easily) (2) This was always a problem, but since things are totally broken now I'll mention it: I should be able to ask for a graph of *any* metric, not just the ones you deem useful. For example lean body mass (thanks for adding muscle mass!) (3) The summary screen doesn't have enough detail. For instance BMI is useless so I really don't care, I want more useful metrics on the summary/history list page. Maybe a way I can pick the ones I like. Thanks for listening...
