Constantly having to log in then freezes. Why do I need to update my password every few months ? It's not as if anyone is going to go on a mad spree round Heathrow buying cheap cold chips with my phone ! Either ditch the app and go back to cards or really rethink this terrible app.
The app keeps crashing. Uninstalled it and reinstall. But still having the same problem. Please fix this ASAP !
poor customer service from online support team. no effort to help, they sent an insulting reply instead. app doesn't work. attempted to delete and reinstall but no joy. will have to spend a fortune on breakfast at work every week..
Keeps crashing. Even when not in use. Cant turn this app off at phone startup.
can't get to download it... when i did took forever to sign up then app stop working now i trying to reinstall same thing again
I really want to use and get and try the benefits of this app. but the staff and the service put me off
Doesn't let me sign in.. Doesn't let u reset password either. Useless
I had to throw away my fries because they were so dry, would not use Eurest for lunch again.
CrApp, dont waste your time. just tell the cafe the app doesnt work... and get ur staff discount.
1 star to much for this app, it worth 0 stars , uninstall and never come back to this place

App will not initialise, there is no option to report errors in-app leaving no obvious way to fix this issue. Please advise.
Despite several reinstalls, all I get is a message stating that it cannot connect to the server. Poor effort.
This is an app which you go to as you are about to pay. If that is the ment it requires an update, for you to sign in again and therefore holds you up, it is poorly thought through. Think about the USER when designing the app!
Rubbish app disabled my account with no good reason now I can't use the staff canteen.
Everytime I open it, a message pops up saying "Failed to initialise"
Unable to open up app....reinstalled and still problems.....constant failed to initialise message appearing..... absolutely poor.....
New update has no means of retrieving forgotten password
How do reset my password? There is no link on the login to do so!
Not user friendly
In this day of needing to have a huge number of passwords for all manner of sites the use of password management programmes is essential for personal security. Currently this app prevents overwriting which prevents LastPass from inserting my 21 digit alphanumeric password. A huge pain, so down rated for user interface. Cheers
Will not let me sign in, changed password and it still says invalid id. Needs fixing or i will be eating elsewhere
Registered on line and validated. Trying to log in on app now and not happening. Keep getting message my connection is down which it is not.. rubbish app have no card now so want be going to the canteen.
Load of absolute bloody rubbish. I have an email.saying I am validated but when I enter the details to sign in it says I am not recognised. Cobblers
Only ever worked once, and even then it was an absolute mission to get it working! Now it has logged me out and won't let me log back in quoting invalid details, I've tried changing my password several times still not working! I was told by a Eurest member of staff this morning to "apply for a card it's easier but it takes a long time" a lot of grief for wanting to purchase a pint of milk! Please sort it out!!!!
Such a rubbish app, does not make any sense, not even sure if they send out loyalty card.
It will not let me in. It keeps telling me that my Internet is down and try again. This has been done on numerous occasions and yet I keep getting the same message. Rubbish!
0.5 stars if it were possible. This app is a simple concept yet it still doesn't work well. Vouchers often don't work and their full price but only advertising the average half price with all the restrictions, on what you can and can't get/order, makes Eurest less desirable to use.
