Received an unsolicited text to a new number asking me to download this app. Considering I'm 400 miles and a boat ride away from Bradford I don't think it would be very useful for me
Great app but some flaws. Constantly says I've lost connection. Doesn't always let me pay contactlessly either
Driver going wrong way i had to tell him was goi going to go in opposite direction Holmewood instead of east bowling then cut a car up without looking didn't put meter on either. Luckily I do the journey regular so i knew the price.
Love the app but cannot find an option to pre book a taxi in advance ..... any help would be appreciated x
The taxi service itself isnt bad but most of the time it literally just doesnt let me order a taxi
I don't need cartoon cars to tell me when a car may appear. Simple and Straightforward is needed.

This app has improved greatly since release. There were all kinds of problems finding addresses, but now I no longer have any issues. I see that a lot of bad reviews refer to the older version and I had a similar experience. I am glad to said that all these problems appear to have been resolved and as a regular customer of Eurocats, I always now use this app to book.
This app just doesn't work. Always says no cars available and crashes every few minutes.
Does not work. Shows 3 minutes and then always that there are no cars meeting my requirements.
Installed ok, but unable to book a taxi as unable to create an account as the app is unable to connect to their servers
I hired a cab from them the driver was snarky and I asked him to help put some draws in estate car boot he rambed the draws in and pushed back of seat against the draws damaging the draws which is part of a £400 baby bedroom kit I asked for 30 pouund to fix and got told do one by operator

Doesn't work any more. Can't find any addresses.
Enter my details to register and you're supposed to receive a 4 digit pin by sms to enter but never received. Have tried a few times but still nothing
Great works as it should didn't know the address I was at so used map taxi stopped where I was stood

Worst company ever , your taxi will always be late. I had an urgent appointment this morning at 8am , i booked through the App the night before because i needed to be on time . And still taxi didn't show up , i called them and that guy was so arrogant and rude . Will never use them again and i advice you not to . Plus their price is 50p more for the first than any other company. And their drivers are always talking in the phone while driving.
