All right for displaying your electronic ticket, but I don't recommend it for anything else. If you try and book a ticket through it, you're very likely to get an error message just at the end (after you've been through all the booking process and entered your credit card details). If you'd to check your Club Eurostar points balance, it will very likely be all wrong. Why they're incapable of getting this app right is beyond me
You need to fix the bug that means that when you view your tickets in the app and press "Add to Google Pay", nothing happens. And also the other bug that means that when you try to use the tickets in the app to get through the barrier at St Pancras, they disappear because it is in a cellular dark spot. This is a terribly unintuitive UX. If the only way to get your tickets into Google Pay is through the email, you should make that clear.
Do not use Eurostar unless you are interested in loosing your money, and given price of tickets it's going to be a lot of money. Buying a plane ticket will be better and easier to manage. Eurostar has the trashiest service: you cannot change ANY information on your tickets online, they say they will let you in with typos in the name but they DON'T, customer service via phone is a voice message that hangs up on you because they are too cheap to hire a call center and not due to call volume.
Absolutely dreadful customer service. I tried contacting the several times through this app and also their website. Tried to change my journey to different dates, I was referred to a number that nobody picked up despite me calling at least 20 times in 5 days. I will rather fly than use them again. Very sad to say but unless your plans are rock solid do not count on Eurostar to help you with exchange, cancellation or refund.
This app crashes all the time. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it to be able to view my tickets. It only works once, and then I get a notification that the app has stopped working with no other explanation. I had to take screenshots of my tickets because it just doesn't want to start.
Don't bother download this app. It will not show you when you need to be at the gate and you will miss your train and pay fre of 45 pounds to change ticket. Customer service is horrible and I believe this is the system they have to earn extra money. I wanted to take the train to save some money and ended up paying more than a flight ticket. Utter disgrace of a company, and I will make sure to never recommend this way of transportation to anyone I know as this experience has been horrible!
Good useful and well laid out. There was an error processing my payment though. But this fault could be with the bank.
Does not update ticket when one changes the trip at one of the automatic counters. Still shows the old reservation !
Always use it to do my bookings and so far so good. No glish I find it easy to book and tickets are ready in the Apps or can be downloaded or emailed. You get update on Covid19 rules from your destination less headaches. Thumb up.
Please update your COVID info on app. Incorrect as of 13/2. Pre departure COVID test for fully vaccinated NO LONGER required. Confusing. Also very limited use. Cannot use it to upgrade using points.... why not? Your call centre waiting times are in excess of an hour but this is the only way to upgrade! At you trying to prevent people using points?
The app needs updates, but the update isn't working and now I am locked out. Not impressed.
The live train times page does not scroll down to reveal the full information for the train I'm actually on. This may be because an earlier train was delayed and there was "more information "
Very user&friendly and straight-forward. Great, positive experience, no fuss.
Excellent and really easy to use. Lots of covid information and smooth and easy design! Only one thing I suggest you improve: once you change a booking using the app it would be good if the tickets automatically update without having to re enter the booking reference. The older ticket shows up after change of booking.

Does the job well - you've taught the app to drop leading zeros from telephone numbers, but it still gets confused by spaces in the numbers when copied from phone contacts.
Impressive background information delivered, on each nation's current mandatory vaccination and documentation evidence needed, BEFORE you start your international journey ! Bookings are shown clearly. Amending your coach and seating positions is also well designed - but you need to be able to identify symbols for windows, tables, etc, to ensure you properly understand the layout of each railway carriage.

Rubbish, I put my booking reference in few times & just blank screen with explanation where my tickets are. HELP!
I feel that I'm somewhat in control of making my travel arrangements and the App is simple to use.
It does what you need, provided you know what you need - where is the link to timetables ? ... it's buried within the help section ... or have I missed it ? ( if so, it's not very well structured) At least include a burger menu to allow access general information in order to browse, to start to consider what is going to work for you, not force potential customers to partially order to find detail, only to have to repeat it to explore options. This aspect is, clumsy. Other aspects are ok.
Fairly easy to use, but not able to use points to book a trip ( if enough points are available and was) however you are able to use them for money off your trip, just unable to use them to book your trip, as I had enough points to book a 1 way journey, which I was unable to do. Slightly disappointing, but perhaps I'll just save them up ? Apart from that - nice easy and straightforward.
Of course the Eurostar service is the undisputed champion of all the ways to travel between France and the UK. This app enables the purchase of tickets on your phone and to retain your journey details so that you have all you need for boarding the train. It's easy to move your seat within the app too. The app is well designed, stable and very easy to use. I can't imagine not using it.

Easy application to use . But the price are too high!
Doesn't keep you logged in. Impossible to easily use vouchers without losing progress on booking ticket which means you have to start the whole convoluted process again and can lead to price changes in tickets. I only persist with this cumbersome app as I regularly cross the channel. Somebody with a little logic needs to critically reconsider and reconstruct this app to make it user friendly as it is anything but. Remarkable that it is so clunky.
Almost never works. Says it has no network access. Just hangs...

No way of changing ticket within the app in real time in case of cancellation. The method is in fact nothing more than sending a message to the eurostar staff. Totally useless when a train has been cancelled and you have to travel the same or the next day. You have to contact eurostar by phone (and hold on for 20 minutes) but the app does not even have a contact phone numbers. Also, booking is not always saved for off-line - check it has really been saved before setting out for the station.
