I had to use this app because the charger provider required it. I had to deposit funds into an account, rather than just give them a credit card and pay as I use it, like is how ChargePoint works...I went to this charger, because of ChargePoint. But the app also does not tell you anything about the charge session, I have now idea what it cost me, I had no idea it was charging my car, other than the fact it added over 200 miles to my battery. But the app being horrible isn't the worst of it...I wasted 45 minutes trying to get the first charger working, and called the number listed in the app. ZEFENERGY....a 3rd party provider was no help. The only positive was reviews in the app that said the charger was defective and to use other one. Those reviews were 9 months old. Horrible experience all the way around except that I did get charged.
Latest update makes this app completely unusable. You never get past the login. Enter your credentials and it just takes you back to log in. Pathetic. I'll be deleting this now
Don't bother with this app. There is no way to start charging. It is a money grab to provide a service other are already providing and it doesn't even provide the service needed.
This is my first time owning an electric vehicle and this app is great. I can put in a city and state or even just a zip code and it brings up a very wide selection of charging stations everywhere. I highly recommend this app to anyone searching for a station to charge on.
I am still baffled by the search box on the opening page. What is it's purpose? Otherwise, I like the app because it is very comprehensive in showing many charging stations.
Cost 1.50 an hour to charge my car, after an hour and 12 min I was charged 2.57 like wow what a rip. I used the designated app for the station, charged for an hour and 6 min at the same station and I was charged 1.60.
So far no issues. Easy to use with helpful information. Just wish the community near me was a bit bigger.
Good overview, but 'public' does not necessarily mean accessible. The information in the app gives you an indication of where to find options but especially in cities you might not be able to access the charging stations unless you are a resident. You also might find yourself scrambling to find the charging stations. Only to discover they are not working or not free. Charging at malls is generally well indicated though. The app also freezes frequently (tested on Android 11, Google Pixel 3).
Pretty good for the most part. Doesn't do well with multiple waypoints.
Works well, although some chargers don't work (not chargehub's fault) I like the sorting and used this app on my road trip. I reccomend 5/5
So far this app has been very helpful and definitely made my life with an EV a lot easier! I would definitely reccommend this app to others and will continue to use it.
So far it hasn't shown me any charging hubs. I know where 2 are, but neither came up on the search.
Great for identifying charge stations. Not clear how to plan a trip. I did figure the plan a trip out. It then only offered one route, the one with the most charging stations, but also slower. As EV ranges vary, it would be a good filter addition.
Best app I've found d for finding charging stations.
Very useful for planning a trip in an ev
Great App. Shows more chargers then the others.
Filters are very helpful
The application won't let you press the back button on the screen to return to the map. I have to force close the application. When you're looking at a station and it has a website for more information, you cannot click it to open it nor can you long hold to copy the URL. Rather hard to use.
Very happy so far, mostly because it shows far more stations in my area, from a variety of networks, than any other app I've found and the detailed information on each seems accurate and reliable.
Overall I love this app. Very helpful in finding different chargers. However, other aspects can be glitchy, like the check in and edit buttons not working. If they can fix this, five stars!
Great app. A little clunky with image uploads and not as obvious to navigate as it might be but a real asset for ev owners! Love the fees back feature and the check in/check out options.
The limits of this app basically reflect the limits of the charging infrastructure. But of the handful of charging network apps out there, this one seems to do the best job of showing where charge stations are, regardless of those stations' affiliations. The app is also straight-forward. I take off one star for lack of clarity on some places that are private, not open to public use but not tagged as such, and for some that are no longer working but are still listed as active.
