Meh, overly restrictive pay wall makes even testing this difficult. Subscription service seems ok priced but I really struggled with this app. Trouble finding chargers that I knew were there. You can only set up to charge on one type of charger, and sometimes it would bypass a charger, then tell me I would run out of power. Just not good enough. The free ones are better.
Most accurate app. Wish gui was easier to use. Yearly subscription price might be high for some due to how much will someone actually use it. Had it for a year and used it only a handful of times.
Doesn't show Tesla superchargers even after adding such via the filter. Awkward to use. Not ready for prime time.
App definitely seems powerful, but is not super simple to use. Many UI elements are blurry and pixelated on my Pixel 2 XL.
Update: reinstalled, works great now. I will have to try it out and consider a sub for a month. doesn't load a route, crashes with an error
$1/ month or $10/year is definitely worth it. the app works well and I like the monthly option for occasional road trip'ers. Would definitely recommend over Tesla's built-in app.
impossible to try, requires subscription for long route, yaknow the times you need apps like this to preplan charging. trying to plan the drive home from buying my Tesla in a few weeks but guess I'll try the next app.
I had trouble getting to settings, but once I had done that the app seems nice. I will update after I try it on a trip.
Directions service failed. error 400. Go to edit trip details and save. Doing so does not resolve the issue.
I am trying to buy this @#$!ing app and it wont let me. I tried the feedback feature and it too is annoying. uninstalling.
i get app. i want to ise it. i give it two minute to be successful. this failed the first test. its gone.
Paywall kills the deal. I can live with ads, and the UX has a shot at beating ABRP. But... End of the day, ABRP is free. And as Google loves to say, it's hard to compete with free.
Would love to use it, but the notch on my Pixel 3 XL blocks tapping "get started".
I used it for one trip. found it difficult to add a segment.
It used to be great until they charge a fee for trips longer than 500 miles
Limits to 500 mile trip without buying subscription but no way to buy app
Difficult to use adds no charging stops
Couldn't plan a trip without the upgrade.
Need to subscribe for trips more than 500 miles!
no complete map of chargers
paywall prevents me from fully testing this app out
Directions error 502 everytime.
So where are the chargers on the trip I planned?
Doesn't work as advertised.
Couldn't figure out how to use it.
This no longer seems to work... it complains about being unable to get the list of superchargers.
This app (EVTO) is the best & easiest app I have seen/used to plan a long (multi day) road trip in your Tesla. I don't want to have to sit in my car, in my garage, and try to plan a multi day road trip, including charge locations and motel accommodations. It is much easier to sit at your desk or a comfortable chair and use this app to figure how far you want to go each day and where you are going to charge. (We rented a house in Phoenix for the entire month of April & used this app to easily plot our charge stops, and where to spend the night, often in a motel with free destination Super Chargers.) I have not seen a better or easier app to plan long trips for our Tesla adventures. It is well worth the meager membership fee. Try it and you will love it!
Greater than 500 mile trip requires a subscription.
App works but the learning curve seems steep. I'm trying to plan long trips which will mean several days on the road. I don't find this easy to do and have deleted and redone a trip many times. I keep going back to the Digital Auto Guides but they are not searchable for specific help. I think it would be most helpful if route planning could be done on the desktop rather than the small phone. I want to have other travel sites open while trip planning and not use up my phone battery.
