The app is developing day by day. Now the app is strong enough to handle offers and campaigns. Though during maintenance period it creates some negative issues. Such as showing 'Order could not be placed' but actually it has already taken place the order in the background. So, I think with order cancellation option there should be an option to hide or delete the order which I don't want to see. After all Evaly is doing awesome!! Good Luck!
Upon opening the app, it prompts me to update the app whereas I've just downloaded and installed it. However, while clicking on update button, it redirects me to the playstore where I've found no way to update except the open and uninstall button. Pressing the upate button takes me all the way back to the app again where it's still prompting me to update. That's very abysmal service from such a leading e-commerce site. Hope you will fix the glitch and I can rate you accordingly.
All okay. But I just downloaded it and faced a bug. After opening the app i continued to scroll down and after sometimes the app crashed and sait stopped working. Again I did the same thing to be sure about and it also crashed again on that position. Please try to fix this. Because for this bug, all ads can't be seen.only a few are seen and the rest are unseen. __Thanks
Scrolling on this app is a nighmare. Scrolling isn't smooth and you can see visible lags while doing so. I'm not sure what's developer was thinking when this app can't perform such a basic function properly. Plus the app looks hollow and lacks lot of handful of feature which could lead an amazing user experience.
Worst experience I have ever had. It took 4 months to get a regular product (no campaign). After asking for order cancellation and refund for three months, they have delivered the product. Issue created for order cancellation and refund more than 5 times. But got useless response and my issues got deleted from their server several times. App chat option is also buggy, in many times It's not loading. Good bye evally.
Worst online shopping experience ever after using it for 3 months... 1. Worst delivery service ever in whole universe. Supper slow, 2 real months average time(60days) to deliver, can u imagine..!! 2. Worst search engine ever among all online shops, shows little products, which are almost unavailable and available product have too much high price than the on going market. 3. Worst trick to sell their products they call "Cash Back" offer. They won't say all conditions before you buy. Don't use it.
3RD CLASS DELIVERY SERVICES all the way. The App is substandard. Very less information about any product I look for. No review on product at all. No info on DELIVERY CHARGE also. Search option is poor but improved after recent update. Refund option is also full of ambiguity. Can't pay with Credit cards also. Tell me the reason a standard customer should use this??? It's just for the resellers (পাইকারি বিক্রেতা) who invests money to profit. A general customer will just go through some hassels
Worst of any online seller platform. Firstly, paid the price but displayed unpaid until next day. Couldn't make contact with the support centre or issue reporting or message service. At last tried their email service and they helped to change the payment status to paid. I don't know what would happen if I didn't email them. To most of us emailing seems to be the last step. Secondly, Ordered an electronics which is available inside our country. But they took 20 days to process the order!!
App is a little bit slow as far i have observed, however the UI is smooth, but the app need to be faster. It feels boring you know just keep looking at loading products though you have fast net connection. Another problem is that the update option cannot be skipped,it is very much disturbing. How can i update in any situation? Debeloper should add a skip button.I had to login in about every 2 days. I don't want that. I want i will login one time and you will store my info for that device.

Issue resolution team is very poor, ordered on last year October, still product not delivered but in the app status is showing delivered. Raised issue so many times in the app but they couldn't solve. For another product, my payment was 2760 taka, but when they couldn't deliver they refunded me only 970 taka, i do not know why. Raised issue so many times but still couldn't solve it.

Regarding ur latest update. It is pretty much difficult placing order during cyclone and in the latest update we cannot check wheather order is placed containing right info like size or color ect that could be checked earlier version going to pending menu currently which is not available during offer (cyclone) time. So should have an option to check otherwise it quite composed apps. Another problem is to check notification need to install another app that is disgusting.
Very bad app. There have no option to turn off notifications. Unexpected notification is very disturbing. Their public news feed also a spam. They never approve the posts which are related the negative experience of the customers. They also know very well what are they doing. Their future is not bright.
The greatest chearter marketplace in the world which pretends to be the best but serves the worsts. Doesn’t deliver products in the declared time, if passes 4/5 months and then just shows that the order is picked and then again starts to hold for 3/4 months. But the products don't get delivered. And its a continuous process.....
the application is buggy and the whole platform is a scam... you can't expect to get products within specified time and there are some cases where the evaly corp actually kept the buyers waiting for their product for as long as 8-9 months before cancelling the order and the money gets added to evaly "store credit" which can't really be used due to the smae reasons... so bewear of this scam
Total scrap! i did register with my phone number a long time ago and by this duration i forgot the bloody password given by the so called authority . And so I use the "Reset Password " option but it's saying "this number might not been registered ". And the bloody system isn’t let me to get registered with the only number i owned! it made me disappointed intensively. So I'm going to uninstall the app now.
Disgusting app experience. Why do I need to update my app everytime whenever you made any functionality changes.??? Evaly is a Leading e-commerce site; But company couldn’t able to make a dynamic app (like daraz) after a long days from It's commencement. Really frustrated thing.
I am not talking about their app but lack of commitment.They say they will deliver the product withing 7 to 45 days but after 2/3 months I didn't get the product. When it was time to deliver after almost 4 month they are saying that they will refund and asked me to submit my desire refund way. Also after doing that they haven’t respond yet or any further notice. Just took the money and a whole cheat platform. Really disappointing.
Apps are really so good. Interface are really awesome. But have some problem, every week they upload updates. Which is a problem. They should sent the updated minimum after a month. Because who use mobile internet for them it's really hard to update their apps regular. But the apps and evaly are really really good. I love it.
The experience is super bad. They advertise very good deals but after taking the payment from the customers, they quickly turn their back from the deal. If they promised to give a product within 30 days, for a very few people (next to none) that promise is kept. Either they delay the delivery time or they take a huge amount of time to give the refund. Which is good for them, but totally not good for the people who invested the money. My relatives, friends, collogues all fell for that e-commerce trap. In a country like Bangladesh there is no consequence for this trickery, so they kept doing it.
Within these two years of operation evaly has changed how people perceive the e-marketplace. Kudos to evaly for this. The app has had significant changes too. It had improved visually and functionally. A great 5 star for that. Go ahead evaly with regular updates and keep bashing bugs.
Need to improve delivery time. Very hard to get call center hunting number. Very attractive offer almost every week, but delivery time is big question mark to overall services. To deliver a product might take 2/3 months which is bit unprofessional.
The worst experience I have got from this platform. They took the order to also collect the payment but they didn't deliver the product without 2/3 months of delaying.And I don't want to give that one star if it possible.
The app is developing day by day, and it is becoming user friendly gradually. With the services evaly is offering, the app needs some slight tweaks to become stable during flash campaigns. Apart from that, All is well! ❤

This app is good for shopping from online. Bug need some upgrading work on this app. The search option is not work properly. I think, this app developed by very short times. So, some option didn’t add on this app. So, please do that work and update the #Evaly app. Thanks.
Uses of the app is quite good and smooth. Necessary options are visible and easy to access. Features of the application is quite well enough but in certain area it should be improved. Like, Evaly balance status can be placed in home page, cause it's easy to check your balance. And one more thing, your customer support is poor, you should improve your response time. Sometimes it's difficult to find chat option.
