Used to work fairly well, after updating to latest version of Android the app stopped opening. Latest app update and now app starts to load but says it violated security policies and was closed.
It's not working. There is a message popping up saying. Application has violated security policies and it will shut down (1839:0821)
Happy it now works on my phone. Wish it didn't take a month to get updated. But works fine overall.
App didn't work for the longest time. Then it started to work. And once again it has stopped. Never had problems with the app or website. Have had a problem with both since Primis. Just wanna be able to keep up with my account without the hassle.
If I could give it a zero, I would. App doesn't work on the S22 Ultra phone. Prior to that, I had the Note 20 and it started messing up on it as well back in February. PRIMIS you need to keep up with the times by ensuring your technical team keep up with ongoing software updates.
Typically it doesn't open or if it does it takes forever. Most of the time I get an error message saying there's no connectivity when I have full lte signal. I'm running the latest Android update as well on a Google Pixel 4 XL model. Also the fact that it doesn't have some sort of biometric authorization to log in is quite behind the times.
I recently had to move my stuff in storage & my bike, on top of going to work every night. It's Thanksgiving & when I tried to get $ from the atm out of my savings, it wouldn't let me. Thankfully, the app let me do a transfer so smoothly! Awesome! Thanks! Update 12-30-20 I now think less of this app as it often will not open. I've not been able to get into it ALL day!😒 I uninstalled it, but now I can't get it to install, it says "pending". I'm NOT a happy customer.
App is broken! Yes, I may have the Galaxy S22 that just came out, but as "a pioneering bank" your IT folks should have anticipated new hardware releases and I should be able to use this app. Apparently that is not the case. Since December I've had nothing but terrible business dealings with PRIMIS. That's why I've changed my primary bank and taken my business elsewhere. FIX THIS APP!!

Great site; easy to understand instructions; all the account info you need in one place! A HUGE plus is the excellent, very user friendly photo deposit portion of the application that makes it so easy to send checks into your checking account without leaving your home.
Have a Samsung galaxy express Prime 2017 model phone j327a. AT&T force upgraded the phone to oreo version 8.1.0. Now the app installs but crashes on open. Wiped phone and app still crashes. Worked great until phone upgraded to oreo. Please fix. Mobile web interface does not appear to be a high priority to useability. Hope this helps others. Ok, changed my rating from 1 to 3. The latest Nov 2nd update version now works on my 1 year old phone.
Broken. About to change banks anyways. 3 different names in 5 years is enough for me. If the app can't even get fixed it really tells the tail about this bank in general. Update 9/6. Cleared cache and data. Still broken. 10/9 Latest android update totally destroyed this app. Now goes to a boot loop of and error has occurred and you cannot close the program.
Doesn't work on Samsung s22. I used the app all the time on my last phone and have become dependent on my banking app. If primis doesn't have an app that works for my phone I guess I'm just going to have to change banks. Gotta have mobile access.
Will not open. Keeps saying update now for newer version. Did that and it keeps going to the "open" page. Phone has been restarted and the app uninstalled and reinstalled. Please fix. UPDATE: It is working now. Thank you!
App has failed to respond the last 3 days. I've reinstalled it, and it still fails to allow any input into log in fields. Galaxy S10+
Buggy, often says there is an error and to please call 800 number, have to open and close multiple times to get to work. Mobile deposits take nearly 3 days to show up, friends banks show immediately. Many times transactions are removed when balance is low, only to reappear immediately after causing bank manipulated fees and overdrafts. Bank has been downhill the past year. Transferring to a new bank as soon as direct deposit is confirmed working. 3rd name change in almost as many years. 👎
Love this app. much faster to login and keep an eye on my balances than trying to login to the website. I'm able to check my balance multiple times a day, make transfers, and mobile deposit checks. Very convenient
The app hasn't worked in a month will not even open goes to blank screen then back to phones home screen removed from phone and reinstalled several times still nothing
Great app.!!! Great bank and friendly customer service... App keeps on crashing now. Can't open the app anymore. Everytime I open it, it will freeze then closes.
The updated version seems to work great, I no longer have to force the app to close an the ability to transfer money from outside accounts is awesome.
Very handy. Love the mobile deposit feature. Great app, great bank. They've really improved the mobile deposit feature and I like the fact that they insist on you adding the language "for mobile deposit to Primus Bank" to prevent Mobile deposit fraud if someone steals your check. Also a very reasonable Bank when it comes to overdraft and overdraft charges.
App is good and user friendly. My only concern is that it locks itself about once a week, where I have to call and get customer service to unlock my password. I call so much I'm darn near on a first name basis with them.
App just doesn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled. I tap it, get a white screen, then the app shuts down.
Easy to use. I don't see any changes from the previous app before changing to Primus. It would be nice to have the option to freeze your debit card in case of loss.
unsure what interest payment is on HELOC.I Assume its about $355 or so based on last month. primis needs to post what is due monthly or send a bill. this is ridiculous there's no payment info in the app and I have to call for payment amount.. please fix this basic thing.
Login, Horrible. Have to update password every single time! I don't know what's up with the app uninstalled it reinstalled it just ridiculous the bank is as well
App keeps stopping before it opens up. Need to fix this ISSUE . cannot check balances or make transfers at this point. Terrible.
This new system is fast easy and very accommodating. I have another account with BB&T and it is always difficult to use or it won't let me in.
I love mobile banking but the new Primis app keeps saying error, call for assistance and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it open. The sona app never did that.
I was able to use the app on my Samsung Tablet now it won't work anymore. It also wont work on my new Motorola Pure phone. I tried removing the app from my tablet and loading again. All I get is a white screen when I try to open it. Customer service was no help
