It has amazingly convenient functions and good layout. But it's constantly crashing, but even worse, it keeps erasing my bookmarked events! It'll keep some here and there, but then next time I open it, or even switch between menus, suddenly My Events will be missing all but a few items! I've re-marked days worth of events 12 times now, I'll bet I'll have to do it 12 more by the time this event is over. I emailed them yesterday and got no reply. It's ruining my convention experience. :(
The concept of this is so nice... But when the actual convention comes around, nothing loads! Im guessing they can't handle the amount of traffic to their databases? I get something along the lines of "your database needs upgrading, please wait while we do that" and it never ever finishes...
worked fine but then every time i opened it, I just got the "we need to upgrade your database" page. it sometimes even popped up that page while I was on another app.
Would be amazing if it worked right. Have had it erase my schedule 5 times already in this last event. No reason for it. I didnt refresh or sync. It just randomly does it.
keeps getting stuck in a database update look. have to uninstall and reinstall. very annoying. otherwise good. Device: Pixel 2 XL, Android 9
Really useful app. it would be useful to be able to view and export my schedule in grid view.
Easy to use event app - assuming the organizers did a decent job putting the database together, and update changes.
Doesn't work and there's no one to contact. Nothing searches or loads. Only error messages.
Great for Ohayocon! All cons should use this. I just wish it had an optional alarm feature for event heads ups.

For some reason, it works but then, you guys keep "updating my database" can you guys STOP THAT, ALL I WANT TO KNOWIS WHERE CERTAIN THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT THE CONVENTION

It's ok
Works poorly on Android When attempting to scroll through events, the app will switch between all events and my events. When you use the back button, it takes you to the he start of the previous category, do you have to scroll through hours of events to get back to where you were. It poorly tracks the time of day, so you need to scroll to find the events happening now. There's also no way to give feedback on events you attended, which would help improve the conference next year.
Clicking the "schedule" button or any days past tomorrow on the event I'm trying to access crashes the app. Not sure if it's my phone or the app or what. Just having a lot of issues running the app and after a few clicks it will close out completely
